We love doing the puzzles on here! It always helps us sleep or in general calm down if we are having a stressful time. We have completed many puzzles on this app which is so much fun to do on road trips bc you dont have to have internet to use this app which is even cooler! So we definitely would recommend this app.
We were willing to put up with an ad before the first puzzle when starting up the app, and even one after puzzle finished before getting coins. Now there is an ad before and after every puzzle and its too much. Shame because we enjoyed the puzzles.
Can you please reset the background color selections to make more variations? As we can imagine, most of your subscribers are older such as ourselves! Not long ago you had more background colors to choose from and it greatly aided in the ability to see the pieces more clearly. Our eyesight isnt what it used to be and sometimes the lack of contrast between the background colors and the puzzle pieces becomes frustrating. Some other sites offer a textured-look background, which also helps. But yours is our favorite and we hope you can make this change. Thanks! PS. Im giving you a 5-star review in hopes you will be able to do this.

Im trying to beat our high score, but there is no information on how scoring works.
Ive been using this app for quite a few years and we really enjoy it except for all the ads. We would definitely pay a one time fee to skip the ads but you want a monthly fee which of all the apps we use, this one is the only one that wants a monthly fee. No thanks on that! The reason for this review is the background colors. Why did you take away some of the colors? We used different colii out rs for each puzzle. Is there a reason you did this.

This is a great game that could be exceptional if there were not ads, or at least a way to get rid of the ads.
This is a favorite app to play to relax before sleep, but the pop up ads with sound have us on the verge of having to find a new app. We like the sound on for knowing when a piece is connected, but now peace is literally lost when we're startled with a pop up ad with sound. And it's even more annoying that the ad calls us "Bro". No random sound pop ups and you'd get a 5 rating.
We love puzzle games, but we wish that there was a chance to change your background of the entire app to be dark because we usually puzzle before bed. Other than that, its so nice.

This is a fun game but the ads are too numerous to continue to play. We dont think Ill keep this app.
Now its all ads and if you dont allow the ad to play and then open the App Store you cant get to the puzzles. And the ads now run so frequently its beyond annoying. Even closing the app completely and reopening it doesnt stop the ads. You just get a different one. We used to use this all the time because puzzles are a stress relief for us. But this new version is the exact opposite.
Puzzles are fun but waiting on ads between puzzles is very aggravating. Would love to see an ad free version.

This App keeps freezing. The pieces will not move. Help.
Great game we understand the need for ads before a puzzle. However pls remove the intrusive audio ads from the puzzle board it ruins our experience especially when Im concentrating.
Constant ads that interrupt our audio book. Relaxing puzzles but the constant interruptions ruin it. So frustrating.
Im on the 3 day free trial and its a lot of fun, we especially love the journey section but the amount of AI is incredibly disappointing and makes us not want to pay for no ads. Support artists and not AI slop please.
We have been playing for a while and built up over 50 hints. When we ended play on day before Christmas Eve we had at least 45. Didnt play on Christmas Eve. When we went back on Christmas we only had 15. No explanation why our hints were taken away. This is not ethical.
But we cant stand an app that wont let us play a podcast or something else in the background.
We have been enjoying playing this game, but lately the game closes on us, it is annoying because we end up losing our focus/concentration. We checked to see if we had the latest update, we didnt, so we updated it thinking it would fix it. It didnt fix it, it still closes mid-puzzle. Now there are pop-up audio ads every couple minutes. Very annoying.
Declining quality – stop giving points for putting each piece together and giving awesome! Comments. We just want to put together a puzzle without this extra nonsense. Used to be great.
This is the best puzzle app Ive found. Ive been using it for 2-3 years. Recently, though, the adds have become so annoying! They are constant. We love to wind down at the end of the day by doing a puzzle and listening to an audio book. Thats now impossible because an add comes on every two minutes with sound, and it shuts off our book. So frustrating and we find ourselves now using the app less.
We LOVE this but we hate the freaking ads. Like we love this so much Id pay for there NOT to be adsid love if that was an option. Half the time we shut it off when we want to do another puzzle but Im tired of 2 ads/puzzle.
Been playing for a while but need to find another puzzle app because ads constantly interrupt not only in between puzzles but also during a puzzle! We play it at night to fall asleep but can't do it anymore because ads often break through and play out loud even though our phone is on silent, do not disturb and notifications are off. That is sketchy. We would buy the app but can't just pay a one time fee. The price of $7 a week is more than our internet device per month. We have way bigger apps that cost far less. This is robbery.
This game is good but it advertises that there are no ads at all. There werent until we played for more than 30 minutes and then it was ad after ad.
We love the app and enjoy working on a puzzle while listening to an audio book. We dont like the new pop-up ads (the little box in the upper right corner) that interrupt our audio book. We can mute the pop-up after a moment, but then we have to swipe out of the puzzle, go to our audio book, and turn it back on. We hardly start listening again, and the same ad pops up again. This is very disruptive during a puzzle. We understand why you have ads – but we already get them before the puzzle. During the puzzle is too disruptive to an otherwise enjoyable game.

Love the app, but too many ads.
We literally got this app in order to relax and listen to our podcast while doing puzzles. The adds pop up every 20 seconds and cut off our podcast. In order to get rid of the ads we have to upgrade to jigsaw plus which costs $7 a freaking week? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! We can play a zombie miner game that cost us $6.99 one time payment to get rid of ads permanently and this puzzle game requires a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription to get rid of an ad that pops up and plays every 20 seconds??? Not very relaxing.
The amount of ads are ridiculous!! Its like they are trying to force you to pay their monthly fee.
Good game you learn how to do puzzles and it good no ad game.
Ok so we had and would have still rated you a 4-5 Its ridiculous that you know have commercials that you cant stop the sound while youre doing the puzzle. If you guys dont take that off, Im deleting your both our phone and our tablet.
We used to use this app daily until a couple weeks ago when they started interrupting with in puzzle ads that randomly play. We listen to audiobooks while doing puzzles to regulate our emotions but its jarring for our book to suddenly stop and an ad to start playing. Not to mention, it changes the volume levels. We could handle a one time fee for the app but paying yet another subscription in this economy just isnt feasibleespecially when most of us are downsizing our non-essentials as much as possible. TLDR: the new pop up ads are incredibly annoying and ruined the best puzzle app Ive found in the App Store.
