We would leave zero stars if it were allowed. We had an issue with Blackout Bingo and emailed them. We had two accounts. We only opened a new one because we have so many email addresses and we couldnt remember which one we had used or the password. So they shut us out. Sent us a firm warning. Ok. We made a mistake. They let us back in. They decided to give us back the account we couldnt get into and hadnt played in a year and took away the 1.2million tickets we had accrued. We have spent thousands with them like an idiot. 1.2 MILLION TICKETS GONE AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING A BACKPACK we WANTED. Our other account has 25.5K thats why they chose it. TO PENALIZE ME.

Great game and legit money winnings gotta be good though. It would be nice if that app its self was fancier and more pleasing to the eye. For how much money every dumps into the game we think some of that should be used towards the apps development and evolution. We also think it would be nice to have a shorter time limit on turns for tournaments with a lot of people playing 24 hours for the four people tournament is cool. For the 4.50 tournaments we like playing them everyday it makes us so mad when we cant play that match type cuz Im waiting for players to go from the night before. Or maybe we could have more options of tournaments and # of ppl and the costs to have a better variety.

We withdrew $150 and never received it, support ignored us after we explained the funds were sent to a closed account. On top of that, the app takes an unusually high cut from each 1v1 match compared to similar apps. The fair gaming claim also feels misleading since the matchmaking seems designed to hook you with a few wins and then force losses, like a casino tactic. Overall, it feels more about greed than fair competition. (The 5 stars is to show our review for people to see.).
