You are Da Vinci’s most promising apprentice. Your master, Leonardo, has disappeared. You have no idea where he’s gone or what has happened. So you begin your quest, your search for the truth. However, Leonardo's workshop is full of puzzles, inventions, escape mechanisms and objects hidden in all corners of beautifully decorated rooms. You’ll need to use all of your brain cells to find out what’s really going on!
We’ve applied our own imagination to the story of the world’s greatest inventor, Leonardo da Vinci, providing players with unique special abilities throughout gameplay. We allow you to warp back into your early days as a young apprentice, exploring the 16th century world around you, peeking into Leonardo’s mechanisms, puzzles and devices, as you eventually become powerful enough to control time itself and learn the secrets hidden in the past.

Ive played this, the Rooms series, and similar games. This is by far our favorite. We love that its mysterious and exciting. The puzzles are well done and make sense. We like it better than rooms because rooms gets a little horror like sometimes and some of them were too much for us. This is the perfect balance.
This game is a fantastic game! Its super fun has no ads and if you need help or you are stuck on a puzzle there is often a hint button on the top right side of the screen and if that doesnt help then go to YouTube to figure it out! Some people often play this game all day and the best part is you can redo the game anytime youd like.

This and the room are the only good iOS games.
We have played all of these and they are IMO the best ; along side the Rusty Lake games. Our only negative is that voices (in the english language versions ) have British accents. Are we supposed to be in Italy.

This game is not for the faint-hearted adventurer. Youll have a lot of fun, but there will be frustration as well. Stick with it, though. Youll be glad you did.
We love the visual experience and all of the steampunk machines. Some of the challenges were so complex and difficult to solve it at times it became mor frustrating than fun or challenging. We had to view the solutions to a few challenges on YouTube to get past them. All in all worth the money but a bit too frustrating.

A great game with equally amazing graphics. We were truly disappointed when we solved the final challenge. An education experience of his most ingenious inventions as well. We hope there are more in this venue planned by the creators.

The graphics are awesome compared to what you usually get with room escape type puzzle games. Fun to solve and interactive. Definitely worth the money.

Pay once up front and enjoy hours of fun and interesting play. Beautiful artwork and some history thrown in. We are so glad there are two more versions to look forward to.

We found nearly all of the puzzles worth the time required to solve them and quite inventive. There were a few that drove us to consult a walkthrough, from which we drew the conclusion that taking our time to look aroundand to use the oculi for more clueswas beneficial. Overall, the game is a worthwhile experience, especially for anyone interested in the life and times of da Vinci.

Graphics are so good. It reminds us of Skyrim. And elder scrolls This is a fun puzzle. The room series is just as good.
Takes a lot to keep us interested in an app game. We have dropped most we have started. This is the second app ever that we have stuck with and finished!!! The graphics are seamless and beautiful!! We love the work put in to do some historical research and the imagination to make it all work with a storyline. Im begging for number 3!!!! Plz plz have one before we finish Room 3 and 4. Otherwise Im going to go brain dead!!!! Lol.
Sixteen hours we thoroughly enjoyed. Had to rely on the hints a lot, but that means we can replay it soon and see what we remember. Thanks to the developers for a highly entertaining yet reasonably priced experience. Got any more.
This game is so immersive and we love it. Just draws you in with the entire gameplay. Definitely recommend it.
We really enjoyed this game. Very good graphics for an IPad game. Ive played all the Cyan games (Myst,Riven, Uru), The Room, Obduction, etc. And this fits right into the genre. This is a lighter version of the Xbox games and in our opinion, worth the $5 for 4-6 hours of entertainment. We experienced no glitches that others mentioned.
We must say that this game was so fun and challenging. We Bought this game about a year ago and we took our time with it. Again Im impressed at the level of detail that this game offered us and it didnt disappoint. And its definitely worth the price . If youre not sure you can get the demo version to try out. We bought this game after finishing the excellent Room series, when we saw comparisons of this game which Id never heard of. Based on those comparisons, we had low expectationsbut we found it to be great! It was very challenging (we admit we had to consult walkthroughs once or twice) but we enjoyed it. But most importantly, it just kept going and going! We were astonished at how it kept going to new locations. It was very inventive, and by the end we were ready for it to be over. Now Im looking forward to House of Da Vinci II.
Hello! Im always wanting to challenge our mind in new ways, we watched the gameplay walkthrough a few nights ago and we were hooked. After playing the game ourselves we have to say Ive never felt more challenged to push on through with each and every puzzle. The graphics and intuitiveness of each area and the hints made us excited to see the next puzzle and figure out the next clues. We really loved this game and Im about to play number two. Thanks for bringing a great game to the table. We hope to be able to play the whole series. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

We absolutely love this game. We almost never write reviews but this game deserves it ! It was as interesting as it it was exciting ! We were skeptical about having to pay for the game and it not living up to our expectations BUT it in fact EXCEEDED our expectations ! We will always recommend this game to anyone who loves puzzles,clues, and adventure.
Ive been trying to finish it for awhile, and it was so fun! The definite best bit was the 3 dimensional part. Being able to walk around in a 3D world, solving puzzles and opening letters is nice to do, and if we find ourselves stuck, we can just tap the hint button.
Geez, another game that is so addictive! We have all the ROOMS games and just started this new series and cant think about anything else! It almost makes us forget to eat!!! It is terrible but so good. You forget all the life problems for a while. This so much better that the shootmUp games we use to play! We cant find the words to thank the developers for making such intelligent games. Keep developing those kind of games, you will have a very long and prospre future! Sorry for our poor English by the way.
This game is one you wont mind your kids playing. It stretches their minds in physics and geometry (even before the know what those things are), problem solving, and above all else patience. No one is killing each other and the hitting the reset button like other video games. There is real learning here. Kudos to the developers. The graphics are fantastic. Hope they come out with many more games and this sets a new trend for more video games that have a positive effect on kids.
