Little misfortune is mostly a great game.but we cant find all the sparkle points,no matter how hard we tryand plus,the game was super short!(we say,as an iPad kid)we have an idea for an update Misfortune wakes up and finds herself in the beyond,having left the pandora.she passes through each realm,growing more wary of Margo (Mr. Voice).then guess who she would find? Mr. Midnight,Fran bows cat!and then she finds Fran bows pills.she takes one.she sees the monsters.what took hiro.she gets more freaked out as the game progresses.reality warps.the missing arent missing,they are just departed. (-the mysterious benidect society) Thats just an idea,lol.we love this game so much lol.we highly recommend this and Fran bow.these games are such addicting games.

Our mom bought us this game and she did not waste her money thats for sure, we loveeeee this game it has such good graphics and gameplay but it was a bit laggy but its not bad at all, we love how it also represents real things in life and we love games like that and overall this was one of the best games ive ever played, so if your thinking about downloading little misfortune DO IT.
While the actual gameplay of the game is very little, the story is beautifully executed and the graphics are great. It has a story book feel to it, but you can feel that somethings off with the world around you. We feel like the art adds so much to the story. The story book feel, simulating Misfortunes child like innocence, and the little bits of horror tied into it to remind us that the world around us is strange. While we do enjoy puzzle games, we also enjoyed this interactive story game. Im currently playing Fran Bow and we enjoy the puzzles so far, so we know this studio has some great games.
So its really fun! And there were no bugs like ppl were saying!! We really like this game and we wanted to play for soo long! Our screen was kinda stretched but Ik it wasnt made for 9th gen but still worked so well! Hope you make more games cause we will look forward to playing others.
We had this game for a while for the people that it was crashing theres a high chance you have to much storage we love this game its cool will there be a little misfortune 2.
This game is cool and sad. But in the end, this is our ideal type of game. We liked it because its like a movie type game and make decisions and what not. Id like to see if the developers could create another similar game like this because we would totally enjoy it if they did come up with something similar like this game, just different storyline.

This game caught us off guard because we didnt expect it to go the way it did but nonetheless we loved this game. If you enjoy dark humor, this game will will be highly entertaining.
The game was amazing, cute and puzzling but it was loading almost every time like for an example, when we entered the zoo or club, it crashes. All though its an amazing and fun game for teens.

Its a cute game and we love trying to see all the different things that can happen, misfortune is SO FREAKING ADORABLE we would love to see more games like this and thank you SO MUCH for making her exist. But it breaks our heart to know that she dies in the end. Oh and we love how you had her like Benjamin and the foxy lady drawing in her journal was so cute. The fact that everyone had masks on kinda gave us the creeps, but we got used to it eventually.
So yah seeing the title you know that we LOVE THIS GAME well we love this game Becuse it is so good and well written.

We were a little scared to play this game but it was really fun ! Us and a friend were trying to play this together but we couldn't It would make the game 100% more fun to have a 2 player mode.
This game is very cool from the idea! YouTube caught our attention for this cute game! Although they play with steam. This game is very good we would give 4 and 1 quarter of a star because its not as detailed which Im very fine with but Steam was $20 but this was $7 and worth the price because the game is very fun the only differences is Steam has smooth animation and the answer choices are different other then that the game is very great and sad.

This games mechanics are like non we have ever seen. All you can do is move left and right and interact with objects, and yet the simplicity of choices make this game so very engaging. Its dark, but thats what we like. The stunning art, acting, and story had us on the edge of our seat the entire time. Ive just gotten into darker things(more horror comics and movies, games like this,) and we could easily tell this was one of the best of its genre. Be wary, it gets pretty dark so make sure you can handle it. It also has some language. If you can handle it, please dont hesitate to play this masterpiece of a game.

This game is awesome and heartwarming But u get to take drugs because she thought they were mints and u go into a strip club and dance fight with a stripper but this game is amazing!! 100 mints out of 10.

Man, you can just tell the creators took their time and put their heart and soul into this game. Its funny, poignant, dark, and beautiful. The humor balances the melancholy well and the story is intriguing. Happy playing.
Heres a short overview: you play as a little lady named misfortune on a journey across her town. Its mostly an exploration and story game. Theres very little action. Theres no jump scares but it is a great creepy fall game. There are decisions and consequences. The play time is roughly 2-3 hours from start to finish if you do everything. Think of it kind of like buying a little movie where you get to play the main character. It reminded us very much of Night in the Woods, Oxenfree, or What Remains of Edith Finch. Absolutely charming – Ill probably play it again in the future just for funsies.
Poggers gameplay, 10/10 would play 20 more times.
So we have watched Fran bow and little misfortune since they both got released! And still today actually lol. We downloaded both on our laptop but only played Fran bow and not little misfortune, it takes a lot to run a game on our laptop so we got it on our new iPad and we loved it so much! Its so different to actually play it than just watch! We totally would recommend and we would also play it again and again lol.
Little Misfortune is one of those games that doesnt quite fit the usual qualifications for a game. Theres very little to the gameplay other than moving left and right, and interacting with objects. Its akin to an old Sierra point and click, but much shorter. And Im fine with that. Little Misfortune is more of an experience than it is a game, similar to the likes of Journey or Abzu. And maybe its just because mainstream games have become nothing more than shameless cash grabs, but even in its brevity, Little Misfortune has more heart and soul pouring out of its illustrated narrative than any AAA release Ive played recently. Be warned though, this is not a story for the faint-hearted. Little Misfortunes journey to find eternal happiness for her mother is fraught with danger and disappointment. But for anyone willing to undertake the perilous task with our Little Lady, the ending is an emotional and depressing while also somewhat uplifting climax that will stay with you for a while. Warning: as of this review, the IOS version has a bug that keeps you from getting the good ending, so completionists be warned, you can still win the game, but not %100.
We love this game but for some reason every time we go to watch the tape on the video player the game completely goes off.

We really enjoyed this game its not super long its really cute and in our opinion its really underrated we would highly recommend to anyone that likes quirky story games.
So turns out the case was pushing our silent button down so we had to take the case off and buy a new one not the games fault. Anyway, lets talk abt the game. Its a really creepy eerie game, and it also has a bit of sadness to it. The controls and everything worked fine, and we would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes creepy games.

The VHS tape crashes inside Benjamins house. Ive updated the game, started a new game, even reinstalled the game, but nothing works. We do see in the update log it says fixed a crash inside the Cabin but the crash is still there. Great game though! Good job Killmonday.
We love the fact that its from sweet and kind to dark and scary but it did kick us off the game when we went to the Benjamins cabin and tried to play the video player the game kicked us off but we were able to continue playing so that was nice so other then that the game was great.
Ive been a fan of Fran Bow for a long time, so when we saw this game we were excited! Its so interactive and now its one of our favorite games, along with Fran Bow. We love all the references in there too! Its an amazing game, we loved it.

This was a great Game intelligent got to bengamens house and pressed the tv it dierected us to black and kicked us out of the game please fix it it is the best game ever it had us interested for more than an hour like most games. Please fix we are crying need to finish the game.

An amazing game, the tv in Benjamins cabin crashes but we are able to continue the game and have finished it twice. We just dont know what happens with that tv yet. We hope more games will be made.

We saw many videos of the game so we know it will be fantastic, but we never was able to get in game cause of crashing, but soon enough we know youll fix it.
If know or like Fran Bow, this is an upgrade and toned down version of it. Little Misfortune is adorable. Killmonday nailed the dark humor for this game. Voice acting, art work, and story are top notch. Warning: this is not a children story book.
