Like another person has said, you cant start level 41 because you have to decorate. But you cant decorate without stars. And you cant get stars unless you play. We were enjoying the gameuntil this awful Catch 22! Please fix it.
Confused…. It says level 41 locked. Please decorate to open level. We cant decorate because we dont have any stars. We cant get more stars without completing levels. Levels are locked till we decorate. Loved them game till this happened. Help!
Fun game but we’ve been stuck where we finish a room but it doesnt move to the next hotel. We’ve reached out for help 5 times and have heard nothing so Im not playing anymore because Im not getting any stars for winning the levels.
Used to love it but now the only way you get any booster is to pay for them and Im not going to keep paying for gem and boosters!

This is a very fun game. We love it and would have given a higher rating but you get so far and unless you spend a lot of money you will not and we mean not get any further in the game. It is totally impossible.
We got hooked on the game. Now, Im stuck on a completed The Cliff and cant move forward. Have been stuck for months now since August. We dont want to play Renovate the Future. When will we be able to move forward to the next hotel? Also, too many nonsense items at the bottom: the fish, the other rooms. Time for them to go. Really like the game, but stuck.

It seems fun at first, but as you get further in the game, they cut down your ability to earn gems so that it will take you days of watching ads after ads to earn enough gems to buy things needed to advance. Or you can pay a lot of money for an insufficient number of gems that will barely advance you in a game. Disappointing!
So Im in love with this game but its like yall not making anymore levels we’ve been doing the same hotel for over a month because it keep saying coming soon but nothing is happening.

Lately its been advertising itself on its own game. The picture shown about trying to protect people from bees is just not how the game is. The games actually really fun but youre not getting the app you think you are. Also download a an app from one of their ads and it tried to get us to pay $20 without telling us. Used to be super fun but its just super sketchy now.

Sometimes the game has taken our money but not given us the extra time or guests – very frustrating but now Im stuck. Im on the level with the cauldron – it keeps saying IN TUTORIAL but it wont let us do anything! Cant get guests to room, cant clean the rooms, cant pause the game! The guests line up at the desk and they turn to red as time winds down because we cant do anything! HELP!
We’ve been addicted to this game ever since we’ve began playing it the moment we had some down time and decided to clear our mind. We love the many different types of hotels and the ability to decorate the rooms. However, there is ONE annoying feature that we dont understand. Why is it we can earn coins and cant use them to make purchases for the boosts or features needed to complete the levels? Whats the purpose of the coins? Very frustrating but outside of this we enjoy the game immensely. Please look into making the coins worthy of use within the game . Thank you!
Fun game to play just too many ads!
We have been playing this game for awhile, and while you can beat any level without purchasing anything; however the disadvantage of not paying is high. We really wish the movement spread can be upgradable. We have lost a few customers due to the fact the characters speed is too slow and has to move from one side of the hotel to another, and this is with the all the upgrades purchased and completed. We have bought several packs in this game but really feel movement speed should not be of the things you should have to purchase ( by which we are referring to the jet packs) once that can be changed we have no problems giving a 5 star review as the game is very fun and addicting. Also please lower the game pass price, we have played hundreds of game on phone, and console and have to say 20 bucks for a game pass is highest . We do think Ming buying packs from time to time and understand thats how free games make their money, but that seems a bit much, as much as we would like to buy the pass we spend enough on packs that we can not justify an additional 20 just on a game pass.
When are we getting new hotels? The game is fun but the wait for new challenges is too long.
We purchased the VIP card for $3.99. Its for 7 days. We purchased it on 3/28 and with two days left on it they shut it off. We only got it for 5 days. Tried to contact them. Explained the issue. They responded and asked if we could explain. We explained AGAINstill no answer. We wont be making anymore in app purchases with this app. But it is a nice game.
Im hooked to this game but always take a hiatus because of all the in app promos popping up every second. Smh.
Great game! However, the game needs updating on $ calculations. Using diamonds to update to pass the levels. Calculator is at 1/2. Very addictive and well put together app.
We think theyve given up on new levels. But it was fun. Weve just been playing the old levels again for about 2 weeks.
We’ve been playing this game for a while and have really enjoyed it but lately diamonds and boosts have been very infrequent and its hard to upgrade now. We dont mind watching ads or paying here and there to support the developers but it gets to be very frustrating trying to pass a level and not be able to upgrade to win and constantly purchase diamonds.
They take your money and you do not get what you paid for. Then when you report it for a refund. It is denied. Game is fun but do not do any in-app purchases.
We’ve unfortunately spent a LOT in this game which is our own stupidity but b/c it was fun for a while (just like most app games). We dont mind a challenge but like others have said you get to a certain level and then boom your done unless you keep spending.a lot! We have almost 600,000 chips just sitting there to help upgrade and cant unless we buy diamonds and Im NOT BUYING ANYMORE!!! So unfortunately probably going to have to delete which is a shame! They pull you in but you need to drag yourself out before they take full advantage of you! Almost all these games do anymore unfortunately its sad :(

Fun game but really frustrated by all the ads that dont close out and instead open in the App Store ad nauseam. Half the time we have to close out of the game completely and lose the reward. The dialogue between characters could be better. Other than that, we enjoy playing. Its like diner dash. And the extras like designing your fish tank keeps it interesting.
There is just as much game time as it is you sitting there waiting for an ad to finish. With the share amount of ads you would think that this game wouldnt require you to pay any money at all but you would be wrong you need gems to progress in the game and you get to watch 10 ads to get 15 gems. But the upgrades require 20 gems per upgrade and you absolutely need the upgrades to barely just pass the levels. You have to have a perfect score and all upgrades to just barely make the cut for the levels. Its not really that much of a challenging game its more about timing and making sure everybody leaves at the right time. It can get backed up when some guests stay longer in the rooms than they need to because you start getting a bottleneck at the reception desk and theres nothing you can do about it even if you do use candy it still doesnt give you enough time to be successful in the level. We had to wait a couple of days just to store up enough gems so we can get one upgrade that we can barely pass by maybe three coins. And thats with perfect everything so this is where the game gets frustrating youre not playing the game youre just waiting or you have to sit through so many ads that its almost not even worth playing the game. Another downside is when you finish the hotel you can no longer go back to that hotel its like the hotel you just spent all this time creating disappeared. There are also quests that you can do within the game and theres one that requires you to spend precious gems that you barely get enough to pass a level to decorate areas, that is ridiculous who is going to do that especially when youve waited so long to get gems or youve watched so many ads youve totally forgotten the purpose of playing the game. There are so many other games available to play that this one is beginning to not even be worth the hassle. Im at the Royal Casino hotel now, we think its the third or forth hotel Im not sure because as we said once you have completed a hotel it just disappears like you never even spent time or money on it. Halfway through completing the first hotel we were convinced we were not going to spend one red cent on this game because it has so many ads and its so frustrating to progress its not frustrating because its difficult its frustrating because you almost cant progress without gems and they Give you gems so sparingly but they do give you 100 200 300 500 allotment of coins that really mean nothing because without the gems you still cant go anywhere or progress in the game so we think Im about to delete this game and try something else. Before we go, the Ads are also the worst!! Most of the ads are games that we already know are false ads for games but the ads are basically cheating husbands or dads abandoning their families and women out in cold broken down houses and theyre looking at you pathetic looking for help or they need your help to try to get back there cheating husband who doesnt love them anymore. What kind of game for children is this? Half of the time the kids will be watching these terrible ads so we cannot recommend this game but mostly 100% because of the ads. What parent would want their child to look at these terrible terrible ads that have nothing to do with the actual games in the first place so theres no need to have that type of ad to sell the game because its not helping.
We’ve been playing for a while at the end when you get a second chance for free they took that option away now no way you can beat the level unless you pay Im not playing any more.
We really like the actual game but honestly we stopped playing we spent longer watching ads than playing the game.
Please get rid of the royal match ads. They are soooo annoying! You have to click and click and click and click some more to make them go away. Love the game itself.
The game doesnt inform you, that you need to save your progress in settings every once in while. We made it so far in the game, only to be sent back to level 2. Im so upset.
This is such a fun game we do recommend it ,it has such fun challenges.
Game is awesome because it just does not have no adds it is fun but sometimes they always want you to do something when you want to do something else its kinda annoying.
So lets say the game is fun but the levels are very hard to pass.
If you dont buy boost you cant win this game even if you get a perfect score sometimes it wont let you win unless you have boost for power points if we dont beat this level soon even with boost gonna delete it.
