A Glimpse into Way of the Turtle
In this charming adventure platformer, join two turtles on their journey to reunite stranded on a tropical island in the middle of nowhere. An island not so innocent as it might look at first glance.
Cursed by evil magic, corrupting elements of the earth transforming them into vicious monsters and difficult obstacles.
However, not everything on the island is working against you. Become friends with the native gophers that inhabit the island, who will try and help you in your quest to get back home again.
WIELDER OF GREAT POWERS
Evolve your characters by obtaining turtle shells that hold certain powers. The different shells grants you the ability to either attack, break out into a dash or shield yourself from dangerous attacks and hazards.

- Added a teleport between "Lava Lair" and "Molten Respite".
- Fixed bug preventing you from rescuing a gopher in "Sanctuary Bank".
- Fixed soft lock in "Gopher’s Paradise" arena which prevented reaching the volcano after completing the arena.
- Fixed soft lock in "Coast of Farewells" arena that prevented you to continue forward after respawn.

Can you please make a sequel because we really like the game.
We love this game so much and very happy to have stumbled upon it. However we have come across a glitch. We cannot reopen game to play. We are stuck at the "boss" in gopher island. Once it goes through the opening sequence to resume, it gets stuck on a black screen. We would love to keep playing! Please fix this!
We love this game its a great game but when your doing the forsaken trials and your turn off your phone or go to Notification Center and come back to the game it automatically sets your hearts to 3 even if you have 10. Great game but this just ruins it for us.
So we got this game a while ago, and its a great game except for it glitches us out every time we play it. One second Im playing the next Im kicked out!! If you could fix that it would be the best app on our phone!!!
We want to give this game a 5 stars because we love playing so much. Its really fun and we love the characters. However, after waiting months for new levels, the release of the last level is extremely difficult to the point where it feels impossible. There are no save points, so you keep dying multiple times over and over again. It got too irritating to keep playing. So until there are save points added to the new challenge, we cant continue playing.
This game is basic but its Done the basics perfectly.

This is our favorite Apple Arcade game. But since the last update it crashes every time on this one level. So frustrated! We have contacted support and they no longer reply to our emails. Please update with a fix! We paid for a year of Apple Arcade so we could play this game. Update- It has been fixed! We have finished the game a few times. Still has a few small glitches, but way better than before the last update. We love the cute characters! Its challenging, but not so hard that we cant get it. We are able to master it after trying for awhile. Thanks! BTY – we think that there was a hint of a a sequel at the end. Maybe?
We have been invested in this game for a long time and have been very patient with glitches and updates, but this latest is unbearable. We already unlocked all 5 tentacles but it still says we havent done one in Bleak Coast and wont let us move forward. We’ve reset our progress and have started the game all over twice. About to delete and give up.
Controls are terrible. Also annoying is the inability to stop the turtle from moving right or left. The games swirling motion causes dizziness. The game is fun otherwise but these are show stoppers.
We dont know why but we felt emotional at the end and beat the game thank you for creating this game we hope we see more of the Turtles.
Like the title implies , these are the WORST CONTROLS EVER!
We love the game and all but we just got out of the volcano and we looked on our map to see where we were at and it teleported us to the main place on the map and we continued on but we finished all the tentacles but one and the last one is in the mountain valley and it wont let us go back Im sooooooo mad and before all this we used to play on our dads phone which is ours now and when we erased the phone we kept our Apple Arcade ID and when we downloaded the app again it was gone Im sooooo mad we were almost to the end on our other game we will give 5 stars if it is fixed plus a good review but until then we will not play this game again Im soooo angry.
We completed chapter 3 and when we went to go into the Valcaino the bridge never showed up. After the doors opened. So theres no way for us to keep playing.
We went back into the game after not playing for awhile and looks like we need to find 5 tentacles, but only 4 are on the map. We have wandered in every direction but cant find the last one. Just stuck we guess.
When we reach the volcano stage the game automatically crashes. Anyone else facing this issue.
We love way of the turtle since we first played it. It is an excellent game we hope you get this game. Unfortunately, we have already passed through a big bug. Before, when you didnt update the game,there was no glitch. We can freely play but there is now. Ill tell you. So when youre playing this game we want to explore a dark version of the island, tap on the game and it will immediately cut off. We dont know why but it sure is a huge glitch. Illusion labs please fix this or we will delete your game. Nope not forever you said you polished the game and fixed some bugs you added one glitch! Thats totally unfair why would you do that? So we love the game but for the first time we made it to the volcano and when we do the lever and the mini boss thing starts and we try to kill the first enemy the game just kicks us off and we have to start the mini boss all over again and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrating and plz fix other than that we love the game.
We really like all of the work that you have put into this game and all of the detail and etc. But at the end (well at least we think that it is the end) when we open the gates we are able to defeat one monster but then it just automatically kicks us out of the game. So fix the game so that we can keep on enjoying it.

We love this game, but we just got to the Volcano and cannot get passed beating the bad guys. Kill One and it shoots us directly out of the game and we’ve reset it and our console and it wont change. Please help!
So im trying to get to the 4th tentacle but everytime we try to get to that level it keeps crashing. We are super frustrated because we’ve already made it this far and now it starts to crash. We love this game so fun and addictive! But on the third chapter when we got to the volcano entrance our iPad went dark! We have no idea how to get the game to work again. We have tried updating our iPad but it still doesnt work. We have read the comments and a lot of other people are having the same issue. We literally love this game. We feel like the game is so sort after waiting a year for the continued story. That so was disappointing. We love the game and look forward to playing more.

We would give this a higher rating if we could PLAY the new update. The game crashes SECONDS after entering the game so you cant get ANY progress AT ALL. PLEASE FIX SOON OR IM GONNA LOOSE IT. Also, this crash is happening on ALL devices. Not just ours. So again, FIX THIS SOOOON.
So Way of the Turtle is a great game and all, but we cant get the shard that is in the jungle on the left because the hammer traps dont work now for some reason, so please fit it. Besides that, Way of the turtle is a great game and keep up the work!
This game is very good. It has a great story though not spoken that much. It has great enemies and characters. There are bugs but they are not that common. We wish it had a little bit more of a ending after destroying the boss. We feel it has a abrupt end. Overall a really good game. Cant wait for the sequel or prequel or a new update.
Its really fun because you can explore all around and we really love it its just the best thing we love it thank you people who made this game because its really fun you can get powers from your shell and you can change your shell its really fun.

We really enjoyed this game so much! We love the graphics, the missions, everything about this game was amazing! Im so sad we beat the game already though. OK so OK so when we saw this came a be like him OK so OK so when we saw this came a pre-K like a pre-K came nobody wants to play to Kay Kay anyways it would be a good idea.
We really like this game , but it can be confusing as you have to figure out how to get to certain areas to get everything on a certain level. This means that you may have to use one shell to defeat enemies and then switch to a different shell to push a button. For us, its still fun trying to figure it all out. Also, it is very glitchy. At one point we were ready to just un-install. It was after you get all three flames lit and you have to enter the volcano gate. The purple spirit thing would laugh and then nothing would appear until we spun or prodded it somehow and then once defeated them all the camera zoomed like another set of enemies were fixing to spawn but nothing happened but also nothing changed to where we could walk across so we walked back to the purple spirit thing trying to get it to trigger and eventually things did appear randomly. It went on like this for awhile and it was like we were just stuck in limbo. We tried again the next day and everything finally worked right, but we’ve experienced more glitches like this further along in the game. Im not sure if its because Im in the newer add on content now or what. Overall we think its worth playing, but you really have to be a patient person.
We like this game, its really cute but we have had twice a glitch of when we launch again our game, the turtle is stuck in the air and we cant do anything and even when we restart the game, the glitch is still here. The first time was okay because we’ve just started the game but the second time, we were pretty far. We dont want to restart it from the start.

We love this game it is fun and engaging and kind of puzzling which we like. We like having to figure out how to get to a certain area but the game is super glitchy. The turtle will get stuck in certain spots or move super slow. We finally got passed a spot in the moon tower but now we died and the blue door we just opened to fight the little laughing purple guy is closed and no matter what we do we cannot get it open again. Makes us sad that we may have to delete this game bc we cannot proceed and dont want to start over from the beginning of the game again. Developers please help if you can!!!
We think it is fun but when you find the person at the end it wont let us win so it just kills the turtle and you have to do it again fix it or we are writing another review with 1 star.
Like other reviews it can be very glitchy and unplayable. Hit an area in jungle ruins where all our shells disappeared, lost all use of our abilities, and the map was wiped completely blank. We couldn’t progress or go back because they both required shell abilities to do so.
The game crashed during Toxic Swamp and the save now loads to a floating pink and green screen every time.
