A fun game. We play on our lunch break.
The game is great but to give the customer some more patience and give the workers more speed other than that we like the game it keeps us occupied and relaxed.
When will there be a new hotel.
We agree with another players review about fixing the timing. The customers are arriving before you can get the orders of the people already in the rooms. You shouldnt have to use up so many boosts on one level. We enjoy the game, but that problem is about to make us stop playing. We understand wanting it to be a challenge at upper levels. After several attempts at the same level, we feel the difficulty level should be less challenging to allow the player to advance to the next level. If you get stuck on a level for a week or so you feel defeated and just stop playing. Its fun and we definitely have enjoyed playing it.
You need to not stack customers and orders. You NEVER receive gems so you NEVER get to upgrade therefore making the levels impossible to beat. Whatever the objective is they make it impossible to beat it cause you never have gems to upgrade.

What good are the coins if you cant use them to purchase? Everything uses up gems & we have hundreds of thousands of coins.
We have completed all of the hotels. We were wondering when some new hotels will arrive? We really enjoy this game, but we dont like the time it takes to release a new hotel.
This game is the classic time management that we enjoy, however just when you start having fun is when to get past levels you need to buy expensive packages. Nope, not doing it.
Im giving 3 stars not because its a bad game but because it is the exact same gameplay of another game we already play. We mentioned the ads because ads for game apps used to show actual gameplay and Im guessing the rules changed because now most of them show ads without actual gameplay. We fell for it. The elevator ad thats being used to get downloads for this game is NOT the game you actually download.
We love this game, but it only lets you go so far. For almost two weeks the next hotel just says update coming soon.
Im trying to be patient, but its be really great if we could skip the tutorial since this is our first time running a hotel with you. How many games do you have? And how many games have we played? So Im being punished for playing again.
We have enjoyed this game for a bit now but we have played level 24 almost 100 times now we always come up 5$ short of the goal and have to play it again. Even though we get a smiley face on every customer. You just want us to use our diamonds to buy three more customers what a rip off.
We play this so does our daughter she gets 20 adds fast feet we play first hotel just to get boost she gets 5 watching ads and we have updated.
This game will make you fall into a time trap in a good way this game has gotten rid of the stress we have had from school. If you like fun games download this now.
We have been playing this game for some time now. We think we just reached the end. We are at sky garden and the next location says opening soon but hasnt opened yet. Kind of like how the items were with the bandages. Is this updating soon.
So first we want to say that we personally really really like the game be cause if you want to be a waitress then this will help you because once you get to the hard levels then it gos really quickly. And we like that there a only adds if you want them like foe example if you want to get a chair then you just have to hit the ad sign. But the only thing that bugs a little would how once you get to the goal then it stops you the but we guess thats reasonable but like we just want to keep playing because of how much fun it is. We say this make the game a little harder so if you mess up thats when it stops. But this is just a suggestion and if yall dont like then thats ok. And still we do REALLY like the game.

Sacred snow hot spring hotel has a bug where we're unable to give the fan to the customer. The guy picks up the fan instead of the receptionist. The receptionists doesn't pick up the fan. And it makes it to where we fail everytime we play a level. Other than that, it's been a good game to pass time.
This review is for the Hotel Craze game; so far Ive seen hardly any reviews for THIS game. Somehow people are putting reviews for the wrong game. Theres no hospital, no doctors, no pimple popping, and no restaurants. Theres just a bunch of hotels in different places around the world and you have 40 levels in each one. Some of them are really hard to get through, but you have to spend money in all of them. You will not get through them otherwise. Essentially we came here to see if anyone had any experience with the game update, and we see that yes, there are no more new hotels. No new updates for over a year so probably not forthcoming. Time to delete. Second game today.
We have made it to the end we guess…new hotel says coming soon for quite awhile now. Any news on when it will be updated.
Its been like a year or more since they have updated the new hotel. Its been coming soon for over a year when will we get new hotels.
This is great game with very little ads. Until it stopped working after asking us to connect our Facebook. At first we were able to bypass it and continue playing, but now we cant access the game after declining the connection. We waited it out however after 2months of the same thing we have to delete the game.
Add more restaurants and Id give a five stars.
Are you ever going to add new hotels or is The Sky Garden it? It was a fun game. Been waiting for many, many, months for an update.
We absolutely hate this game because you cannot delete the app. Its really babyish. We thought we were gonna be like ASMR for like teens and the only reason we voted at five stars so you guys can see this so you know that if you dont like it, you cant delete it.

When we started to play this, we thought it was so boring, but then we gave it another chance and its the best game ever literally Im not kidding. Im literally not kidding you get more money and its so satisfying, but you need to do everything fast. You need to put your eye on everything.
