This game you can actually win money and the withdrawal is fast after the first time. The only thing we hate is this new 1 vs 1 format. Bring back the 5 person challenge.
We love bubble games, it is our zen. We like this game and ways to get bonus play. We however see that it is several days to cash out any winnings. We did contact support, they are doing their due diligence. We are on day 4 and our funds are still pending. It is only $28.00, but we think it could be done quicker. We play other games, they cash out within 48 hours.
Was fine before they added this weird 1v1 feature against a bunch of bots. About to uninstall.
Can you guys work on making the initial game pop ups be less frequent or something on the side? Every time you go into the game theres at least 10 pop ups for different ways of getting the users money its annoying that it is so in -your-face and probably deters some people from playing. Theres other ways of getting people to spend and at least for us, thats not a good way of doing it.
You can win real money with this game and theres never a problem for us to withdraw. However as soon as you get good at it all the tournaments will be gone and the only options are 2v2 games.
We have always enjoyed this game and have even put some $$$ in. After about 2 years, we are now getting annoying pop up adds. When we contacted customer service, they replied they were updating the app and apologized for the inconvenience. This has been going on for a week.

This cash game is extremely misleading and feels rigged against players who start winning. The game takes your money while giving you fewer and fewer wins over time. At first it feels fair, but once you start winning consistently, the gameplay suddenly changes. Even when players use the same patterns or strategies, the colors given are different, clearly putting some players at a disadvantage. Thats not skill-basedthats manipulation. Withdrawals are another huge issue. The app deducts a so-called cash bonus during withdrawal even though all of our balance came from winning games, not bonuses. This feels deceptive and unfair, especially since its not clearly explained upfront. Other major problems we noticed: – Matchmaking seems intentionally unbalanced, pairing you against players with better odds. – Win rates drop sharply after small withdrawals, making it obvious the system is designed to limit payouts. – Customer support is slow, unhelpful, or completely unresponsive when you question deductions or losses. – Rules and terms are vague and appear to change when its time to cash out. – The game encourages repeated deposits but quietly restricts actual earnings. – Ads and pop-ups constantly push you to spend more, while returns keep shrinking. Overall, this is not a fair skill-based game. It feels engineered to take your money and block you once you start doing well. Play for fun if you mustbut do not expect fair cash rewards or honest withdrawals. Honestly, blitz is a way better app than this. Processes your payout within a day -.-.

This game is so fun and addictive in a good way,the only problem that we cant go further in the game is because Im color blinded and thats why we dont bet real cash.

At first we were like wow this app is amazing as we put in $40 and cashed out with 200. Then they were giving us issues as it has been over a week since we have not heard anything back or received any withdrawal that we had. We contacted support and received a message saying we were cheating and that we were playing unfair. We find this ridiculous as we are very good at this game and have won 1000s of dollars off other apps. We won $100 off two games. And they are unwilling to pay us. We put $10 in won $31.50 and then was told we cheated and couldnt get our winnings and could no longer play the game. If you are going to accuse us of cheating, you could email us and tell us why you believe we were cheating also give proper customer support so you can be contacted. How the heck is it possible to cheat on this game? It would be nice if customer support would email us and give us an explanation of your false findings. Its a shame because this is a fun game to play but you falsely accused us and we do not take this lightly.
So Ive been playing this game forever and we mean forever and we got a new phone and it wouldnt let us login because of the phone number we wanted to go to our old phone number and we couldnt so we had to start all over because of the mistakes and stuff so we were playing today and we deposited five dollars and we won $25 and it wouldnt let us withdraw it because of the account so we send a message and everything it wouldnt let us login with our phone number. It wouldnt let us log with our email and then it sent us a code to reset our password and we did but it logged us into our old account and not the account that has our $25 in it and now we feel like Ive been ripped off. We want our money.
Its a good way to win a little bit of money, however the payouts are really slow and you cant withdrawal anymore until that transaction is done.

If youre a careful player we would keep depositing because its much easier to win and withdraw over the long run. Colors are too close together in hues making it hard to distinguish them. Too many singular balls making difficult to ever have big drops.
