As soon as you get powerful in your server, against the cheating Chinese, Brutal (great way to describe the game) Age merges servers with another Chinese ran server. Went from top 20 most powerful players to 50th. Dont waste your time, Chinese have $$$ advantage and you can not compete without paying huge dollars. Rigged to take your money to be able to try to survive. Now after 3 plus years, we cant log in and have lost our account. This game is a joke.
- it has TONS of bugs: – unable to sign in – unable to chat + chat disappears – in-game syncing issues – stability issues And many more And the developer doing updates for new events (MONEYYY!) rather than solving issues updates.
This game is going to get sued.
We do not understand how this game could have a 4.6 rating. Its been almost a month since the new re-imaging and redesign of the game. The game is had nothing but crappy gameplay since. The game had people locked out for 3 days to 2 weeks depending on how the player signed in. The game overheats your phone now, it has numerous glitches and the screen crashes making the game go blank. All of this is happening and yet they still roll out new updates to release new items. How about you fix the broken game before adding more crap. Whats worse is they know this and yet do t give two craps about the players. Here is their latest response to poor game play: Dear Chief, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. At present, the new version is not stable, so sometimes these problems may occur, but please rest assured that our developers have recorded that the follow-up will be fixed as soon as possible, and the new version will be stabilized as soon as possible. We also hope to bring you better game content and game experience, please give us some time, our developers will deal with these problems as soon as possible! This is after having to send them video proof after they tried blaming our internet connection. Had to send them speed tests to show its not the connection. They ask for time but yet roll out new crap to sell us. A month is more than enough time we would think if they cared.
Our main account has disappeared after three years! Cant log in using any method. Definitely not starting over !
Game is Fun and addictive, But server Mergers always favor Chinese servers and are getting more and more Unfavorable to the point you dont want to play anymore. We have played for for 5 years and the past year the developers have messed up 5 years of good fun. THE NEW UPDATES cause players to lose accounts and Progress The developers are not foreigner friendly but always say they will help u but when they cant fix a problem you lose out.

This last Mandatory update has been horrendous. New graphics seem to be designed by a child. One element looks like it came from Angry Birds. We personally have spend a ton of money over the last 5-6 years playing this game. The game updated to an unbearable amount of bugs and kinks that still havent been successfully corrected yet. Longtime customers should not be MANDATED any an Update to test your Game. THAT is YOUR JOBS not the players. Consumer: If your willing to shell out money to be competitive well this is the game for you. If not we think you should honestly pass. There is exactly no human element all responses in almost 6 years of playing are all the same. Be glad we cannot provide screenshots here. We’ve been playing for 6 years and this new update makes it impossible to continue playing. Its glitch and fix for over a week now. Events cancelled because they cant get the system to work properly. It has become a terrible product and should be avoided. The developers care little for game flow and only about cash flow.
They completely redid the app and its 100% garbage.
Save your time and money. Every update makes the game more expensive andmakes the game worse to play.

We’ve been playing this for a few years and its a fun game with plenty to do but complete money pit. If you havent started playing it, dont. To even trail the top players, youll need to spend absurd amounts of money and every event is a money grab in one form or another. Too bad because its an enjoyable game otherwise.
The game has a built in system for reporting carrots inappropriate behaviors from players. Unfortunately, after reporting inappropriate remarks the Developers say , a certain amount of language is expected in a war game. However, a player has gone completely threatening through the game chats and when muted searched through social apps for messaging. The game developers claim they can’t see The relationship of the players comments on an outside social app as its related to the behavior inside the king. Its so evident in a monkey could see the and thats just an excuse. Theyre using to not have to be in someone who does spin money and puts money in their pockets. This player tried to coach another player to commit suicide, providing her with the information that she needed step-by-step. This was done inside the game chat the developers muted her for a few hours, and thats it. Now shes threatening through outside social apps, and it has been reported to those companies yet the developers of brutal Age horde invasion, refuses to acknowledge the relationship between the players behavior, and the threatening words used in the social application for messaging. The developers have chosen that they will support a player who spends money over another that doesnt have as much monetary investment. Be careful and dont let your children play this game or else they will be seeing a lot of adult content that should not even be allowed for an adult to see.
This still does not help us at all. We have had an open request because our Facebook was hijacked during this mess or yours and someone stole our game account. We have been trying to get it reminded to our email and no one will help. We have an open ticket with customer service that no one is responding to. The account is on server 311 and he will likely relocate to hide. You have done absolutely nothing to help us out and we are getting extremely upset. This is equivalent to you stealing. From us because no one will help.

Love the game overall but is says we need to update the game but theres no update on the App Store.
They say that players can be strong without spending money which is true but someone can spend and buy all packs every couple of hours and reach 1 year of progress in one day and they can buy all the resources and skip upgrade time. Heroes boost troop stats and dragons too and both are heavily paid. Sure you can wait 1 year to upgrade your weak dragon while someone pays money to upgrade their stronger one thats 2x better. This game is wallet vs wallet and if you can show us one player that never spent money but is stronger than someone that spends money then Ill believe that you can be strong but for now this game is cash grab and developers lie when they say you dont need to spend when spending makes the game progress 10X faster.
This game is pay to win, most players put money into the game. We put money into the game. The game is designed to log out of one server (or account) and log into others for various reasons. Our account that is 166M power that we’ve spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on and countless hours on is gone. We switched from that account to another, when we went to sign back in there wasnt a option, it was like our account didnt exist. We’ve gotten in contact with customer service or (support team) and have had zero help getting this problem resolved, it seemed like they didnt care. No email or phone number backup nothing.
2 day we been waiting for update and we lost 2 days of ba missions.
Its a great game with amazing logistics that depends on strategy and the way u start setting up yourself at the first couple stages but eventually it becomes pay to win game more than a strategic game in our opinion the developers should focus more on the players having fun playing the game in the next updates rather than adding updates with bad offers that are literally a waste of money the offers seem cheap at first but the rewards you receive are less than the needed so youd have to pay more and more to become a powerful player.
The developers allow the spread of hate speech, such as spreading ideas that the lgbtq community should be wiped out and that that slavery and sex trafficking should be allowed in all countries. They do this in order to cater towards those from nations where it is allowed, however disgusting the words being written by players may be. Through multiple attempts at trying to resolve the issue with customer service, we were met with nothing but rudeness and inadequacy. The game itself is fun, but what the developers allow on the platform is absolutely disgusting. 5 star review only so this is seen by everyone.
Update the review This game is dying, everything goes cheaper and cheaper because they keep losing players, and developer still cannot find a way to keep players. Majority of the server left empty with only a dozen player. We would suggest you try war and order and you will find everything from this game is a crappy copier of the other game.
We purchased ancient treasure fragment and unlocked mystic necklace 4 star, but it did not show up in the game. We reached out to customer service for the resolution and it has been 3 days with same state. Every time a new person replies and ask for screenshots and we are tired sending screenshots multiple times . They acknowledge the necklace is unlocked in backend and asked us to restart . We did restart and also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing worked. Also first time case was simply closed asking us to restart game without waiting for resolution. We had to raise a new complaint and this time it is going on ever and 4 people asked same question to upload screenshots. We are tired and found it to be not worth anymore. Dont want to invest anymore on this game with such terrible customer service.
Started playing this game when it first came out around 6 years ago. Game turned into a money market having to pay for everything and had so many different icons popping up. When we went to delete the game they asked for our email and a bunch of information to cancel the account. Once we gave that info our email which never had gotten any spam has been blowing up no stop with spam emails.
Make a reason for your player base that doesnt spend money to play, add a way to get points to buy things on the store that would normally cost money. Maybe logging on everyday gives you points? Maybe doing challenges? Make a way for people to be able to buy packs without having to actually spend money if you care even a slim bit about your community otherwise this community wont grow and it will continue to slowly die.
Not a fighting game. This is a farming, gathering game 100%. Very misleading . Get your money back if you have spent due to misleading advertisement.
Gift packages are expensive. The winning rate is false, its 0%. Supporters cant fix any problems. The game forces you spending more money or cant develop faster.

Company does little or nothing to stop bullying, and extremely off balance play. Everything is geared to pay to win. More you pay the more you can bully others. This company can and does ignore this, but many players experience it some spent money an time only to be wiped out by some who paid little more or cheated, or even favors by moditors who does give away officers, items or equipmentwe all see it, same people, those that pay. You can sit there and be in some illunation about all this being fair and balanced, its not, all the players see it. It would fair if your a high level player your exempt from any rewards or free anything. Instead they get most of or all rewards prizes, giving them more to bully others. Every high level player hordes everythingthis not a game for new players but a means to get moneys. This games isnt and but its not exactly fun. Nor is it near as popular as the original Spartan Wars empire of honor that tap4fun ended. Bring back Spartan Wars us and several hundreds of thousand dedicated players want it back and tap4fun would make a lot more money on Spartan wars than brutal age. It was just better all around. Sincerely a Spartan wars player that played from they say it launched to the day they killed the servers.
If your not Chinese DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME! You will never have the advantage the Chinese do, free gems free speeds and many other helpful extras to keep them on top. They get their money for this game from everyone but Chinese so dont get suckered into this black hole of a game. We’ve played 3.5 years and still play but wish we would have read a review this honest when we were looking to download a new game and we would have did myself a huge favor in not playing BA. Support is useless and when you do make a purchase theyll charge you twice and refuse to give your money back. They allow other Chinese players to come to your server and raid you without warning or notice then refuse to fix their mistake because we wast Chinese! It is what we say (a scam for everyone but chinese) we pay for their play!! We find it difficult to advance because of far advance people relentlessly attacking without provocation. Its annoying. Have found ways of reducing the damage. Also Im working through iPad so shuts down quite oftenly. Loosing gold turtles and not recovering them. Sent msgs to IT and no response. But game is fun so we continue.
They will gladly take your money but never assist you with any issues you have along the way. Save your hard earned cash for a better investment in a company that actually cares about their customers. Dont get sucked in!!!
It says mostly 5 star reviews but theyre fake reviews. Everyone is putting one star because in every single server (which there are hundreds) everybody quits except for like 80-100 people and they all spend. Every server is dead, and progressing the way the spenders do takes around 5 years minimum & once you get there, new stuff is available & the spenders get there immediately. Regular spenders cant even catch up, you have to spend thousands to be at the top & we asked the person with a trillion power how he got there & he said he spent like 50,000 we dont remember and hes a prince. All of the mega spenders attack you, take everything you have & kill all of your troops so you have nothing & thats why everybody quits. They added so many new things & its just impossible to catch up in any way. This game is a joke. We guarantee you this isnt a 4.7 star overall rating.

We’ve been playing this for several years and Im questioning our sanity. 1. Youll have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to keep up with other players. It is a major cash grab. We’ve known players who spent a thousand dollars in a weekend. We dont spend money and Im never going to be other than a weak player. The majority of the events are pay to play and all of the best tools and prizes in the game go to the big spenders. The problem is getting progressively worse too. The developers dont even try to hide it. And everything costs approximately 1/2 as much in China. 2. The developers dont listen to our requests or advice. They are Chinese but speak great English. The requests lately have been from our biggest players (and biggest spenders) and are trying to make the game more fair. The developers response has been to threaten us with muting and possibly banning permanently from the game. Btw, its illegal to threaten US citizens like this. Its the cyber bullying statute. Its a law. 3. Look at the reviews here. So many are fake. 5 stars but saying the game is terrible. Obviously fake or altered. We dont have ambitions to be the top player on our server and Im pretty laid back so we put up with a lot on this game. If it werent for friends we’ve made Id already be long gone.
