Its a really fun and addictive game but it crashes time to time. If your paying 10$ for a game and it crashes time to time thats not good and yes we tried closing our other application to free up some ram but that doesnt work. We atleast get kicked out the game around every mission we play play. Trusted us its not because our phone is overheating our phone never over heats only when we use LumaFusionbut other than that it dont over heafso its not that. If your reading this and you dont wanna get kicked out the game over and over again DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. To the creators if your reading this find a way to fix game crashes or find a way to stop players from getting kicked out the game.

We cant delete worlds anymore. Not sure if Im doing it right.
At the end of the shift, half the time the menus disappear but the map doesnt, apparently covering the shift statistics. Have to force-quit which kills all progress. Also, the scenarios are soooo repetitive. There should be 20 times as many. And while we appreciate the realism of a medical response to an anal sexplay mishap, that scenario makes it challenging to enjoy this game with our kids.
We love 911 operator, so we were super excited to try 112 operator. However, every time we try to start the app it crashes. Please fix this, we just paid ten dollars and we havent been able to try the app. {Edit} we have to say we are stunned! We really did not expect you to take the time to help resolve the issue we were having. However, you did just that and we greatly appreciate it!!! We love 112 operator and 911 operator!!! Its a great game we love playing it! We just wish there was different types of call and different kind of calls in the background with other dispatchers talking as well! Highly recommend and we cant wait to see more updates!
We love this game and have been playing for weeks now, but we thought that maybe there could be a sandbox mode where you can edit weather conditions and have unlimited cash. We think this would be a good addition to the game and we would play even more often! We 100% recommend this game especially is you played 911 operator. Could a sandbox mode be possibility?
Should add animal control and scenes with them that would be nice asl.
Game is good and fun when it works. However, the Australia on Fire scenario is bugged. You cant start it without a game crash.
Great game just please fix the crashing problem Update: we play on a apple IPad.
Since our first review on the game the devs have gone three and fixed up all of our complaints and we really enjoy that we can play on landscape mode now and when we emailed them they were very helpful and respectful. We would recommend this game to anyone who has played 911 operator and enjoyed. We also cant wait for the upcoming DLCs.
Crashes every time we want to play the campaign also the dialogue can get a little repetitive at times.
The game crashes after we press the continue button and it started to do like that after updating it to the newest version.
We finished this game a while back and it amazing but we ended up deleting it because after the story mode there was really nothing we could do with this game it was just taking up space. The game is amazing and maybe add a second story line obviously after you finished youre bugs and glitches(if there are any basically doing the basics after youre done with all that)maybe a second story-line we would re-download this game quick it really is a great game and worth every penny.

Love this game. Very fun and challenging. We do have a question though, is there a way to increase the map size in the future? We’ve increased our coverage area quite a bit, but now it shows a message saying if we add any more districts it may crash the game. Also, will you be adding more calls for the base game in the future, aside from the Water operations DLC specific ones.

We has recently discovered 911 operator and loved it. So we thought we would also like 112 Operator. We really surprised and disappointed to hear the f-bomb being dropped in the caller dialogue. And to take calls from people who were shoving light bulbs up each others butts. We realize these are realistic calls. But you may want to change your age rating to correspond with the content.
This is a great game only problem is it keep closing on us need to fix that and Ill give 5 stars.
We wrote a long second review after they fixed our issues. And its now a great game. We still prefer 911 but this game can grow on us easily. Lightbulb bro. Worth the money for the story.

Hello we are a fan of 911 operator and we started playing this game but we have 1 problem we want to play it like on 911 operator like sided if you would do that we will be happy.
This was our first review of the game when it first came out. First off we are a paramedic and know the real life ins and outs of what 911 dispatchers fave on a daily basis and this game is 100% authentic! The 911 calls are real life situations. You will NOT get bored playing this game at all. Its truly exciting and thrilling to be able to control so many aspects from the police, fire, and EMS calls. You can micromanage your units all the way down to what each responder carries with them. There are so many units you can pick from. This game never gets old and you will be immersed for HOURS and HOURS and even DAYS and you never know what emergencies will pop up or what 911 calls you will have to answer and respond to. If you love anything to do with first responders, fire company, EMS, police , 911 you will absolutely LOVE this game! You will NOT be disappointed! If we had to point out just ONE thing it would be to allow the screen to rotate on the iPad but other than that there are absolutely no flaws and no complaints. After many days of playing we are completely DISAPPOINTED NOW!!! The game continues to CRASH after playing a simulated day or at the end of every completed run! We are now unable to add new districts to the map because even that crashes the game. We have sent NUMEROUS bug reports and nothing has changed. While we were quick to give a 5 STAR RATING we are so disgusted we wouldnt even give it a one star at this point. After attempting many things to resolve some of the game errors IE. Delete and reinstall, offload and then reload the app, creating and playing a brand new territory, etc. Nothing has helped. At this point the game is completely and totally WORTHLESS! Its simply not even playable at this point and we are NOT ALONE looking through other reviews people are having the same exact problems with the game crashing. Please fix the crashing and then we will consider going back to our ORIGINAL 5 star review. As it stands right now unless you fix quickly fix the issue we are recommending to EVERYBODY DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GAME until it is fixed!
