We play this game for years but now its not working for iPhone 8 Plus we need your support to fix the game.
We downloaded this game to challenge a family member who had it on a kindle. With all the reviews we thought it wouldn't be as good but it plays all the same we play it on an iPhone se and it runs very smoothly its a pretty fun game.
When we open the game the screen become half black and half work and its not playable with this bug please fix it.

Wont work on our iPhone 8plus. Loads only half of the screen. Funny the ads (we purchased this-not free) fill the screen perfectly. Really love this game too. Would have given a 5 star rating if it bloody worked.
Works with this iPhone Really? No. Sadly, it does not work with this iPhone… Alawar Devs, we love your games. But this one needs attention. Please hold a current iPhone in your hand, ToM3 and when you realize how completely broken it is on iOS 11 consider revising the Compatibility section on the App Store. We kept this long-time favorite game on our phone hoping the developer would update it some day. So happy to finally see that familiar icon in our Updates queue today. Our happiness bubble burst when we tapped Open after the download. Weird split screen, basically frozen, nothing to do but quit the app. Will try to reboot, delete/reinstall, etc to get it going again but Id rather not lose our progress. That said, Id settle for starting at the beginning because we enjoy the smooth gameplay, music & cool sound effects. Its really a beautiful and polished game. It deserves to be played! Please make it work again.
Paid for, love the app for the iPad…But a waste of money cuz it won't work on the iPod touch but it does work on our iPhone 6. We just want to know why isn't it like the iPad app. It's the same amount of lvls same things as that app but they left out the gold totem the money totem the one that helps you make extra points and activates the score frenzy mode. Why make it identical if you're just gonna leave out a major piece to the bonuses. And why once you play the game to the end and then play on difficult mode can't you use the stars you get. It's impossible to play if you can't use them and why even give them for completing things if they can't be used!!! Boo!!! Bad business, we have to delete and reload every time we complete the game.

Unplayable. Only shows on half our screen at iPad size so youre looking at a tiny corner of the game. Cannot resize or play at all. Lame.

Played this a lot back when the first came out. And played all the way up to 3. Doesnt load right. The screen loads half off the screen. Totally unplayable on our iPhone XS Max.

UPDATE Aug 2017: Still 0… But we see that the dev has acknowledged now that the game "may not be compatible with iPhone 7" in the description. At least that will help new potential customers. Still s*cks for the loyal ones who already purchased the game, as they have made no updates, still, since over a year ago. UPDATE May 2017: 0 if that were possible… This app has been "broken" for over a year. The last iOS version it was updated for compatibility is iOS 8…EIGHT!! (As of June 2016) we don't know what's going on with the folks at Alawar. It appears they have abandoned updates for TOM:3, which is ridiculous, a shame, and possibly a scam since the app description doesn't mention at all that it isn't compatible with iOS 9/10 (and/or iPhones past 6). The iPad version still works (running iOS 10) on our Mini2, so it's something about the phone version of the operating system that the app doesn't like or they just bothered to update the iPad version and not the phone version. At any rate, we feel Apple should forcibly remove the phone version from the App Store until Alawar gets its collective act together and fixes this app. When your "developer contact" link goes to a blank page and there's no mention of incompatibility issues for certain iOSes or devices but they keep selling the app as if it is functional, THAT IS A PROBLEM and a dishonest sales practice. It's a shame because we love this game. We've payed for it on both the phone and iPad and have been playing TOM since the FIRST version on our Gen1 iPod Touch. The affection we have for this game is the only reason we're leaving our previous review below. Obviously, our disappointment in Alawar is somewhere around the stratosphere, at the moment, and so we've changed the current star rating above to reflect that. (Previous Review): 5 we just noticed Alawar updated this game on Jan 5th and fixed the iOS 8 saving issue. We just tested it and it is indeed resolved. THANKS so much for getting our fav iPhone game up and working again. Woo-hoo!! We do have one suggestion: the ability to decline the tutorial "help" messages when starting a new game. For an old hat such as ourselves the tutorial is just a nuisance.

It may be Apples fault but what are they going to do to fix it? We had the paid 2 version but then it stopped acknowledging us as a player so then we went to paid 3 version when it first came out and have never been able to use on our iPhone 6 or 7.
Save games now restart you at 1-1 over and over. Nice job, Apple. Way to reward developers who make software for your product. Fantastic backwards compatibility.

We like the game but since we got our new phone we can't play, it seems like they should have optimized the app before the September release of IOS 10.
App support link goes to a blank page. So we are forced to write a review instead–iOS 10 broke the game. So now you have to fix it.

Please update app for iPhone 7 Plus. We purchased this one a couple of times so it's only fair to update it. It's been a week already. All our other games have updated; only yours hasn't. It's 9/23/16.
We have this on a new iPod touch 6th generation and it won't display right, it only shows half screen. On our old 5th generation it was fine.

As the title states, we can't load it on our iPhone 6s. It starts the music but the images are all jumbled. Please fix this.
