Im really confused on whats going on. Ive been playing Bingo Arena just fine but for some reason we cant play cash games in Solitaire Arena. We live in the same place. Did all the stuff. If we cant play Id really like a refund please. Specially if the law is preventing us from playing since we know some games like this wont work depending on where you live. We have loved playing this solitaire game for years; however, they recently started doing 1v1 matches instead of the normal 5 player matches. This has been so frustrating to say the least. It takes you SO long to earn money opposed to the 5 player games. They said, its because they get solved quicker but its more frustrating and you lose more money since theres not even a chance of coming in 2nd place to earn any of your money back. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS and bring back the 5 player matches all the time or give people the option to choose if they want to do 5 player or 1v1. Id rather wait hours for the matches to be completed than ever play another 1v1. It has really made us not want to play anymore and look into other solitaire cash games.
Bonus cash is what you earn, and it takes forever to earn it When you go to withdraw, you cannot withdraw bonus cash. Dont waste your time with this game, the ads are all lies.

There seem to be an error in all o most of the Solitaire games that are advertised. In order to make money, money has to be invested. And still often its difficult to be withdrawn. The theory is flawed.

Well this game is truly fun, and yes you can win some money. So it says. We have won a few dollars. Unfortunately, when we went to withdraw it says verification failed. The. You have to email a third party company with and outlook email whos email box is full. Soo technically there is a little over $30 in cash that can be withdrawn. Unfortunately, you (we) cant nor can play anymore cash games.
Downloaded with no problem. Made a deposit and provided account info. A message flashed saying our location couldnt be verified with our gps. We were required to enter and verify our phone number. Even though it said a verification number was texted to our number, it never happened. We deleted and installed the app several times. Each time, the result was the same. Bottom line, they accepted an $8 deposit purchase from us and then made it impossible for us to use the app. We reported the app to iTunes and cancelled by debit card. Discovered later they wouldnt accept our review submission.
We only gave 5 stars so our message would show at the top but our app started glitching and we cant access our account. All of the glitching started once we withdrew $90 it took months to actually be able to do that btw. All of a sudden the app wont fully load and it just shows the start screen and we press it multiple times but it wont fully open. We have tried undownloading, updating and reaching out to customer support and have heard nothing back the only message they did send back said dear players, Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that players need to contact us through the in-game customer service channel if they have any issues in the game. The email channel only handles issues related to the inability to log in. Thanks for your understanding. But how can we access the in game customer service if we clearly stated we cant get into our account we also have not received our money and it has been more than 5 days. We havent broken any rules playing this game so we hope that little $90 is not the reason for booting players out because Im sure we have won and lost 10x that over the months but idk.

The $1.00 game has gotten sneaky. Ill play the game and it says the prize pool is 3.5$. Then without warning it says it 50 cents (total). Have to go out of the game and come back in to have it go back to 3.5$. More than kind of sneaky.

Played the game for quite a while decided to up our bets and play some $15 rounds did pretty well in the rounds. Went to check where we landed. Im either in first place or second place. The problem is the game is still searching for opponents its been all day now, and no opponents. We cant get our winnings, but mysteriously the next morning more opponents showed up and took all the prizes and left us with nothing.
