A classic game! We would love to see DST adapted to mobile, we ourselves am rather ambitious with wicker: killing fields of tentacle spikes, gardens built around reeds in the swamps to maximize applied horticulture, & especially the winter bird massacre. Blow darts, jerky, coal and a Krampus sack are what you get on the naughty list.
On the android version of this game, there is a repeat actions button which lets you repeat the last action you did, so its easier to eat food or cook food without having to go to your inventory, then hit food, then hit cook/eat. This iOS version only has a recraft button which lets you recraft the last item you made, but thats it. It isnt as useful as repeating all actions and cooking mass amounts of food is tedious without that button.
We love the game we spend nights playing it and we mean nights!! Nothing it really Wong with it but there things you can add to it but personally its a masterpiece! We love to imagine we are in it and how we would survive. We probably wouldnt last long but it is still an amazing concept and super long lore and we love it for that and we love for so much more too! We say keep updating it and try to impress us even more it probably it not possible because we are to impressed to be more impressed then impressed can ever be. Ps thanks so so much we would cry forever if this game got banned or never made. <3.
Great!! Such a classic game, never gets old. Could use an update it to be like Dont Starve Together though. Minor changes like Abigail being able to spawn with something having to die around her flower make it a little annoying, but its an overall great game.
Its really good for our opinion and we like it because its a new hard survival game for us and we learned this game from our brother and we saw him streaming and we were like we think we want this game and he said its really hard and your not going to do anything and we said we can do it and we got it and it was so fun and we are still playing it and we kinda got far its a really fun game.
This game is actually good, there is no auto attack since you cant hold the attack button without anything pressing it or glitches as people claim, as long as you are on a partially decent phone, this game runs smoothly and great, it also has more options than normal dont starve editions, and comes at a less price, that is why we give this a 5 star.

This game has made us so happy, that we had to download it on our phone for when we wasnt home. We love the developers so much (nicest group of people!!) and the fandom is the coolest!!! We appreciate all that theyve done for their community :).
We have been playing the PC version for a while, and have been enjoying it all too much! Ive decided that this instant we must get it on our phone, to play it anywhere! To light a new path for us. And we didnt regret a single bit of buying this game. We would rate it 10 Potato Cups out of 10 if we so could! The rating would be taller than a Tallbird.
This version of Dont Starve is pretty playable with the default touch controls, if a bit annoying and time consuming. However, using a controller? It is just as good as PC solo DS, if not better. Highly recommend using an Xbox or Switch Pro Controller for this version, it is just so smooth and awesome.
So we downloaded the game because we saw the crossover between terraria (another game) and dont starve. We decided to see what this game was. When we got into the world we loved the game! We do stink at it but Ill get better.( we hope). We think dont starve pocket edition + lets you use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for controls. Like the pc controls. The game is really fun and engages you. Accept we dont know how to use the science machine. We rated it 4/5 because we want the developer, Klei, to add one thing: Please add keyboard and mouse controls to this version too, not just pocket edition +.
Woke up today hopped on and was swarmed by darkness we had created a clear path to our flame and yet the darkness acted as a wall sealing our characters fate frustrating but we guess back to square one remember to build more than one light source and torches.
We love this game soo much! Its fantastic! For some reason, after killing one hound, we kept hitting it even though another one was attacking us anyways, we were first introduced to DST and eventually got this because we were away from home, and, as we said earlier, we are addicted. Thus, we find it interesting to notice the similarities and differences between the two. Thank you Klei.
As an update, we feel like there should be an option to use a button to change camera perspective and sometimes when we are using our fingers, we cant change perspective.
Its very good but there is no health bars for enemies.

Dont starve pe is a really good game and it allows more people without computers/console to play the famous #1 (in our opinion) survival game, but after a while it can get quite boring, we think klei could maybe add the hamlet dlc or add dont starve together to the app store for a better experience.

We have dst and ds on our computer and we LOVE the games but when we downloaded it on mobile it opened and then it got out of it super quickly, so Im seeing if this happened to anyone else if so if you know how to fix this problem please tell us!(:.

We grew up with this game its the first game we play when we started getting into gaming and we saw this on mobile and we thought it was cool but we have a few issues so when we have a torch or any other item the will light things on fire we can move because instead of the code paying attention to our analog stick it pays attention to the hi wanting to light things on fire also we would like to have a multiplayer implemented if possible also please add other characters from dst.
Crazy that they put the whole game into a pocket edition. Good stuff.

We love this game all the cool characters and enemies beating the game is hard but fun.
The game is exactly how dont starve is Klon Xbox or pc. It just has harder controls.
First, by holding down the collect button, chop down a tree, collect the stuff, then chop another and no sound will play. Second, in the season of winter while at night place a campfire, go to the edge of the light where you can still see your player will say, its so dark. If you then run back into the light you get bit by nothing.
This game is great!!!! Very fun, but we would love to have a feature that you can keep your inventory after you die.

We dont even want to know how many hours we have on this game! Ive been playing for years and we always come back. There are enough different ways to play that keep it interesting. We learn something new in every game. It is quirky and funny and we love it! Im a little old lady by most of your standards, and we will probably always come back to this game.

This game is great for passing time and we just dig survival games we could spend the whole day writing abt what we like about it but for times sake and also us wanting to see the game improve we have a few suggestions: 1. A lot have noticed the UI has a few bugs like we were trying to eat roasted berries and when we touched the icon they just disappeared 2. Rotating the screen for one you cant rotate or zoom in or out while youre moving you have to take youre hand off the joystick to adjust your pov, also many times the game crashes whenever we rotate the screen we have an iPhone 13 so we know its not a processing issue on our end. Thats all Ive got again we love this game please dont give up on it.
We really want to be able to purchase characters with money, you know, like other games, but still, great.
Well Wendy we think is the best because you can summon her twin sister named Abigail she died and she protects you same for dont starve together. Abigail is ghost if you watch what happened to Abigail but we dont know what happened to Abigail. So when you see Abigail red in ghost she is attacking something if you see Abigails eyes look mad she is going to attack something. Wendy by the way is the ghost guys daughter so is Abigail Wendy was haunted by her twin sister Abigail. We also think that the Libarian Is the best too one reason is because she know many stuff cause she reads a lot. She is just like a science machine. That is why those two characters they are our favorites.

Right next to some awesome games like Minecraft and terraria Dont starve is very challenging even after 50+ days. Also, for those crying for a multiplayer mode there is already one and its Dont Starve 2 also know as DONT STARVE TOGETHER, though it is on console and pc right now. Another thing quit crying and get gud for those who whine that the game is hard and unfair.

We dont care if people say its glitchy or too hard, this game is and always will be one of if not the best games on mobile or computer.
We feel like we just keep learning more and more new things and Ive been playing for years. We agree with many others reviews that it would be SO much better if you could listen to your own music via Spotify etc while you were playing. Love the game play. We like playing at night before we go to bed since it chill enough and you control the game pacing for the most part. You do have to be paying attention most of the time when you play this one though due to random bosses, feeding your character etc. Our favorite game :).
Endless possibilities, we come back to this game again and again.
