We enjoyed playing this even if it was only almost 9 hours of gameplay (100% completed). Less bugs than the second which is great but it unfortunately less fun. The map is annoying bc its practically useless (you can see the buildings, but it wont tell you the names of each, leaving you to have to search for it) we played the 2nd game first so we thought id really not like the 2D factor of this game but we didnt mind it as much even though it made it slightly less interesting. Really hoping they create another game for the last season.
Took a few hours to beat and we were watching Stranger Things as we played it. Simplistic and entertaining with many Easter eggs and references to the show itself. Loved it.
This game is so fun, we wish it had more content and information for the tasks u do, but overall its a great experience and gameplay.
Very good. Not like show at all but characters are same. Gameplay good. Classic mode not to hard just right. Has references to show but you can still understand game without ever watching season one(we think) Dustin looks a little cursed tho.
The game is good but the bugs make it so much worse.
This game was super fun to play and Id played it numerous times before this most recent time. It used to be awesome, but now theres bug that keep you from actually progressing in the game. Areas that Id completed before constantly reset, even after saving the game. If the developer fixed these bugs Id definitely recommend, but honestly just save your time.
When this game first came out, we loved it. But now that Netflix has taken over the platform, its filled with bugs. We had to stop playing it about halfway through due to it being practically impossible to progress. Again, we played this before – all the way through – a couple of times. We hope they fix it. It really was a classic.
We always download this game on every device we own and we would be able to play it offline. But now, we have to sign in to our Netflix account every time we open the app and we can only play if Im connected to the internet or WiFi.
We tried connecting it like the 3 but it doesnt work. Our hands hurt to hold it so much plus the quality of the Videos we dont like as much sorry.
We love the game but there are genuinely so many bugs that make it unjoyable!! There are bugs throughout chapter three like the last room before the boss and its so disappointing.
We like the game a lot but it doesnt start us off in the same place we were when we last saved and exited the game. Im currently stuck in the middle school with Hopper in the upside down library. We never had this problem every other time Ive played but since we got a new phone and redownloaded it, it doesnt work. We dont know whats wrong with it.
Game was great, but this new update has been horrible. Boxes have to be reopened or previously unlocked places are locked again. And getting rid of the video tapes for outfits?!? We loved looking for them just to watch the trailer again. Truly sad to see if fall this low.
We love this we played since it came out and everything Id 100 percent it at least five times now but on our newest play through we noticed that after we had gotten wills second outfit in the Hawkins library whenever we ran sideways a bug happened where the sprite for Will showed two wills and its been bugging us for a while a now all in all its a great game we just really need that bug fixed.
This game has changed since it was first released, now each character has a second outfit, so cute! Very sad that you cant use Eleven to beat the levels any more. Only glitch is in Will's hospital outfit, when he runs either way or attacks theres two of him- we thought we must've missed this part in the show! Maybe the game is making a commentary on how Will's body is split into two personalities, his own and the one controlled by the (we forgot his name, Flame Hunter? Shadow Demon? Nyway u kno the 1).
We got this game because Im obsessed with Stranger Things and this game was challenging enough and its so much fun playing side quests and exploring Hawkins.
The game is good bosses are hard but gives us a challenge which makes the game fun! The game makes you feel like youre in the 80s, literally! Because of the graphics. We recommend this game for Stranger Things fans, like us.
Reminds us of the old arcade games and it's based off of our favorite show! It's a fun game that we always revisit and it's an easy 4-6 hours of play to beat. We enjoy the music and the animation and its simple gameplay. It's so perfect thank you.
This game is really hard. Its either you dont know what to do or youre just on an impossible level.
Im bot mad about the netflix account thing as we got someone to help, but the game is very buggy as it did t remember our progress in the sewer chapter and its so easy to aoftlock a secret or your own character. We love this game but we feel it needs some bugfixing.
Game glitched out every time we closed it, but other than that it was fine.
This game used to be great – experienced no issues. Now data is failing to be saved between sessions, most notably where dungeons have to be completely re-explored to gain map visibility. Netflix, fix these bugs and the game is a solid 5/5.

Update not as good, maps and unlocked areas reset after leaving game. Used to not do this..while still fun, a bit too much of a grind.
We beat this game a while back, and while on our stranger things kick again we redownloaded it only to be hit with a forced sign in already off to a bad start it kept crashing after signing in Way to ruin a great game Netflix mouth breathers.
We recently started watching stranger things again, and when we saw this on our netflix we nearly shed a tear. This was our favorite game in 2022.
This is the best game ever you start as hopper and go to the lab and play on but super fun and we think you should download.
We dont say this lightly, but this is the best game on IOS that Ive played. Hands down, the playability, challenges, and throwback to the 80s is exceptional. The variety of characters and abilities is awesome and adds to the interest of the game. We only wish that this game could go on and even be ported to PC. Keep it up.
We love this game, but in the middle of it, it keeps asking for our Netflix account and we do wanna log into it but it says that something went wrong. It does keep letting us play, but every 30 seconds it asks us for our Netflix account. We do have one though, but it doesnt let us log in. Pls fix this or tell us how to fix this -Thomas.p.
It was so much fun! We played all weekend and reached 100% completion. Would highly recommend for any fan of Stranger Things! Challenging but still enjoyable.

If you grew up playing Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past on the SNES, this game will AMAZE you! It is almost like it is a mod of the old school 8 and 16 bit Zelda games on the NES and SNES. The parallels to the SNES Zelda Link To The Past game are innumerable. It has identical mechanics, gameplay, and is almost like it is running on the very same engine. That doesnt mean the game lacks originality. It has its own story and characters that are all from the Stranger Things show. It takes you back to a very nostalgic era of gameplay in the same way the show takes you back to a nostalgic era of horror films. 20 out of 10.
Im not the biggest gamer at all but we absolutely demolished this game we were so obsessed. We started on a family vacation to europe, and ended on a different vacation the following year. (something about airplanes makes us want to watch stranger things idk.) flayed billy sucked that took so long but we finally figured it out. Its all about counting how many attacks between each cool down. The carnival scene was also pretty crazy. Anyways, im watching the season right now and im pretending like it was based off of this game. So fun so fun.
This is the best mobile game of 2017. This got us into the stranger things series, and Stranger Things 3 The Game. Every person who rated this 2 or 1 star has an insane skill issue because this game is easy yet fun. We spent months trying to get to 100% on normal AND classic modes. In conclusion, this game deserves it's rightful name as the best mobile game of 2017. Love this, Netflix.
Tho there could be one small very small change. Can you make it so that 11 can crawl through pipes? And make it so that there isnt a Netflix login, theres some people complaining about it.
No controller supported, but we gave it a second chance on the iPad Pro and it is an excellent game. We play it with the stylus. It reminds us of GameBoy. Excellent sounds, we love it.

Its great we would add season 3 or 4 tho. And split up season 1 and 2 since they are tied together but u love it.

We usually only post when we have issues but this is by far nextflixs best game right now. 11/10. So fun.

We had so much fun playing this adventure game and we havent even watched the latest season of stranger things. In fact, we dont think you even need to know much about the series to have fun playing this game. Would recommend for anyone looking for the old dungeon adventure game with an updated feel.

We Watched stranger things and this game was kinda like it but it was pretty cool at first.
We love the game but we think 11 should have a cool down time after 5 or so attack to make it more realistic to the show and because she is a little over powered it whould be nice for her to have a draw back.
