This game is amazing. The physics are tight and they never feel too floaty, and the tricks feel fair. The overall game is sometimes pretty buggy but we feel like its a part if the flare. Other games like true skate dont have the same feel. Unfortunately, other maps cost money, but if you take the deals it will cost you about 15 dollars and for a game this good we feel it is worth it.
We have been playing this game for about 6 years now, and it does have pretty good board control. Would like more maps, but that comes with time! We think it would also be sick if there were more board options, brands, etc, again, with time.
We genuinely mean this, we think Touchgrind Skate is one of the greatest mobile games of all time. There are are probably about a million ways you could have thought of to control a skateboard in a video game, but using your fingers to ride the board like a tech deck? This is exactly the kind of cool inventive stuff Steve Jobs intended the iPhone to be used for. Not a fan of the fact that half the maps + all of the high level customization options are locked behind a paywall, but we mean, what you get with the base game is just so amazing we cant help but give it 5 stars. Excellent.
So its a great game not bad, but one thing that really bothers us is the fact that you can only skate on one boring little area and for the better areas you have to pay money. That just isnt cool to us, can you make the other areas less expensive or possibly unlockable by an in game currency? That would be a lot better. And also can there be a free play where youre not judged and you just play for fun. It would be better for people who just got it so they can practice at their pace. Over all not bad just could use some more improvements.
We really enjoy playing the game. We love how its played. We love how the graphics are, but we just like the missions even more, but what it doesnt need, is an update on more boards, or other things, and other possibilities such as in game currency to try different Maps without paying money, though It is really cool.
This is genuinely better than skate 4 by EA we absolutely love playing this game we have ever since middle school lol Im excited devs added a new update.
Its a great game it only gets a little boring being on the same app we know you have to pay for a another map but at least we would like another map.
Ive been playing this game for a long time, we started with the touch-grind BMX game that you guys made and we found out you guys made a skating game. It is very fun and interactive with always something to learn, only problem is that you can only play one map without paying 3 dollars per map, and also we think adding manuals will make lines 10000% better.
Its a nice game with great controls and just maybe the amount of free maps and the pricing. Theres also a glitch where you catch the board and you start flying across the map.
Overall this game is AMAZING the download is free and this is amazing to pass time but the one thing that bugs us all the time is the fact is that you have to pay money to play any other map except the backyard so please devs if you see this PLEASE MAKE THE OTHER MAPS FREE TO PLAY.
Been playing since we were ~10 years old, Im 24 now.
First of all we want to start by saying the game is fire. Ive played for 5+ years and we gotta say Ive loved every second. The content update that added a ton of new board customization came out of nowhere and was totally awesome. We know the only things added to this game will probably just be maps and cosmetics, but a few gameplay additions would really spice up gameplay. Adding manuels and nose manuels + a few more modern flip tricks and grinds would make the game feel fresh again. Also we would like a way to get xp without buying all the maps for the challenges. We feel like if you get a super high jam or comp score you should be rewarded in some way. Anyway love you guys yall made an amazing game.
It feels like your acutely fingerboarding it is perfect.
We love the game but the birds are super cool if you practice you can do tricks like a late impossible or a variable kickflip.

This game is so good, its like a finger-board but with more character, and easier customization.
So crazy how this is a 3.5 it should be well over 5 stars. This isnt only the best skateboard game but the best game out right now. Ive been playing this game for well over a year and still havent got bored once. This is by far the best game ever made and thanks to the creator we get to play this game.
This game is already addictive and if a third game was made with more progression (Maybe upgrades or something else thats not just visual) we would definitely spend more money on it.

Great for killing time, great for offline play, amazing for just a way to mess around when your bored. We love this game so much, worth it, especially to buy the other map deals. The only thing is sometimes the mechanics are a little finicky and it with sometimes crash after riding on a wall or coming down a ramp. But is mostly good. Other than this this is one of our favorite mobile games of all time.
EVERY TIME we PRESS JAM SESSION OR COMPETITION OR ANYTHING IT JUST CRASHES SO we CANT PLAY IT ANYMORE PLS FIX THIS.
Let us start by saying this game takes a while to get good at. We started playing this game a couple years ago. We play with our thumbs, we find its easier. We got comfortable on the board in the og backyard, then bought the factory map, which to our surprise unlocked an online multiplayer mode. In the online mode you have 30 seconds to get as many points as possible. We found that a perfect run in 30 seconds gets you a score of around 7 million. However, we would play against one person who would get greater scores, 8 million, even sometimes 20 million. He was using the late trick glitch (iykyk). We screen recorded his run and learned for ourselves. It took a while to master, but now, we fear we are so much better than everyone else playing this game that it simply is not enjoyable. We unleash a fraction of our skills and people never play us back leaving our entire log of in progress games frozen until they are wiped, or they just give up. We have tried taking a break in hopes our skills would rust, they didnt. We have tried to create competition by getting new people to play the game, but none reach a level comparable to where we are. We even surpassed the player we learned the strats from (Kirrikz) or something like that. The most Ive gotten in a single online run is around 500 million. We just want to lose, and yet, we cannot. These are the struggles we have been dealing with for the past 8 months or so. Im not sure where to go from here. Kirrikz, or wtv ur name is, if ur out there, thank you, and we hope we can play again soon as you are the only one who can give us any sort of competition.
Sometimes the physics make no sense whatsoever but most of the time the game is great and plays very well. Kind of a bummer you have to pay for maps but its definitely worth it if you do. We personally think it would be better if they were unlockable by completing challenges or the previous area or something but overall amazing game 10/10.
Please make the apps free but the game is so fun but in our ipad the controls are messed up so pls fix that.
Feet/fingers to have a visual of your stance, smith/feeble grinds and truck wear/more realistic slide wear.
We have been playing this game for 1+ years and we love it. We like it because a lot of the tricks are easy like Ollies, Nollies, and kickflips. This game is addictive and fun. The only thing that is annoying is the glitches, like when we run into a rail it resets our line. It is especially annoying if our line is like 2 million. Im sure it will get patched but thats our review. We would also like it if it was easier to do a heel flip if you use your right fingers, and also if it was easier to do a kick flip with your left fingers. We also love the little secrets they put in like in our backyard where the ramps are, there are two poles sticking out on top of the wall, you can actually grind one of them if you get enough height.
Not sure how this game has 3.5 stars. We have enjoyed every part of this game. The board physics are great, and the challenges are fun. There are a few items you can spend real money on, but you are never overwhelmed with micro transactions like most gamesI am just sad we have completed every challenge in the game, and we have purchased all of the different parksI would love to see a new game or at least another update with new content, but not sure if it will happen. Aside from the original Tony Hawk games, this is by far our favorite skate game from any device, hands downAnyone rating this game less than 4-5 stars should be ashamed.

So yall the developer team who made skate 2 thank you for fixing the office map ok cause we like how its bigger than the mega ramp and yeah and we did lose our map packs but we restored the purchase because we had all of the maps like a year ago we think, but other than that.. We do like the new board customizations right cause we got kind of bored of the old ones right but the new ones are so sick! But its only that our data Not our maps the boards and customization we had like a year ago most of them are gone and Im trying to get to legend level %100 :IF YOU WANT ALL THE MAPS IT WOULD COST 20.99$.
Best game Ive ever played in forever.
We have played this game for 7-8 months now & we really enjoy playing so much so we have bought every single map the game has to offer we think the gameplay is amazing and the maps are well designed. We hope the developers will drop some quality of life improvements,a FOV setting too zoom out would be amazing and add skateboard truck customization colors we really hope the developers dont stop updating and us and the whole community would love some quality of life updates. Theres one glitch which your board goes behind big ramps if u come at them too fast we believe the developers can fix this issue. We hope too see more updates great job on what is already here. 10/10 recommend.
We love the game but we cant do four challenges one is the dark slide it is so hard plus on the benchs still would recommend.
Lets be honest no one wants to play that small map for that long so we went and payed the money to play its really fun we would say 8 dollars worth but if you dont have money its cool to play here and there.

Amazing game very addicting, but you should totally add customizable trucks for the board.
We love the game it is great for passing the time and just trying to have fun. But we used to have the game and decided to redownload it and we find out that you cant get the car park anymore and that made us sad cause it was one of our favorite maps to ride around in. We hope that the developers will bring the feature to get free maps back.
We really like this game and play it every time Im bored. Its a great game to fidget with! We just wish they added more features such as pressure flips.

The game is awesome u can have a lot of fun we love to play the game but there is one thing that we dont like because to get other maps you have to pay for it,but still we think this game is the best in the world.
We love this game and we play it a lot but the problem is we mostly play jam sessions and not any challenges. Because of that we can never level up. It would be awesome if you guys could make it to where you can level up playing jam session and doing tricks. We would definitely play the game more.
