This is a great game yeah its not perfect but the reason we put a five down is because no other game is so much in depth as far as a water racing game theres many regular street racers but this is the only one that looks great and it feels great. Kudos to vector unit and their great ambition on creating games.

We know a good and challenging racing game when we play one. Yeah its easy until the final race with krex but if youre smart you can beat him and thats the bottom line because we actually have done it be smart and you can win any challenge in the game.

To the people complaining about the tilt device controls, You can change it to touchscreen in settings > Controls. Try harder guys, Its not that hard to find it.

We originally bought this game after our brother showed us Riptide GP2 and, let us say, Riptide GP2 is amazing, This is WAY better. The graphics are amazing and don't drain your battery and the physics are amazing as well.

Pure racing with a not too steep learning curve.

Omg this is phenomenal! We love playing this game When our dad bought this game we played it all the time.
We like this because it has a throttle. It gives you power of how fast you are going and how you turn corners.
This game is ausom but if you could Mack it free we hat would be ausom.
To be honest, we are a little disappointed. We are the huge fan of Riptide GP and Riptide GP2. We dont like the tilt controls on Riptide GP Renegade; it felt so different and much harder to adapt. Maybe it is because we got used to the tilt controls for GP and GP2.
If you are a fan of racing games you'll like this game but one major issue ruined the whole game for us the upgrades are messed up you upgrade your Speed Handling and Acceleration well if you upgrade handling to Max you gain more top speed the speed and acceleration options are useless handling is all you need we tested it in a challenging race on a hard difficulty and beat our opponent by 1 minute ahead by maxing out handling nothing else witch is neat but as racing game it takes the fun out of it and you can't really make your ride super fast or anything witch is fair but unfortunate the upgrade system doesn't work we love the gameplay and everything else however deserves editors choice but needs work.
We wish we had a freestyle category and a create your own track category.
Im playing this game continuouslyIve won all stages and bought every hydro bike there is. Theres no bikes to buy no energy or improvements to make. Our dollar signs keep rising with nothing to spend it on. We played riptide2 and it was the same thing that makes this game boring it hasnt had an upgrade in 2 years. Upgrade this game before making riptide 3.

This game is a lot like hydro Thunder. Edit: we were playing Hydro thunder on our Xbox one S and realize that both games were created by the same company. Im glad that hydro thunder is backwards compatible.

We used to play need for speed no limits but then found this game which is not boring and is fun forever definitely get this if u like racing especially stunts.
Yes. It does cost a few dollars. Consider, however, how hard it is to find a GOOD mobile game without in app purchases. One of our favorite parts to be honest! But the graphics and game play are super fun. If you like racing games, instead of getting one youll end up paying money in anyway, pull out the few bucks and enjoy.
The only thing we would add to this game is an option to control the throttle, for instance, throttle button bottom right, directly left place the brake button, bottom left a left arrow and a right arrow side by side or even better a equally sized steering wheel and the ability to change the size of both the throttle buttons and steering buttons vertically and horizontally and the ability to slide them wherever you want in screen.
This has been a very entertaining game for us, our wife and our 9 year old. We got our first Apple TV game controllers this summer and this game is great for them. Its been difficult to find a good follow up multi player to this one.
This is a fun game, far from perfect, but not bad. We find we enjoy the game more when using our Steelseries Nimbus Bluetooth game controller. One complaint we have would be the inability to pass through some screens… We dont want to waste time with the story, let us pass through the conversation, we just want to race.
We love this game because there is no in app purchases and premiums. Also, there is no ads and it does not require cell service to uses. The only thing this game needs is higher resolution and more detailed textures. This game needs new people to play so we can play multiplayer.

Great game, installed it based on the great reviews and a recommendation from an online blog. Hate playing games where someone else with a credit card gets ahead. This levels the playing field and we believe is well worth the price. Im always on the lookout for new apps, not big on racing games … More strategy then anything. But its simple and complex enough that just about anyone would enjoy it. Graphics are refined but not overbearing or so intricate that they render odd or drain your device resources …. Gameplay fluidity and physics feel great. Im particular about that as Im a fan of flight and simulator games. Decided to install today and found our self playing until our low battery notification made us realize how long Id been on. Im not a big gamer, but this truly is a classic arcade style game we want to keep around.

Easy to pick up and play Controller support Great graphics Great physics Good upgrade system we cant stress enough how important it is to us that this game is NOT Free-to-Play. We understand how difficult it is to have a profitable and successful game on the App Store without resorting to a F2P model with in-app purchases, and we are glad Vector Unit has not done this with this game. Quality games on the App Store are severely lacking, especially games with controller support. Vector Unit, if you keep producing games like this, we will keep buying them. We wish these devs made an arcade car racer. We would be all over that! To Apple: Please stop allowing in-app purchases for games! YES SERIOUSLY! Its predatory and youre part of the problem.

We love this game but we bought it because we were excited to check out the online multiplayer because we thought it would be awesome but to our dismay we cant find a single server with one single player……:( maybe consider making the game FREE TO DOWNLOAD but allow us to buy vehicles and gear and cash within the game and it would allow people to play it before they purchase anything and in return bring more new players to your awesome game and bringing the online multiplayer servers back online and alive again.
Such a feat of graphics and physics.
Finally a quality game that you pay and thats it, no aditional expenses, no money hogging. And those water physics… Amazing.
