We racked our brain to remember this game and Im having so much fun replaying it. Only thing is, we would love a big fixes update.
If you rated this like one star for it being glitchy or unplayble. 1. Restart your dang ipad. 2. Stop all software running in the background. 3. Get better wi-fi. 4. Stop using so much storage! 5. Your ipad is trash. Like just dont get it if your ipad is so bad it cant run it, JUST DONT.

We neeed multiplayer and the towers look like a soda can or a milk carten.
Fieldrunners Attack isnt our cup of tea. PLEASE release a new version of regular Fieldrunners! Take our money.
Love the game, it is really fun to play and no matter what never gets boring. We loved the first field runners so when we saw there was a second, we immediately got it. We absolutely love how many towers and maps there are! Super fun to play over and over again. We also like the different difficulties so you can play the same round multiple times for fun, or for a real challenge. The one problem is that we got this game on our IPhone and it would not allow us to use the in game currency to unlock the new towers. The button wouldnt work. But we love this game so much we got it on our IPad to be able to unlock those and also to be able to soo the guide on the towers, items, and runners. Best game ever, just fix that issue. We will be waiting for more DLC with more towers runners and maps. 5 stars for sure.
This game is one of the greatest iOS apps. We couldn't stop playing it when we bought iPAD. After 5 years, we started playing it again. We hope we see updates or Fieldrunners3.
The first and mostly only game on all our devices we actually play FR3 is not our cup of tea though. FR2 deserves more maps or an update but not those ridiculous 900+ stage maps of other casual games.
We can play this game anywhere anytime for hours….the detail is awesome.

We really enjoy playing Field Runners 2, we dont care much for Field Runners Attack, tired of the games where you have to build stuff, lame. Would love an update to FR2 or a Field Runners 3. Long live traditional Field Runners gameplay.

No crashing on ipad 3….but load times are long. Great visuals, great challenge! The music score in this game is simply outstanding. Great quality and catchy tunes you will find yourself whistling long after you have put the ipad down. A worthy sequel. Still long load times on the new 2017 iPad…but still a great replay. Still love the music score.
This game in very fun and we like tower defense games so this is the perfect game for us.
We absolutely love this game, its very entertaining and we never get bored playing. No glitches and runs very smooth. But we noticed the game plays better on a bigger screen, like an iPad or tablet instead of a phone. But we definitely recommend. Worth the money.

Everything works great with this game. Our thanks to the devs for giving this game of theirs some attention. Though we'd really love to see a third iteration in their Fieldrunners TD lineup, we're still enjoying this game. It plays great on our iPad Air/10.3.1, but for some reason, the update that brought 64-bit with it has removed the last 3 maps that were added to the game (Twist of Time, Cardio Training, and End of Time). Although we didn't play them too much, we'd like to have access to them at some point in the future.
We love the game but we got it on our new iPad and all the text is overlapping and going outside of where the text was on our old device. We dont know why this is happing many because we got the one that says for iPad.
On iPad mini the game gets massed up and safe zone horrible. But still, its Fieldrunners at the end of the day so still amazing.
Ive always love this series since way back on our iPhone 3G. This app for the iPad is AWESOME. The game is incredibly fun, frustrating (but not too much), and challenging. As soon as we noticed it for sale we snapped it up and have been playing daily since that date. This game has saved us a ton of boredom on slow days at work. A GREAT GAME TO PASS THE TIME WHENEVER YOURE IN A LULL. Try it, youll like it.

This is a great game, especially if you like castle defense games. However, the game maps dont always format correctly with new iPhones or the latest iPads. The fact that the games is still fun to play in spite of some annoying minor errors due to not being updated to the latest OS, speaks to the overall game playing of the app.

We love the original Fieldrunners. Great game! Im sure that this is a great game as well, but its nearly unplayable on the 2021 IPad Pro. The text overlays on top of each other, there is bizarre text showing up on some screens, some of the maps are cutoff, etc. These are just some of the issues. We were able to play the first few levels (loved them!), but the latter levels are becoming so problematic that we just gave up. Please fix this! We want to play this.
Fonts are giant, elements are clipped and the turrets are huge and end up overlapping. Terrible UI. It is playable, but it is definitely not optimized for iPad Air.
The game deleted itself and when we redownloaded it, our coins were missing about 13,300. The rest of our progress is there, but to have 2 1/2 months of work come up missing is ridiculous. We were just over 500 coins away from getting the polymorph tower. This event left us with 1100 coins. The game is great fun, but this left a sour taste in our mouth. We played it for years on computer and only recently got it for the iPad, so we missed out on getting the polymorph tower for free. Until this happened we would have given this game a five star review.
If you have an iPad Pro, avoid this game. We loved the original field runners and we would love this one, except the text is so strange. Its bunched together, runs over itself, the maps cut off. It doesnt work.
We tried playing again recently, and the game is unplayable on a 12 iPad Pro. The fonts are too big and misaligned to actually play the game.
So Ive played field runners on our phone before and it was fine so we decided to get the iPad version for our iPad. We got it, and the game mechanics work, but the text overlaps, so it is hard to read. Is there anyway that we could get a refund and get the regular version instead? Thanks! (we have picture evidence if needed).
You should be ashamed for selling abandonware that wont work in current hardware.

We have played Fieldrunners 1 for years Hahaha buyer beware! For Fieldrunners2. Purchased coins for IPad Cant use them! Hmmmmmm. Good ploy buy game cheaply then allow Folks to buy coins. Then clever bait n switch Contact them you say? Hahaha So many games and apps have similar methods.
While this game still great after so many years, unfortunately the developer does not update it anymore. Last update was 5 years ago! Its completely unplayable on iPad Air 5th gen. Just ridiculous. APPLE should just take it off the apple store.
The font size is extremely large on iPad Pro, we could only choose to request a refund, can you just fix it.
Used to be great but since we got our iPad Pro 2021 it overlaps print and other graphics on the screen. They need to add support for iPad Pro screens. Have to delete.

This game needs an update to render/display correctly with latest phones and iPads. Basically unplayable.
Seems like a really fun game, but unfortunately it doesnt display correctly on the 2021 iPad Pro (12.9). The text overlaps and you cant read the instructions. Part of the controls are cropped as well.
Text is scaled so it is unreadable and overlaps. Some buttons cant be pushed. They didnt bother testing compatibility on this device. Cant get a refund for this unplayable app from apple. Dont waste your money.
Dont buy this game for iPad. It does not scale to your screen. Everything is much too large and overlaps. Shame, because Fieldrunners used to be a truly unique TD.
Very disappointing. Very hard to make things out, appears that there are a number of features there that just cant be accessed. The older original Fieldrunners works fine on this iPad.
