If you get an error about server connection Mattel customer support recommended deleting and redownloading app. It did clear the issue.
This is the worst game in existence.
Ever since our grandma got us this game we have loved it. We find it lots of fun to play with lots of people and we are reading the Harry Potter books, so the game is great! We love to sit down on game night and enjoy a good PictionaryAir drawn glass of water or draw ourselves a mustache. PictionaryAir is so fun.

We got this for xmas and tried it with 4 people of our family and it was sooooo funny you should buy it.
This game is a lot of fun for familys. But why do you need to go to a website when the creator of the game could put everything in the app. Because if you have website restrictions and cant open it that phone will alway be the drawing phone. Other then that fun game.

This is a very fun game and works pretty well, the only thing is that we had to cover up our windows because it confuses light from the windows with light from the wand.
Pictionary air is a great game to play inside and with family and friends.
You should make it so it doesnt make something on its own.
The concept is great, but the drawing is jumpy at times. Its also challenging to get it consistently set up.
We have a suggestion name it PictionAir.
We wish that there were more free packs. Some of the packs you can buy are very expensive – 14.00 for a pack? Are they crazy? Also all the free packs are pretty much more for kids than adults. There are no adds which we like which is awesome. But another con is that you need two devices to play the game- and what if you dont have 2 devices.
We dont like it because you have to pay for it. We wish it was a free.
So we started playing this game after a while but then every time we tried drawing there was always a scribble which made it hard to play and it was really annoying.
We got the game last year for Christmas and really enjoyed playing it as a whole family. Unfortunately, we have been getting an error message for the last several months on all of our devices that says: Oops there is a connection issue to the server we have tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no success. Sadly, we unable to play the game anymore. We hope this can be resolved somehow.

Ive had this game for some time and we've been having problems getting the app to load, it currently only loads to 44% then freezes. We love this game, please provide a new update to fix the glitches.

Pictionary Air is amazing! This product is entertaining and puts an exciting spin on traditional Pictionary. The app runs smoothly on our iPad, although Ive never tried it on our phone. This game can be enjoyed by all ages! Its something kids can play with their friends or an activity that families can enjoy together. This is the Pictionary of the 21st century. We recommend it.
We saw this at our local target and got it. It looked fun and we thought you can play solo. We couldnt find anything that said solo mode. And we even tried clicking on some of the hints. It said to scan a QR code that we dont want to scan because we wanna play solo! So please have a solo mode, because now we feel bored with it. Im giving it a three because -2 star because there is no solo mode. FIX THIS.
We love how it shows them as parents in the last movie of Harry Potter.

This game is great! We got the Harry Potter one and it was fun but laggy.
It sometimes draws unnecessary lines but other than that a blast totally recommend.
Its a great family game and the kids will love it. Especially if you play the kids vs grownups. Its fun all around. Just follow the tip and instructions.
The app just starts drawing on its on, thats the only problem it has and its kinda confusing to work at first but other than that fun game , we like how you can do it on the television.
