Since the update, the orders are usually the same ones. Able to get toolboxes easier, thanks! We had about 87k smileys after update. Each upgrade costs 2-4k. Easier to get toolboxes = out of smileys so cant upgrade. Board is too small, with so many generators, not enough room. Add more storage space to unload unneeded generators. Selling items gives very little smileys, can we buy them like money? Stuck without smileys.
We cant believe they wiped out all the progress Id made. How bad do you have to screw up the update that a complete reset of the entire game was the answer? Not wasting anymore time with this one. Edited several months later- we gave it another shot. Its a fun game that should have had potential. Just dont spend any real money on it because they will reset the game (more than once)and then think that giving you extra diamonds makes up all the time spent trying to advance. Why attempt to play when your progress can be wiped out without notice. The developers dont respond to emails. Id like the money back we spent trying to advance. Im not holding our breath though. Im deleting irrelevant apps which reminded us to update our previous review.

This new update has definitely improved the playing experience a good dea! Goals now feel more attainable so you can enjoy the cute character banter more often, energy/building supplies are given more often which is nice, and the currency gems feel worth more and a tad bit more obtainable. Crossing fingers and hoping the animal sanctuary bit comes out with a ton more exciting goals and ways to play. As always, still loving all the new art and looking forward to more items and locations to discover. Great job~.
We really appreciate the new update. Being able to progress faster makes the game so much more fun! Ive been playing since before all progress was reset and was very disappointed with the result. But the new update is fantastic. We literally had almost quit playing but Im glad we kept at it to enjoy the new way to build.
We love this game and love the fact you are trying to improve it but this new addition of stuff is great but there isnt enough room on our board to make even one item that needs to be merged. Its frustrating please either make the board bigger or more storage, thanks.
FINALLY THIS UPDATE HAS MADE THIS GAME SO MUCH BETTER and more enjoyable to play!!! We are SO happy that they made things less difficult to reach. There was several times we almost deleted it because it just took to long for progression and now its phenomenal! Great work.
We really enjoy this game, and we think the recent update has done a lot to improve the experience, but its very difficult to actually play with such limited board space. There just isnt enough space to house all of the generators and the items that you have to merge to fill orders. The storage space is too expensive to keep buying just to free up one space, and the only option youre left with then is to sell high level items that youre likely going to need for a future order. A board expansion could make the player experience much more enjoyable.
We love this game and have been playing since shortly after its initial release. Our only complaint is that our customer orders are always the same thing. We havent needed shells or dishes in a while. And its always the exact same items every day. Some variety in the orders would be nice.
The game moves at a reasonable rate but The board is too small for the amount of things we have to make and we also dont get enough gems to get storage space.
We really like this game but every single time they make one thing better they make another thing worse. You can never earn enough diamonds to help make things easier for yourself, at first we had loads of smiley faces now they've been spent down and its hard to get them back up without taking days just to get one goal complete. The India update is no fair at all no matter how much effort it's practically impossible to complete the entire thing. AND we played just a few hours ago and there was no India event going we log on 3 hours later and we have 18 minutes to complete the India board? Takes too long to get tools, Half the stuff you create on this game isn't even used and we try to keep things that take long to create and we don't even use them so they just take up space cant win for loosing with this game seriously.
It is frustrating that when playing on the India board and you advance, you receive toolboxes. The tools cannot be merged with tools on your home board, and they can only go into the suitcase (which means they are lost once the event is over). It would be great if the toolboxes popped up on the home board instead of the India board, regardless of where youve won them.
(Update was cool and glad they fixed the cost of diamonds but all our 100 diamonds for extra lives. We lost at least 500 if not more. For the people that were playing before DO WE GET THOSE BACK?????) our biggest thing is the out put off the items. Like the food and the shells, we have the highest basket for both…but we still havent even got to the bocata it takes forever when they only give out olives. And with shells we cant get the pearl for anything The statues in the museum items take forever!!! And how else can we get diamonds.
We love love the latest update however its getting super annoying because all the requests are the same… Every single time.
Got the new update and our game didnt reset so we got to keep current level, smilies, and gems. Our issue is the quests are the same ones over and over. While some give tool boxes most do not. We also miss the side game of India and havent seen it in a while, hope you bring it back. Also the ice cream quest is a bit difficult, maybe you can tone that one down a bit.
Hello developers. Getting straight to the point. Either the recharge time needs to be lowered or give more opportunities to gain blue gems to buy energy. The shop is useless to us because we never have blue gems to spend. Why cant things in the shop be bought with smileys instead? Certain orders take entirely too long to fulfill. This drives you to have to try to merge other items in the meantime which quickly fills the board with items you cant sell because theyre needed. With each source at least give enough items to make half the order. Also when leveling up the energy level should rise. 100 is not alot of energy when your whole top row is a source object. The seashells and silverware takes forever! In closing, dont take this as a negative review. Love the game and latest update. Not asking for a simplified game but more of a balance. We play daily every chance we get. But make it worth our effort . We shouldnt be merging for weeks to get one high level food item. Its pointless to use the whole 100 energy to try and get one high leveled food item thats still not completed after using the next 100 after waiting on a recharge. Work with us please. Im level 24 and only have 4 areas unlocked. Come on.
This has been a pretty good game. However, After one of the recent updates, this has been making the bubbles every other merge. This is very aggravating, as it ties up board space. Im not going to pay on all of those, so KNOCK IT OFF.
We quit at level 31. The goals are the same for each level. Frequently going above the max. The second time we made ice cream, we discovered TWO new stamps. The max was six when we started but 8 when we finished.
Super rookie of the developers to delete everyones progress because they updated some stuff. The many hours everyone spent waiting for items to recharge, the hours many people spent to wait for their energy recharge, the amount of ads people watched to get JUST 25 ENERGY. Whether it might have been beta or not, there are ways to keep progress while cleaning and updating a game. Would not be surprised for you to take peoples money every time you update and we have to start over again. UPDATE: Takes forever to upgrade buildings. We dont get enough supplies from the toolbox. Trash game to need to start over. ALSO, the amount of diamonds they give us is nowhere near enough to get us back to where we were before the update. Update 2: Orders needs to be refreshed or catered to what we have on our board. We have been doing the same things over and over and still have items we cannot even turn in. It takes up so much room.
Biggest scam of a game Ive ever played. Ive never had to pay the amount of literal money for the small amount of game play they give you. The best thing they could do is start an unlimited subscription plan. Its obscene. We decided to pay to pay to continue the game worst mistake it could ever make. You could spend thousands a month and still get nowhere. We think (we didnt even look because we were terrified to) we spent about $100 on the game in one week. Id be better off spending the money on an Airbnb and traveling to a casino. Its more fun and better pay out.
We loved this game before the last update, however since then Ive noticed things messing up. 1. Sometimes we cant tap on chest or anything to produce items 2. The tab to purchase items you may need is not working it only comes up with diamond packages 3. It will show an item on the screen and we wont be able to click it or merge it with alike item.
This is one of our favorite games to play. We love everything about it EXCEPT for when you pay for diamonds the price of energy goes up a lot. It goes from 50 diamonds/100 energy And doubles everytime you make a purchase. We feel that its unfair because we are paying to continue and you guys would be able to make a lot more money if you kept it at 50-100 diamonds per 100 energy.
We like this game and play it daily but we have been trying to update certain buildings for a long time. We keep waiting to get Window pieces and Keep getting the same of the materials over and over.(bricks, screws, wood) It shouldnt be this hard to get needed materials. We have over $200K in cash but it really isnt even worth it since we cant upgrade buildings without the materials needed. We enjoy the game but want to be able to upgrade things more than once every month when we play at many times EVERYDAY.
Items are getting stuck in the same blocks and we cant move them. We updated and its still happening.
Ive been playing this game for several months now, even before the update. This update added the materials to upgrade, which is a cool feature. HOWEVER, its like the algorithm of the game is off. There are some materials that are in abundance and some like the windows that almost never show up. We wanna say Ive been stuck on an upgrade for 2 or 3 weeks because we cant get ONE window. Not only is this a problem, but the rewards for the tasks are completely unequal. We spent several weeks trying to get to a level 5 or 6 milkshake for no material reward, just coins. There are constantly tasks that require much more time and energy than they are worth. Please update to make this a more enjoyable and seemingly rewarding game. We like self progression but these inconsistencies are making it extremely difficult.
Im playing level 35 but we have missed play games yesterday and today for no reason we did re app over again to play this game if not we have no idea waiting for this app games.
We are very impressed about this game !! But one thing we would love for you to add are easier ways to level up ! The game is very good. Its not like where you only can get 100 energy you can get up to 500 energy and you start with 500 energy !! In the long run Get the a p p.
Its a very exciting game and what not and we really do enjoy playing it but now we cant play it. It just keeps giving a grey screen and crashes automatically.
But recently its been having a glitch to where it will not open and just goes black then kicks you back to your Home Screen. Other than that its fun, but it gets boring when u dont ever have gems to spend.
For some reason its not working we unstalled it and installed again just keeps up black screen .whyyy helppp.
We love this game and Ive been playing it for a couple weeks now. But for some reason today we can no longer get into the game. When we open it it just is a grey screen.
We love this game and play daily, but with the most recent update we cant get in the game at all. There is no loading screen, only a gray screen that bumps us out after about 30 seconds.

Every since we updated our game we havent been able to open it. Just get a black screen and then poof its gone. Was hoping for a new update for iOS to fix but nothing as of yet.
The apps been fun and great until today when it just wont load. We tried to remove and reinstall but when we try to load our cloud save it goes to the black screen. This happened when we entered the event.

Our app has stopped working. When we click on it it just stays black and then automatically exits and goes back to the Home Screen on our iPhone. We updated the app and our phone and also restarted our phone but nothing has worked :( sad because we love this game and play at least 3 times a day.
We find it very frustrating that we have to wait for certain things to gain energy. Im talking about the icons that produce other icons. We will sometimes get maybe 4 or 5 before it has to sit there for 5 minutes to gain more energy. We get having to wait for the main energy but then to also have to wait for the icons to gain energy is really frustrating and time wasting.
We loved the game at first, theres not as many ads as other merging games. However, its obvious after playing it a while why that is. If you want to get anywhere in this game you are going to have to spend cash to buy diamonds because they dont just give those out and thats what you need for everything. You get lots of emojis but theyre mostly useless to advance.
If your playing this game for a bonus get your proof because the deny it. Luckily we did and got ours but the company had to do it for us because travel town would not even with the proof! So glad we never gave yall a dime now! And as of today our relationship is done. A man is only as good as his word.
Good game at first but then progressing becomes impossible even with purchases. The materials you need come way too slowly. The new update has made levels more playable and are not impossible anymore to complete. Ty for the update.
First we wanna start off with the fact that suddenly the game wont load. We had it on the title screen for over 3-4 minutes, probably could have gone longer but Im tired of wasting our time on this game. Which leads us to stating that even with a little fixing, the balance is still off. 15,000 coins and cant do anything because we need rarer tools. Its a bit better since the last update but its still SO off. Cant even get a piece of window. We feel like if you require a certain tool, maybe make the chances of pulling those from the toolboxes higher. Its a great game, but it needs work. And we gotta give major props to you guys because yall actually seem to listen to players, but quite a few things still need work. Pushing people to the point of buying gems? That makes us want to avoid giving you guys any money. Plenty of times Ive thought about it but nah, 1000 gems for a new slot on inventory? Not worth spending a single penny. The more you work with players, the more people will actually want to play and spend money.
We keep getting the same missions on repeat. Salmon salad and white statue, mortar and pestle, and tea and picture. We dont get anything useful to what we need to upgrade buildings from the boxes, and values are messy. A rank 12 item from one things gives twice the rewards as a different rank 12. A rank 9 and rare 5 give the same as basic items. Its tiring to do missions for smiley faces when we dont need them – we have over 45k and no use for them without the tools/supplies Im not getting.
We like many others are having the very same issues!! Its frustrating playing a game you love so much but dont progress!! We have 5 buildings not one not two but 5!!! Can you believe it??!! That need to be upgraded with items like windows brick walls screws etc. We literally play every single day and it takes weeks to even get an item we need. The tool boxes we get dont give us what we need and if they do we still need like 15 more of that item to complete the building its just not fair. We give two stars because we still love the game its fun and we play every single day.
We have around 150,000 smiles/coins but still unable to upgrade the houses. You have made it impossible to advance in the game.
We havent leveled up in over a month. We have 104 bricks, 100 pieces of wood, over 300,000 smileys, and cant get a 5th valve to save our life. The toolboxes rarely ever have any paint, valves, windows, wallpaper, outlets, or wrenches, and it takes literally months to upgrade any buildings. We cant even get the daily toolboxes because you need to spend diamonds, and theres no way to get diamonds without paying for them, and we are absolutely not spending money on a game that doesnt let you advance for free. This game is just a money-grab.
