We invested a great deal of time in this game when it first came out. We finally managed to be victorious on all of the battlefields. Then we went on to other things. Recently, we opened up the game again. Of course, we could not remember what we had done to win previously, so we had to start all over. It is just as much fun this time around. It never gets old.

Fieldrunners is a very very very very good game! You can earn money by shooting bad guys with guns! And you start off with 15$ in the game but you can use some to put guns down and get enemies! Some guns cost 5$ others cost 70$! This game is worth 4$ we play it all the time! So download it right now.

So a bunch have people have been saying this game doesnt work, but they are using the wrong app. IPad app for IPad and we phone app for we phone. This game works if you download the right app, ok.
Been playing since 2009. Off and on but still love it. Better than its predecessors.
Very fun. Ive probably spent as much time playing this game as any other, if not much more. Its fun, well-thought-out, lots of creative options in the various scenarios, and takes great advantage of the touchscreen interface. Worth it.

It's our "go to" game. It's challenging and fun. We particularly enjoy playing different strategies. If you don't have this game, get it. Endless variations.
We have only played it twice and we beat Classic and Extended. This is a must-install game!!!!!! We recommend this game to everyone who loves strategy and cunning graphics because, trust us… This game has it all!!!!! Really cool, fun game. Recent update on sounds enhanced the game and the already awesome graphics. Our only lament is that it won't leave us alone. We can play for hours and still want more. When we have to stop and do something else, it beacons thru the ethers. Kudos.
We love this game but today's update shrunk the size of the game screen by 4 inches on our iPad Pro. Please fix. Update 5/9/2017 Thank you for fixing the small screen on iPad Pro.
We had this game and we used to play extended because we liked the flamethrowers. It accidentally got deleted. We got it back, but it said we had to beat classic mode. 1. We already did it, 2. We didnt want to do it again, and 3. We could not do it again. The games OK.
We just "rediscovered" this on our iPhone, and bought the iPad version because good games deserve support. If only we could remember how to win.
This is one of our classic iPad games. We can come back to this like an old book. We'd buy extra levels if you made them available.

Just as the title says. No longer runs on the current iOS.
Used to be fun. Loaded it back up and there is no way you can overcome the massive massive horde of enemies on the last two levels, even on easy. What the hell happened here.

Old school. Simple and repetitive, love it.
It appears that rendering every frame and tinkering with the resolution has broken the game on some devices (see other reviews). However, the game runs like a maniac on our iPad Mini 4, and looks beautiful as well. Hopefully Subatomic can manage one last patch to fix the issue with iPad Pros, and maybe add a toggle to allow older devices to revert to rendering every other frame. This game is a classic, and we're glad to see it's getting a little love.
Fieldrunners is one of the older games in the TD genre but it remains one of the best. Highly recommended for fans of TD. In an age where so many TD games rely on timers and micro transactions it's always great to find one that doesn't.
On an iPad Pro, instead of stretching or doing actual support, there is an annoying 2 inch white border all around the active area. Sad.
Love this game but now it is not showing full screen on our iPad Pro. We wish we didn't have auto update enabled, worked perfectly before this version.
Just updated to the most recent version. And actually had high hopes for it – sound issues were quite annoying. Now, after the update, it appears game is moving at a much slower pace. But what's more important, video is compressed to about 3/4 of the screen. We paid for an iPad compatible game. If we wanted shrunken screen, we'd simply download iPhone version without paying separately for an iPad version. Please advice. Or refund our money.

This is the single best tower defence game we've ever played, and also one of the best games we played.
Love this game and have played it for years. This version fixes the bug with iOS 8 that prevented game saves.
We bought the second one and in game told us if we bought the original they would give us a free tower. Needless to say they got us too spend more money on their game and lied about giving us a free tower. We even e-mailed with no response.
MAKE IT STOP CRASHING OR we WILL SEW YOU FOR WATING MY MONEY.
