Good storyboarding but the gameplay is a little dull. Impossible to lose because it favors the player. But mostly the battles are confusing and the theme is a little hard to follow. The story is awesome but the AI generated acting takes away from it. Overall decent and entertaining game.
Please get the IPhone updates in faster. We lose a lot of points waiting for new updates.
Our account we were trying to put it on another device after spending tons of hard earned money on it. There system is so flawed that you have to unbind a account to move it. We did that and bound it again once we had it moved. In the process the account was lost . We contacted the developer and explained to them were the account was and they pulled us a two day old account back from a whole other state. Our account was a lvl 25 base with thousands invested. Then they tell us our receipts say we were in a state that Ive never been in so they dont want to pull back our actual account. For 5 weeks now theyve done nothing to help us . Nothing at all . Ive showed them reciept after receipt which add up to thousands of dollars. They still wont recover our account . Be very careful playing this game because the developers arent interested in protecting your investment in this game. Theyve lied to us and done everything but help us recover our account back.

The game is a good way to pass an hour or two at a time or just log in and knock out the daily achievements and then wait until the next day. Simple but satisfying and its nice watching your power grow and see how strong you can get. We would make a suggestion though to increase the drop percentage and frequency of getting non-combat heroes. It seems like all our stationed heroes are only S tier while all our combat heroes are SSS or higher and the stationed heroes just sit and collect XP but we cant unlock their higher level skills until we tier them up and collecting shards isnt realistic considering how many each hero needs to increase their star level and how long it takes to collect that many shards. All you ever get in recruitment are the same 5 or 6 purple combat heroes (Jong, Charlie, Phet, Jerome, Robert, Tamati) and it seems the purple & blue non-combat heroes (Enya, Demari, Johnny, Brady, Ramirez, Sarah, Bob, Aubree, Andre) come once every 3 winter solstices if you sacrifice a herd of sheep while rubbing your stomach and patting your head upside down while underwater searching for Davy Jones locker and fighting Godzilla all at the same time. Love the game though but would like to see that improved.
This is a pretty unexpectedly great game just began and it's not difficult to enjoy.
We wish this game would give us a little bit more assistance on understanding what to do next. Ive been stuck on trying to figure out what to do after we beat up the two dues outside the hideout. Now we cant click on anything and it just shows the hideout but im not able to do anything. Can someone please tell us the next step.

Us and our friends play this at work and we enjoy it for what it is we like the fact you can move your character around on some missions and we like the GTA reverences.
We love everything about this game BUT, there is so much space left on our territory. Its nothing but empty spaces. Please fix that. That is our only complain. Overall, everything is perfect.
As a former guns of glory player. And really lived this life we say thank you finally a game we can relate! Cant wait for more.

Not a bad game for a mobile game. There's plenty to do and they are constantly adding new stuff, so it doesn't get boring. There's lots of fun events and you'll always have people to fight against. Pretty easy to understand how to play, not a bad game.
When Im at work and its a chill day, this is literally the perfect game to just mess around with! Also we love the concept of the game. Im a big fan of GTA so this is kinda like GTA mixed with SIMS in a way.

Its a game that you dont die to play. But it definitely helps with passing time. We just wish they allow you to actually go on the missions, thatll be prey dope!! But its a decent game so far.

It used to be fun now everything is about money.
Ive been playing for a year but Im now quitting. The game is full of bugs and Customer service is useless when reporting gameplay issues.
Love the game flow, but don't like being told what language can be used when the game itself uses language that is deemed unacceptable for others to use. The game is rated 17+ therefore language shouldn't be banned in game chats. The new UI needs to be readjusted to better color optimization.
Havent played it but Id like to if you make it controller friendly. Would be so much better.

The old design was better get rid of that trashy vice city theme.
We fell in love when we first started payed this game. Now they did an new update where, the graphics are hideous you can barely see anything. If your a person like us too much light and color hurts our eyes. We hit up the peoples to let them know and their response was they can not go back to the original version. Um, duh! That was not what we were implying. We said we cant see anything hardly us and many other players! So doesnt that mean change what you have to help people that play your game and spend money playing it as well! If its not fixed we have no choice but to leave with no problem! Loved the game before this.
Perhaps the worst update in the history of iOS. Close to quitting the game entirely. Hope they go back to the old layout/visuals. Absolutely awful.

Its a great game and all but needs an option for peace shield. We went to attack 1 time and never seen our peace shield again. HELP IM READY TO DELETE THIS GAME.

Same story as any other crime or mafia game no female characters and the ads dont show real game play.
This game is incredible! We love the graphics, art, characters, everything about this game. We feel like we can really dive into this game. The story is FANTASTIC! We can't wait to see how far we can build our empire! Respect to the developers for creating a one of a kind game that lets us live out a fantasy as a criminal kingpin! We'd buy them a cup of coffee if we could! Play with us and build a city in this amazing app! .
