Community Insight:
The endgame storyline requires you to upgrade portions of the game. However, the vault has a maximum of 18 million and the upgrades are higher than that. This means that you are unable to complete the storyline as there is no way to upgrade your vault to be able to have a higher capacity. The developer promised revamping of the vault over three years ago instead they just added More things that cost real money rather than fixing it. Dont bother playing because you wont be able to finish.

Im wonder where the level 11 bank vault.
Still waiting for updates to the vault and other stuff wish they would come out sooner than later but it looks like it might never happen.
We would rate it 4/5 stars but we cant increase our vault to the max limit only level 10? So we cant play the game how we want with a limit of 5.3 million and upgrades cost more . How am we supposed to complete the game.
This game would be great but there is so many adds it makes it unplayable very frustrating.
Once you get to a certain level it says you need vault level 11. No clue how to get to that level, otherwise its been a fun game to play, kind of hit a dead end. When does the next upgraded levels come out? When can you get more options to upgrade stuff or start a new truck stop with other options and themes? Guess moral is, developers get back to work.
Theres a glitch or something we have been stuck on 25k since forever and Iam still getting adds and we still get them but come on its a lit game.
Although it is a really fun game overall,you cant get to vault level eleven because to upgrade you need 24 million or 24 thousand (we dont remember lol because we already deleted it) which with vault level ten is not possible as you can only reach 18 thousand (or million) by watching ads.Its is still a really fun game overall and we hope this issue is fixed sometime soon.
We loved this game at first until it wouldnt let us upgrade the vault without paying. For something like this we shouldnt have to pay for. Seriously considering deleting this app as there is no way to progress without paying.
Stuck at level10 not sure how to get vault to level 11 you must have to buy things to get to level 11 so much for being a free game. It was fine but disappointing when you cant go farther than level 10.

Has very good potential to be an awesome game. We were hooked the first time played. But Im maxed out until the do an update.
The game is nice the ads pops up arent as annoying but they want you to spend actual money for more diamonds the upgrades cost 50+ diamonds we dislike it.
We have a Mac mini and a 27 monitor. The game is only a 3/4 sliver down the middle of our screen. How can it be made larger on our screen.
Once you complete all the tasks and upgrades in the game. You need to have a Vault upgrade to Level 11 and there is no way to upgrade. You eventually get stuck and cant play anymore or upgrade anything to increase vault storage. Starting to think this game was a waste of our time and the money in spent on it.
Too many ads, any upgrades you want to do takes hours at a time unless you pay for it. Not a fun game unless you want to spend some money on it.
Over the last 2 years people have been issuing the complaint that you cannot move past vault 10. This is still true today, as the developer we presume has decided to move onto other games. You need a vault that exceeds at least $24 million and the vault without watching an ad only goes up to $15.8 million. If you watch an ad that will give you a capacity of $18.3 million which is still not enough to upgrade your purchases. Very disappointing.
The game needs an update, our vault is lacking space to accomplish things. We have had 1 last thing stuck in research for over a month. We hope they update this so we can spend more $ in game and accomplish things.

We enjoy play this game and spent a decent amount of money on here, unfortunately we are at a stand still. It says upgrade vault to level 11 and we dont know how. Some upgrades have 22M our vault only has 15M we bought every vault add on.
Really nice game we just started we definitely recommend it but the one thing is that it ask you to rate it alot but like we said real nice game.
Only real complaint we have so far is we cant collect diamonds from the piggy bank even though its full it says open loading and when we tap it nothing happens. Pretty much what you expect though.

We purchased another investigator but we never got another one.
We like the game, Im finding ourselves coming back to it and wanting to play more and more, but our issue is that Ive tried to buy more investigators and it keeps telling us that we already bought them and asked us if we want one free. But Im still at just 1 investigator. Ive closed the game and cleared it but it still keeps telling us the same thing.
In the game it says that our maximum vault value is $15.8 Million, and that it is at level 10. However, there are upgrades that cost $16 Million and more, however we are unable to upgrade our vault. Also, there have been many cases in which we have tried to purchase more investigators, but when it directs us to the appstore purchase, it is labeled as Investor 3 and not Investigator.
For some reason we cannot get any more than one researcher. Kept trying to buy more and it wouldnt work.
It is fun game but we just started so we will see how it goes.
Stuck on a few levels that wont advance because our vault wont upgrade. 10 is max but 11 is requesting for more money to pay for upgrades.
The only issues we have is they put so many goddamn ads feels like half the time Im playing Im watching an ad and the piggy bank will not let us open it its stuck on loading idk what to do.

We bought extra researcher and it failed to give it to us. Go to buy it again and it says restore purchase and still fails to give it to us.
So we have enjoyed the game however, since the last update the game has been locking up on the initial screen it goes through the script with crazy Dave telling us to update our vault but then will not allow us to proceed to update it. It there another fix coming out for apple for this issue.
