We love this app is a really good one but what we dont like is that the camera is not compatible with all songs thats the only thing we dont like other than that we love this app.
This is absolutely the coolest and simplest app Ive ever used for a game . Its so easy to set up and use for play and its a lot of fun. The camera detects your body and you just move to the music. This app and game wont let you down.
Worked as advertised and cost at no additional charge for using the phone as a controller or a video.
Ngl we like using this better than using joycons cuz with the joycons they sometimes count the right moves as wrong but with this app we get better scores like on play date by Melanie Martinez we got five stars with the joycons but with camera controller we got superstar ! (we totally recommend this app!!!).
We been using phone for controller for the past 2-3 years and its cool. Still burning calories and our phone tracks it so no complaints here.
We love Just Dance. Notice some pounds shed already and this controller is the only way we can play on Xbox Series X. We started playing online with crossplay and through discord friends. First time playing multiplayer today and our score is off / okays when we get perfects playing solo. Still fun to play, just going to have to accept and cheer our friends on for having a better score.
Every time we try to connect it to our game it never works. It always tells us that we have the same stupid problem with it. It basically tells us that Im not connected to the Wi-Fi and we are. Both our Nintendo switch and our phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi. And it just refuses to work. And we know it can work because its worked before. Im just sick and tired of it.
This is not a problem or a bug but some avatars arent seen in the avatars thing like that rainbow unicorn girl please tell us how to get it.
Im not gonna lie but when we were gonna swipe the panda, it kicked us off and we had to repeat the process.
The camera controller is not bad but the Joy-Con is extraordinary! We always get megastar and superstar on the Joy-Con but the camera controller we get 5 stars.
Its the best and it helps us do camera control and its fun.
We love using this when we dont have enough controllers for everyone but we hope one day to have it implemented on watches so we no longer have to hold anything and can dance without worry of tossing our phone across the room or bumping it.
We had no issues with paring. We love how you can play with up to 6 people. We think it would be cool if the app would work on the Apple Watch! The only problem we had was accidentally hitting a button and backing out of the controller.
Its so fun because when you play it, its like so fun when we hold it and it brings us till like a whole new world its like super fun.
We just got this app and we love it! Its great that we can use our phones as controllers. Its been really helpful since we dont have 6 joy cons and we can still play 6 players! We just have two suggestions: we would love it if we could get the app on our watches than we wouldnt have to worry about holding anything. Two: it would be smart to lock the screen while youre dancing so you dont accidentally bump it. Other than these suggestions we think this is a great app.
This app definitely works we promise to whoever voted it bad. If it says connecting error then turn your phone off then back on and restart the app and if that doesnt work make sure the ps5 and your phone are on the same network if neither of those works then idk.
This app allowed us to dance controller free and use a sensor like way to track movement and sensed/tracked our movements really well and gave the correct score based on our performance! Its really giving the Kinect sensor for Xbox 360 the girls that get it get it! Its still beta tho for the camera version so only some songs are compatible but theyll add them eventually to make them compatible.
Like its so easy to connect bro and fun like yall are so old that you cant just connect a butting game.
Yall the app is fixed and is working better than when we tried it last year, if the code is not working then you need to be on the same wifi as your console.
We use Nintendo Switch. . You can play with up to 6 friends. Which makes it a dance party in your house. Also you can do the camera controller is a game changer! You can dance without throwing your Joy-Con around the room and breaking something. We recommend this app.

Most of the songs are iconic sassy and for littlesiha slay but in 2023 we have a weekly drop and seasons but in 2024 they only have Seasons they also have monthly drops but Cmon Cmon Cmon Ke$ha reference anyway do we really count monthly drops can we have weekly drops back and that 100 to 200 songs drops to 2025 back and since we have a shop for 2023 ,2024, 2025, Just dance plus and some dlc packs in shop we would like to add a feature in shop that would bring back mojo and have just dance plus seasons rewards amazon prime gaming and that one water event you know like all the rewards except for if there was a event at the time or the 50 bronze sliver and gold rewards and even limited time rewards and exclusive rewards so please do it.

The issue we were having was the controller on our iPhone was not pairing with our PS5, saying our phone and the console were not on the same Wi-Fi network. When this happens, you have to go into settings of your iPhone and go into apps and make sure you authorize the app to connect to Wi-Fi. Easy peasy.
Works good as a controller works on all our platforms great especially on our switch.
Girl like this game is now only supported in new gen because old gen its well old and the new programs they use of this games dont support old gen anymore.
Okay so we know a lot of people have been having issues with theyre phone staying connected to the game , when we started off we were using an older model iPhone (xr) we are not using a 14 plus and our controller stays connected we think most the issues stem from people having an older model phone , hope this helps.
We love it we can now play without our Wii because its old and barley works very happy but every time we try to connect it says we cant and we have no WiFi but we clearly connected we payed 53 dollars for 2024 edition and we cant even play Help with this error please and thank you.
Every time we try to pair our phone to our Xbox it says pairing issue which is strange since we just got a new phone and have a newer version of the Xbox and its even got same WiFi connection we chalked it up to server issues and just danced without the count thingy and its a shame since it worked less than 5 hours ago.
Ive been a fan of just dance for a pretty long time. We really like how they brought back the camera controller. Only thing is its not letting us connect to our switch unless we disconnect and reconnect it. Also, some people we know cannot connect to Just Dance Online Multiplayer, while others can???? Please make Just Dance supportive for all players.
Dude just dance 2020 is better because if you have Xbox one and Kinect you can use it for any dance you want but this not for everything and it cost more money! What happened.
Not going to lie its okay it does glitch or not catch the movement but the controller is okay because it also catch movement.

This thing was a massive pain to get going. We really hope that they get it going now but it sure was a huge huge huge pain to get started.
Our switch and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi but it wont connect, its saying that there is an error and that Im not connected to the same Wi-Fi? Not sure, gonna keep trying but its not connecting right now.
We really loved the idea of tracking our dance movement but our kid only has and iPad and cant do it even though he loves just dance.please fix.
We have been playing just dance since 2022. Its always been easy to just go onto the game and start playing. We noticed that our iPhone wouldnt connect to our Xbox series x. We have tried everything. We have turned everything off except for our WiFi. We have redownloaded the app a million times. We checked our internet on our Xbox and phone. They were on the same network but it still wouldnt connect. We even tried there older apps but it still wouldnt connect to our Xbox. We removed the quick resume on our Xbox for the game a million times. We even used the barcode on the screen it shows you. We also read some of the reviews and tried them but it still wouldnt connect. If anybody could help us and tell us solutions that would be great. Otherwise we just wasted 75 dollars.
Found a fix to Just Dance Controller app not working, we deleted app and reinstalled it then realized our cellular data was not on. So we turned on our cellular data with our WiFi & then got a prompt that told us to allow the app to use our WiFi network. It worked.
We love Just dance its been a favorite but the app really deserves a 2 star because its hard to connect to the game its lowkey annoying how many tries it take u til it connects sometimes we would have to delete the app and redownload it but this is only getting a 5 star because of the new just dance and all the songs we adore <3.
This app wont connect to our Xbox series s update that app, please.
Down again??? We were just so excited to play another jd+ song but it keeps saying connection error we restarted our phone and Xbox and reconnected to the SAME WI-FI the app is great and all but Im tired of the game servers always being down.
Both our PS5 and iPhone 12 are both connected to the same network and we connected to the code and we KEEP GETTING THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. Fix this asap.
And Ill tell you why. -Almost all the reviews are about Just Dance (the actual game) instead of the controller app. If you wanted to review the game, you would do it on a place FOR THE ACTUAL GAME. -And prior to the point above, theyre also whining about Kinect support (Kinect was a motion sensor for Xbox). It was stated by Xbox officially that Kinect would no longer be manufactured or officially maintained. Its important to note that Xbox has rules for developers who create games for the Xbox Marketplace, so its not their fault. Even if you had a Kinect, it wouldnt be supported with the game anyways!! JD has its issues, yes. But take your nostalgia about Kinect and complaints about the actual game on Reddit, or somewhere else where its meant to be. If you wanted an actual review about the controller app,, heres one: Worked great! Didnt disconnect at all, and with the size of our phone, it felt not that bad! We would recommend playing with a smaller phone, and also having a strap with your phone to enjoy it at the very best.
Wow this app fixed our love life and cured our aids! Very fun and life changing you should download.
So like the app is cool and all but the real thing (the game) is lit the best thing Ive ever seen/played, the just dance team goes alllll out to bring us the best and they succeed, fave song by our fave Littleshia Cant tame her by Zara Larrson, you gotta agree with that, also whats the hype on the lights out season, its cool and all but..we NEED MORE JACK ROSE, also just dance, if you see this, we know Im young and all but its like our dream to become a just dance coach. So if possible we can bring it all to LIFE. Please we beg you -Lille.W :3.
We just like to say thank you for whoever made this app. Its really fun and so glad you can play camera mode on a phone. We like to say thank you even though people dont like it kind of its stilll fun.
The brand new camera mode is really good! All the bad reviews are complaining even though they didnt do any research when buying the game.
So we love the new just dance. They actually got a Destinys Child song which Im obsessed with and they have some really good songs every year but now that they took rid of the just dance controller app we feel like that app is underrated and you dont even have to put a pairing code in right now you have to put a pairing code in and for some stupid reason your network has to be 100% good and then, youll be connected sometime and also this happened to us a couple times with the just dance apps you can accidentally turn off your phone and then you could get disconnected from the song and also we would much prefer holding an actual controller than it like. Why cant we just hold a controller? Its so cringe but what Im gonna say is this app is kind of hard to pair withyou should at least have two phones just to make sure one works.
We do enjoy it but its really hard to use our phone iPhone 15 its huge and its hurts to be holding that long. But can you put more Korean music, more older versions music and new also jpop. More lady gaga too.
