We love this game. Its a great way to occupy your mind beneficially while waiting for an appointment or passenger on plane etc. But we love pulling it up and playing anytime. Its relaxing, brain stimulating, just great. Try it.
This classic word game allows for different variations by allowing players to chose which mode they prefer to play in. We like the Classic mode, the Rally mode and the Endless mode the best. The games are not timed which allows the player to relax and play the games for their personal enjoyment and for their best personal score. Great way to strengthen your vocabulary and work on spatial awareness as well.
We love playing word jewels for over 10 years. The game is challenging and it makes you think. Everyone aged over five should play this game. The support staff is awesome. All our friends play this game. Frozen tax bird.

Ive had this game for a very long time. Its our go to when we need to relax or kill some time. If we could make one request it would be to add challenges. We actually make our own. For example, try to reach 75k in points at the completion of level 10.
For those who liked spelling bees and English classes, this is a fun challenge. Many surprising words pop up as you create other words, so the game requires concentration. Sort of like a solitaire of words. Love it and play every day.
We have been playing this game for several years now and am hooked. Finally decided to write a review since we enjoy it so much. We set different goals for myselfsometimes the highest score, other times the highest level. Always challenging and exciting.

We have been playing this for years and love it. Truly the kind of game that we feel keeps the mind sharp. We create our own goals like trying to achieve a ten letter word; just got our first nine letter word last week.

We love this game. Our family used to take turns on the family Ipad and play this game. It brings back some memories and we enjoy it. So we would definitely say get this game with no hesitation. Enjoy.
We like free apps, but have never been one to do games per se. This is an intellectual challenge so we love it!! We turn OFF all sounds so we can do it on planes, waiting for appontments, etc. Once you are into it you get only 9 moves to use all 25 letters. Our goal is to see how many moves we can conserve and still solve the puzzle. Our best was we solved in 4 moves. Those Q, J, X, V, and Z letters are SUPER hard to use. We also like to forego the easy words and go for 6 or more letters. This game is awesome! Our two grandsons ages 6 & 8 also love it so much we had to get another version Word Jewels 2 they can play so we could keep our level (483) as it is a cumulative scoring system.
This was fun but got much better when you expanded on the concept. We want to give it a higher rating but we have do that on the apps you built off this. This is kind of snoozer if you've used the newer versions.
This is our go-to game when waiting. Time flies when involved in assembling words.
For word-lovers, this one is a must.

Love this game! Huge dictionary, 3-10 letter words, 9 turns to get them all, one chance to scramble, and you can restart at last level with only a slight penalty. Our only complaint is the "Q's" — they have a "u" built in, so you can't use words like "QAIT" that have no "u". It would be nice to be able to use them as Q's OR Qu's. Still 5 stars.
This us a great word game you can play by yourself. Stimulating but competitive only with yourself on your own schedule.

An addictive and challenging word game providing fun and enjoyment for a few minutes or even hours. We play daily and always look forward to it. Best word game ever.
We've been playing this game for several years. It's fun and challenge without becoming monotonous. It's also help with our concentration disabilities from over 40 years of migraines. This is great practice for scrabble buffs. In addition, we value that boyhowdy is a small Mom and Pop company. So when there's a problem you get a real live, nice knowledgeable person to help you.

The game is very challenging. But having to start form 9 or 25 is like a slap in the face. After all you have done with the spelling then because of one bad round you have to start completely over is no fun.
We really enjoy this game. However, there are some annoying quirks (it restarts to the first level for no reason; if you are unable to complete a level – no matter how far you've advance – it takes you to level 9 or 25.) If the issues are resolved, we would rate this 5 stars.
Love the game…HATE the math. You get what you pay for though.
Fun word game, but don't like inability to continue when we're unable to get rid of all ltrs but one.
We love playing, but HATE when we can't make a word with one red jewel left, you LOSE your status and go BACK. Also hate that when we had a choice of level 9 or 20something, and a phone call interrupted, so it kicked us back to square ONE. Not a very fair decision from the creators of this game. Also, there are more often than not, all consonants and maybe one or two vowels…wth!? And only one shake? Really? Other than those b#%*hy reasons, we enjoy it, so we're done with the review and have to get back to the game :).
It's a bit too dull for us. Best thing is it never crashes, works perfectly all the time. Nice layout and graphics.
