It was great, we were rolling along fixing and selling and then hit a place where we had to BUY Elbow Grease to continue. We hadnt done a lot of fancy stuff just followed each step. Sorry deleting app. Dont get sucked in.

Hey! We LOVE this idea of a house flipping game! You unlock different cities, earn things (decor drops, elbow grease, renovating skills, swatches, hearts, etc), and the best part? You can style any type of home! Our favorite styles of home are Victorian, Farm, French Cottage, Colonial, Fachwerk, Condo, Scandinavian Cottage and Farmhouse. Our favorite staging styles are Rustic, Farmhouse, Midcentury Modern, Boho, Costal, and Scandinavian. There are so much things to do! We love the mini games. -Lexi.

Really cool game of home renovations! Only thing it bothered us is the zoom camera while looking at the rooms, its a weird angle up close to the room besides this the game is super fun.
We absolutely love this game, we just wish it were easier to complete renovations. Its so time-consuming having to click on each item walls, floors, lighting and plumbing, then select the type then a color. On top of all that when youre done, same thing, you have to go to each room and collect everything it would be nice if you could collect a whole renovation at once it would also be nice if you could select, multiple rooms to paint or do flooring. Also, maybe some tutorials on advancing from one level to the next. We have been stuck on one level and cant advance on our skill tree and Im not sure what we need to do. Thank you in advance for any help. Looking forward to the next update.
We love this game, we started playing it back in 2018. We played diligently for a few years, but stopped because we felt we were getting nowhere. We were stuck on level 3 and didnt have a clue how to progress any further. We recently started playing again, but Im finding ourselves in the same situation. We have been playing faithfully every day for about 6 months and we are still on level 3 and still dont know how far along we are in level 3 and what we need to do to get to level 4 to open up new skills. Some aspects of the game as far as buying and selling are fun, even the renovating and designing can be fun. However it is also tedious to have to select each room and then the flooring or the paint and a then a color, time after time after time then when its finished all over again, each room collecting, each one of them individually. It would be much easier if you could select, for example, all the plumbing to be updated in the whole house or selected rooms to be painted the same color or all the flooring in the selected rooms to be the same and when its done have a collect all button. If you want to preview the house or the rooms you can go back and do it afterwards. Personally, we never look at them when we collect them, Im in too much of a hurry just trying to get through the renovations to get onto the next one to hit our quota within the timeframe to try to earn Mystery crates. Any updates to make the renovation process easier would be greatly appreciated and maybe some indicator to let you know where you are in the current level and if its money, points or whatever it is that you need to do to earn your way to the next level, quite frankly, Im lost. Ive never played a game for almost 4 years and still been on level 3. Thank you.
Ive had this game in the past , we loved it but now our stuff is pausing and not working.
Its hard to get enough elbow grease and it takes forever to see other houses to pick.
The comp for medium and up do not appear on the selling page. Other than that which is easy to fix, its great game to pass the time and can get addicting we just wish there were more goals involving the money you have.
But it takes to long to do some of the tasks 8 hrs and 7 hrs are just a bit to much please improve your time on these games people lose interest in them real fast.pleas improve time.we one thing we did notice is when you finish a house it doesnt give you your heart you have earned,can you fix this.
Such a cool game, the animation is really fun, loving how you can play multiplayer too, super fun. Our only concern is that the random dialogue from the npcs takes too long, its also too often. Loved it, however. Keep up the good work.
Long time player here and every time we get to day 6 on the daily bonus no matter how many times we log in a day we never get our day 7 reward.
We have been playing for years and this new update makes the app crash. We keep having to delete it and redownload it for the game to completely load. Gets to 100 downloaded and never loads.
Forgot we had this game downloaded, and it actually helps with one of our classes, green architecture. Easy to learn, only problem is that it hasnt gotten an update in 7 months so idk if its like oh we quit this game or what anyways. 4 stars. Love it.
We actually love this game, but its kind of slow to load and its not just our device,and it kick us out of the app every 5 mins or so,its pretty annoying.we love home renovations and this game is actually very entertaining. We also love that you guys respond to lots of the reviews! This game is very illustrated and cute! We really like it other then these two problems. We definitely recommend it! We got this game and we LOVE it! It is really fun and we have one problem: When we put in furniture to go in the houses it takes like 5 minutes to load You can only have a certain amount quick fixes a day and we dont want to Spend all our hearts on rushing and the only other way is to watch an add.
The app keeps kicking us out every 2 minutes!! We dont know if its the app or our phone… Our phone has been doing great but its kinda old… So we dont know.
We feel like the game could be fun if there were more realistic designs and also if the elbow grease wasnt such a problem. You have to use so much every time you build something and then it takes FOREVER for the elbow grease to fill back up so its hard to actually enjoy the game without so many prolonged things.
You need to add more options for the furniture and wall color and decor and better options to, there boring.
We give this three stars because we cant move anything or chose where we want to put it.
We played this game when we were younger and we loved it. We still do, the only difference is that there is an item max when staging and we hate it. Before the more you leveled up, the more items you could unlock to use stage with but now there is a max and its very annoying to not be able to use all of the items the rooms offer.
We caught on to this version as we havent played for years. However, no guide to explain things, such as, how do we take advantage of Swatch Switches? Why cant we invest, we have over 50K! The houses in voting poll, are many times NOT the same style! Why do houses win when they have stuff left undone?! How do we use the office furniture we won from weekly challenges? Lastly, we believe if the percentage (when voting) is 50%, both should get credit not zero for one. Its not decided yet. Lastly, we had no other way to ask questions! We used Chat no response. We will gladly give this a five if we get a response and answers to above. We have all construction, room swaps, and stages. Obviously, we are invested in your game. Thank you ~ Avid Player.
It is too expensive to get all the options. $20 to do fireplaces $20 to do paneling and now paying to unlock decor. We under stand paying some but not $20 for each thing.
Ive tried to delete this game in every possible way and it wont let us. This is irritating bc the game is fun once you first get it but it eventually gets really boring and takes up storage.
This game is amazing. You dont have to play any stupid mini games to earn money to design the houses and we have complete control over what styles what colors and what decorations do you want in the house! This game is so much fun.
We play this game non stop and we really like it but we really dont see much progression in the game. You can spend so much time on it and rarely ever get new swatches or designs because it is so hard to gather hearts! We feel like you have to either play for years or spend a million actual dollars to advance in this game.
Omg we love this game cause on our computer we cant find any games like this but here we CAN FIND IT also it has like 0 ads so that makes us really happy! 1 thing tho can you make things require less elbow grease Ive ran out of it soooo much! But good thing Im on a squad.
The game is ok to play and we would like it more but we cant move past level 1 in fireplace. Its just stuck in a negative elbow grease no matter how many houses we flip and fireplaces we upgrade. Its frustrating.
We wish we could get more harts and the making would not take so long making and we could be open do more things over time.
Most of the time we are constantly playing. We unlocked fireplaces about a month ago and now all of the sudden they are locked again. It is almost impossible to unlock new furniture styles and special upgrades such as wallpaper, fireplaces, staircases without spending actual money. We already spend $10 monthly for the premium pass, and we do not plan to spend any more on a free app. Please give back the fireplaces we already unlocked, and make it easier to level up with game progress rather than paying more money.
We love this game but ever since it downloaded, when opening the game it crashes. Please fix.
House flip actually listens to our complaints and changes things we didnt like from previous upgrades. Makes us want to keep playing.
We enjoy this game but we always stop playing for a while then come back because we get tired of seeing the same stuff constantly. Feels impossible to unlock any more cities. Also many things dont unlock like it says they will now. Example- interior paint is at level 7 for us and wallpaper should be unlocked once interior paint reaches level 4 but wallpaper is still not unlocking. Its like the app is stuck where its at for us.
The ads are getting very annoying. It used to be that youd watch the ad and exit after the allotted time had passed for the reward to be granted. Now, about 75% of the ads force the App store to openMULTIPLE TIMES before you fully exit back to the actual game. We have downloaded games from the ads before but these ones are so obnoxious that it makes us want to quit playing House Flip AND not download anything from these ads.
Ive been playing this game almost 3 years. We have no complaint with the design or the features. Our complaint is we play everyday, several times a day and by now we should have access to all the features. As much as we play the game, why do we have to use hearts for new designs, as well as opening up a locked box. There is a real disconnect with this feature. We should get a new feature every day we finish the daily challenges, not the quick fixes, or other bonus. We want wall paper not 2x speed. Also, when looking for teams, the algorithm should lead us to a team with our skill level. Ive jumped teams several times because the players are inactive. We need an active team and dont have tons of time to do the research.
This game is so fun and we really respect and appreciate the lack of pop up ads. There are still ads but they aren't at all annoying. Our one request is that we can have our own house to decorate with the money we earn from flipping.
We really dont care for ability to select different elements of decorating. Give us the option of new style vs where you select preset color option and it loads that design element. In no other aspect of the game is it like this.
We love this game its the best Ive ever played . But will we ever be able to unlock everything else or we have to pay for it.
Too much help. We just wanna be able to do things by ourselves and not be suggested to do everything for 10 minutes.
All of a sudden, the app will not open. It loads to 100% but nothing happens from there.
We never complain, ever! This update was a total game killer for us. We hate this new design option piece so much that Im probably going to delete the game.
We do not like the newest update for staging. It takes up more time and you can either change one item instead of picking a color for the entire room or remove everything and start from scratch. We prefer the old way.
Was so fun and was excited to redownload after not playing a while. This game has changed a lot since it first came out, which isnt necessarily bad, but upon this redownload we cant list any completed houses no matter how many times we click list (yes all the contractors are done), and they have no real customer service to help.
The new update is what weve all been requesting, being able to style/stage the rooms with our own mix/match style instead of the preset staging, however one of the problems Ive noticed was the floor plants, the houses Ive already styled that had hallway floor plants, were replaced with coat hanging floor items which is not what we had before the update, then we noticed all of the floor plants have been removed from the staging in all of the homes also, the styling stage, we max out all styling stages, but after the update, the game knocked us down to level 6, on every single styling stage, after working hard to max the styling stage we dont understand why knock us down from max, to level 6 making it difficult to get back to our previous level again, the new update is cool, but the glitches are noticeable. Also, as for the squad, we got our squad all the way to the Champion division league, however, after the update, the game reset us all the way down to the last division of minor level 3 the glitches make the game unfavorable to play especially the glitch with the squad division, all that work for nothing? All the money spent on hearts for nothing? Doesnt seem right.
