We have been playing mobile games constantly for year and this is in our top 10 better than clash of clans for sure.
Game has gone all pay to win. If you are a f2p that wants to compete at all then this game is not for you.
So the developers are governors in each server. They have unlimited resources and they intentionally go after everyone so you will buy resources. You cant win. If you play, only play for free. Do not buy anything with real money.
The game is better if you spend some money as it should be! Free 2 Play(F2P) and should be rated 17+ children should not be allowed on the game period! Im sorry to say that children get on this game and ruin adults perspective of a war game! For the sake of the game ban children under the age of 16, theyre to immature. Also, you should answer questions written more in-depth instead of asking for screen shots or other unrelated questions! If you dont want to answer, find someone on your team who can answer, please. We hate it when you give us the runaround, do you really think we were born yesterday? The game should be a 5 however, because of the children allowed, the game falls short of giving us interaction with the Commanders! Because youre afraid of the backlash from parents, well yeah what do you expect? Ill probably just move on to a more mature game and be more careful on choosing yet another game that promises interaction, but, gives PG interaction at best.
Been playing this game for almost two years and what keeps us going is the amusing conversations we have with our server mates. A few positives, this is a war game and working together is a must. There is a way to play for free and grow but dont expect to be strong in the field. You will be a rally/garrison filler for a long time. Another great thing is that there are a lot of good videos where you can learn the game first prior to making a ton of rookie mistakes. Lastly, unless you know someone, typically the newest server is where you want to go as a newbie as there wont be many whales out to hunt your base down. Cons: if you dont spend a few bucks a day minimum, you will be a FarmVille player for a very long time. Youll be irrelevant during war time for many months which is the point of the game. Even though the new rollouts seems exciting, the gap in strength seems impossible to catch up to as a newer or none spending player. For many war time is just watching others play while you kick back and farm your way thru life. A few tips: dont chase going into big servers if youre weak in your current one. Go into one where most as similar in strength as you as you can then enjoy the game more. Now the reason for our 2 star review. Customer service isnt that great. Ive asked for simple requests that cost nothing but a simple answer and usually the answer is sorry cant help. Keep track of what you spend because its a freaking nightmare to get it corrected from their end. They use a 3rd party pay system, as do many companies, but it just turns out to either let it go because youve wasted so much time on this, or it become a headache to continue to ask for your credits back. Next, if you bind your account, which we highly recommend, make sure its to an account that you will have for a long time. We binded (not a word) ours to a social media platform which now we want to cancel and theyre giving us a hard time to unbind so we can back it up elsewhere. In all reality, the game was fun if you started it 3+ years ago because you can keep up with the growth. Now a days as a newbie, Id be surprised if you last 6 months playing it.
Tried three times to move thru this game: However, the developers have made the game too complicated; nothing intuitive. We need a crystal ball to figure out where or how to get other girls and what to do with them! Graphics are impressive but we cant figure out what most icon mean etc. Good luck to find anything worth the frustration and patience required. There should have been a bit of arcade operation with the screen interface to make it fun from the onset.
We like the game and the ability to grow. The only problem is that you have people who get into leadership positions on your server and then ruin the game by protecting their large guild and make players get rid of their high level troops and only farm or get their base destroyed because they do not bow down to the jerks playing the game. What is interesting is that these players transferred from other servers and then ruin the game for those who just want to play and have a good time.
Goog game for first 6 months until big spenders take ove.
The devs in this game have become extremely greedy. You cant keep up unless you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. They keep rolling out more and more things like ships long before you can get the others maxed out widening the gap between spenders and non spenders by a huge margin.
This game has the ability to be fun but unfortunately with big spenders it's impossible to compete. Some players spend thousands on the game. If you can't….you'll always be a little fish in an ocean of whales. Like others have said, we used to enjoy this game, even made friends here that we looked forward to talking to and teaming up with but those guys are gone because big money always takes over. So why do we stick around? Some of it is to just have something to do although we've been burned time and time again and had to start over because real life took us away from critical times that we "needed" to check on the game, the other reason is to see how bad the big guild train wreck will get and another is to see if the game will go back to being small and fun like it once was. Server vs server ruined this game in our opinion, it was way more fun when everyone was fighting to take Europe. We burned each other, had enemies day to day within the server. Now it's all about server rules and during svs deals are struck and it's never really a war. KOW take the game back to the small experience again, it was way more fun when we began 3 years ago and made our way into SEU.

The game is fun, but to be competitive you will need to spend a ton of cash on the weapons, ships and officers. A free to play player will be relegated to a farmer of resources.
The game could be great but they scam non stop. They post sale where if buy this much you get extra stuff but then they dont give you the extra stuff. When you play any of the bigger wars or battles, there are certain servers that cheat and again customer service wont do anything. They expect you to screen record everything to prove the cheating. And if you dont have hours of the screen recording then they do nothing about it. So ridiculous. So could be great but unfortunately its a scam.
We quit KOW our commander ID was 2523499 (V E N O M) from server 54, 53, 79. The game is heavily relied on how much you credit card swipe. Personally we spent $5K. You can lose all of it in a blink of an eye now days. Which then prompts you to spend more to get back the army you lost in an attempt to maintain your power level. You eventually get invited to join a VIP channel via WhatsApp or Discord. We honestly do not know why when all the devs do is ignore the player base. Matchmaking for server vs server is a complete joke. It gets repetitive and boring after some time. They pair you with Oil Rich players from 4K or Chinese hackers in 5K. Deleting our farm accounts were a pure breeze. We had to fight for an entire day to delete a 80M + power base. They wanted proof of our transactions, screenshots of our items (why?), email verification, approximate date of when account was created. They kept asking for more proof of transactions as if the previous ones werent enough in a failed attempt to persuade you to not delete a money making base.
We have been playing for 3 years now. We still enjoy this game as much as we did when we started. It is a game where big money players can dominate but there are good servers where you can flourish. We have no bullies left on our server because we ran them all off. We love this game. If you need a good server to grow and not get attacked come to Zone 8 and we will welcome you and help you grow more quickly.
We love this game. Great graphics and always something going on! New officers come out a little fast but all and all best game of its kind. All levels from free to play to deep pockets can have a great time here.
The customer service is terrible, they lack empathy and fairness and have zero respect for you or your family. Bad developers, shut down games with no reimbursements. Also game bugs that make you loose your items. Just over all not worth wasting your time and money on.

Been playing this game since 2020. Its fun but you need to spend money to really get ahead. If this game is your entertainment then great spend away. However, if this is just a way to pass a little time you will fall behind. There are some very, very big spenders on this platform. They are very powerful (whales) and win all of the challenges. Also, not verified, but rumor has it the servers in China get discounted pricing on packs for advancement making them impossible to beat.
The game is dominated by the players who have been on the longest. You wont be able to find an active Guild and when you finally do, if its not one of the three most powerful you wont ever make any progress. It could be fun if the player vs player wasnt the focus. You will lose everything you do while you are away because shielding is short and expensive. Heres a synopsis. Farm and upgrade continually. Then boom you lose a weeks progress while you are away as you are ganged up on until you have literally nothing. Its not competitively balanced and that kills whatever fun you might have had in the beginning. Save your money and your time. Just reading the chat you see lots of pettiness and grudges by the high level players who enjoy beating up the newbies. Those who rank it higher obviously are not experiencing the game as a beginner. The developer contacted us about this review. We are more entrenched than before warning new players to avoid this game. They dont want new players to experience success or have fun. They are consumed by the protection of existing players. AVOID! Definitely dont spend any money on it as it will just be stolen.

The game has become full of bullies. The developers dont care since they make money as a direct outcome of the bullying. The developers dont care about players, they only care about money and it doesnt matter how they make it.

Hey, this game is awesome in many aspects however we think to enhance it even more, we think itd really give a game boost if during battles yall could show some real war clips.
Our game just freezes Im the tutorial when Im supposed to make 20 tanks, and because its on apple we cant just uninstall and reinstall to play as it stores our progress on the cloud and we cant reset. We would really like to play but we literally cant until our account is deleted from the game.
This game is fire and from the officers to the actual gameplay its fun the campaign is pretty long so u will be able to do things for a while and the people u meet us awesome when u join a guild its non stop helping each other and just chatting. This is an awesome game we just wish all the officers were available to interact with like with Angel we would really like to interact yall should add this to the new update and YES KEEP NEW CHARACTERS COMING.

We havent been playing this game for too long. Today we made a second account when we went to switch accounts our account froze Ive uninstalled and tried everything we can think of. Its still frozen and no one can help our we cant even start over.
Dont play this game, unless you are the top dog on your server, and you wont be, you will get destroyed. The whole game is set up so that the person who pays the most can run around and raid everyone on a whim, take as much land as they want, and stop you from having any fun. This game is so blatantly pay-to-win, constantly throws pop ups in your face about Buy this pack of stuff. The events are grindy as hell and reward the player who spends hundreds to get everything fast. The amount of skins in the game as well as interaction with your officers is limited at best. For how long this game has been out, there should definitely be more in it. Why isnt there a way to have some sort of group chat with your guild officers? Why are there only like 8 different guild logos you can have? Why can we not give and take permissions from someone in our guild without demoting them? Even though there may be some fun to be had here, it isnt worth it. This game is no better than anything else on the App Store. Also, dont be tricked by all the 5 star ratings, of course the game gives you and incentive to rate it 5, its all people just wanting the prize.

Very addictive game. Really good game play Just missing a trading depot to give members resources to help them out. Also wish you could remove stars and badges from officers you dont use to apply to officers with better skills. You dont know when you first start the game. As you play more you start to wish you could do certain things over. Other then that game is good.
The game itself is solid. Good graphics, and an enjoyable resource management game with WW2 flavor. But the guilds kill it. Ive downloaded a couple times, played for a long time, then deleted. If youre not P2P, the big guilds arent interested and the small guilds get decimated.
Typical pay to play that lures players in with a fun gimmick(like this being a 3D sniper game with hot chicks) for it to turn out to be a more complicated version of Tribal Wars.
This game is fun but the company is awful. They double billed us for packs and even after we sent them the proof they just said, we can do that dont play if you dont like it. After investing more than a year building our account and leadng a top guild we have had to delete the account, game and just walk away. Dont waste the time and money. Download a different game.

So many good things about the game and we love playing BUT.it crashes too much and many times at the worst time. Its frustrating to be engaged in battle, it crashes, REBOOT, and you come back to a slaughtered troop march or your base on fire. Also the language translation is sometimes horrible. Other than that its a great game.
Chinese developers are catering to Chinese servers. They are giving the Chinese community way more detailed information about changes and updated than they are giving to international servers, and it is putting international servers at a huge disadvantage. If you provide them proof of Chinese servers cheating, they look the other way. Do not give them your money.
Unless you have a lot of money to spend that is!! We have logged into this game every day for 865 days straight, almost 2 and a half years STRAIGHT, and we are still so far behind. This game is set up to reward those that spend the most money. Yes you can accumulate the things required to upgrade officers, ships, troops, etc. Eventually but the drop rate for such things if few and far between. For instance, for a gold officer you need 114,000 star points to get them to level 5. Every once in a while you can get a level 1 star for 110 points, even rarer is the level 2 for 420 & even rarer than that is the 980 one! We have received 1 980 star in 3 months. You can purchase an officer pack for $4.99 that gives you 2 110 stars or a daily supply pack for $9.99 that gives you 4 110 stars. You need 1037 level 1 stars for each gold officer and there are 24 at this time. We havent even started 6 of them yet!! Also, you need you need 790 officer badges for each gold officer to get their training levels to 20. You can also earn these through various events but once again these are rarer than the star points. Events for new bases with various boosts for troops or uniforms for officers that help boost their assigned troops cost about $350-400 to complete monthly. You can buy gold to purchase items but the occasional 50,000 gold for $100 will buy you 25 officer badges. So for around $3200 you can get an officer to level 20 training fairly quickly. There are several different servers to play on varying in different levels but rewards are paid higher to the higher level servers. Lower ranked servers = lower level rewards!! If real life ever gets in way of game a higher ranked player sweeps in wipes out your troops (you may be able to get half of what you hadnt back) then you repeat the process of building hoping higher players dont wipe you out. We have spent about $7k – $10k on this game including keeping gold boosted at 659 a day for $10 every 30 days but it really doesnt help due to the cost of it all!! SO UNLESS YOU HAVE A TRUST FUND SET UP RIGHT NOW THIS GAME IS A CASH GRAB THAT ONLY CATERS TO THOSE THAT SPEND ABOUT $800 – $100 A MONTH!! START AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Great game except it is severely unbalanced when it comes to the server versus server competitions like Biozone and Expedition. Unless you are willing to spend 10s of thousands of dollars buying the game packs, you dont stand a chance at making a decent showing in the game. Would not recommend the game if youre not willing to invest a ton of money into it, otherwise, plan on losing all the time.
We purchased a $4.99 package and was triple billed. We asked for refund which they did, but was charged 64,000 coins which essentially made the game unusable. We never received the additional 2 packages and was told they would correct after we purchased the additional packages. This is nothing but a money making scam for the seller.
This game is a money grab, you won't get far without Spending thousands.
Traditional pay 2 win with tons of pay walls for progression. If you want to be competitive in this war game, expect to spend $20,000 minimum, but that wont be near enough to compete vs the big accounts. Most of them are in for $100,000-1,000,000. Theres a special base skin if you spend one million dollars, thats real money, not fake money. Their target audience is someone who is willing to waste tens of thousands of dollars to feel satisfaction in a dying game. Once it dies they will spin up a new clone. See Dead Empire. Same game. Same mechanics. Just zombie themed. Its all they do. Reinvent the wheel and trap people in pay walls. Dont play this game.
Game keeps expanding at rate too fast for most players to be competitive.
As a one year vet, Ill give you this advice: Dont bother starting this game now. If you dont spend a ridiculous amount of money, youll need to take years to reach endgame. With their latest update, they released a new tier of units, which requires a lot of building upgrades and researches, most of them take hundreds DAYS to complete unless you pay to speed them up (and their speed ups arent cheap, $100 is probably enough to speed up 30 days at most). Beside units, there are also ships (take years to max out normally unless you pay $10000) and officers (also cost a ton of money to max and fall out of meta in a couple months). So if you want to waste your time and money, just play this game.
