We loaded this game onto our ipad in August, 2013 and have enjoyed playing several accounts, two primarily, since that time. We very much appreciated when IGG cleaned up the avatar pictures and continue to appreciate overall better behavior at the tables. This game is part of our daily entertainment. We try to be always kind and respectful of other players and generally receive positive treatment back. IGG was 100% helpful in handling a loss of chips on our big account, so we especially appreciated that. Thanks for providing a good game.
In the bigger stakes ($1 million blinds and up) games the buy in needs to be at least the size of the small blind and maintained at 50% of the buy inthis would prohibit the jackpot players and allow for decent Holden games.
There is no customer service. It has help tab but its not staffed. Someone can get you banned with no recourse. Heaven help you if you get hacked.
Has anyone else received a notification that states an invalid request? Has someone hacked our account or whats going on because we cant access our account.
Yall need to fix this! We cant even upload our new photo without it kicking us out every time.

This site doesn't work any more, used to be fun, they also cheat you out of chips by saying you used inappropriate language, and they cant prove it, we see people cursing all the time and there still there, they block people with lot of chips , none of the features work, you cant sit where you want, the hands are rigged, its not even close to real poker, its a joke, they send people on tables to mess with you, if you say anything to them they block you, its a terrible site, dont buy chips , because they with take them back. If we could rate this site with a zero we would.
IGG is a Joke. Try going to any fast table, big or small, and nothing but transferring chips at every table. IGG wont do anything, cause its always the ones who buy, can get away with that. You cant even get a decent game of poker on this app anymore.
Game is to slow to respond, hands are folded when trying to raise ! Screen locks, some times blacks out, or goes back to cover page.
We have reloaded we have rebooted but for the last 10 days the game…in a word….stinks it does not accept mybets it is very slow we get folded when we have raised we get folded when it appears that inhave not bet when we have how can we get a fresh up to date copy…withour losing our chips.

The site is putting people all in on first hand in sit and goes and no acknowledgment or support from igg AND the people are awful, cussing each other out the entire time. We sent screen shots of the filthy language and player profiles and igg ignores the whole thing. People can also say things to people without sitting at your table. The bullies and jerks on the site love this. They rapid text filthy things the entire time you play. The site is becoming a gathering place for disfunctional misfits who enjoy bullying and ruining the game.
App won't load on our iPhone or our iPad. Had no problems for 3 years until recently. Time to find a new game.
Our wife played this app until she couldn't get access to her account. The app had taken her to another account with no chips. She got in touch with support. No help at all. After a short time, her old account had but a fraction of the chips it had before. The app has many bots, tag teams, and players double sitting. Between our wife and we, we'd give this app a -10. We nor our wife will ever play this app again.
Yesterday we had over 10 million in our account. Today it logged us in as a new account with zero. What happened.
On a scale of 1-10, we would have to rate this site as a -10. Having said this, we still play the game.
This site will make you HATE poker!!! Disconnected every 5 mins. Usually in a invested hand so may lead to big chip loss. On high tables collusion is everywhere people playing as teams. Rude people constantly!! Gross pornographic photos. Chip beggars constantly an some are swindlers that use two accounts beg on one transfer to another. Sexual harassment everywhere. AVOID at all costs!!!! We've been a player here for some time… The site at anyway possible looks to steal your chips.. Wether it's hacking you, disconnecting you in a massively involved hand or just mysteriously your account is now closed.. It's a Chinese based company if you have an issue there support team gives you zero help..And Robots galore!!! If we were you stay as far away from this poker site as possible..it's not poker it's a scammer site an will make u hate poker for life.
We're so sick and tired of this game failing to work with iTunes App Store!!!!!! It fails to auto login with App Store and we loose all our freKing money. No support from ICG or Apple.
We like this Texas Hold Em better than all the other ones out there. The game is generous, too, at first, by making sure you get a chance at a running start. Definitely recommend.
Fair and Fun. Just need to police the photos of players. We do not want to see sexually explicit images. Internet porn and it should be easy to track these folks down and charge them.
Excellent free poker game playing against real players. Plenty of opportunities to earn free chips. The only problem we have had is with their tech support. When we had a problem and tried to get help from tech support they had trouble understanding the description of the problem. Described the problem multiple times and they still didn't fix it. Frustrating, but we've been able to continue playing the game with the problem unresolved.
Terrible with fixing issues , not like the other apps. We are still waiting to have our issue resolved. How do you suppose we play Poker when the cards are face down after being dealt to us.
Game supports asain and new players at high buy in tables. Buy in CHEAP N PLAY THE TYPICAL BINGO HO!! Don't speed a dime here.
Don't bother with VIP you have to buy chips or coins to benefit. Flaws in the holdem game you don't bet on on a round it takes chips anyway not ante but in addition to ante. We used gems from the game and did not receive the bonuses we should have. The shoot out game is fun but you see a lot of nudes. Gross.
The latest version isn't an improvement. Often we have to log into Facebook again to access the game And Always have to "Confirm" we've granted Facebook's permission… This is very annoying to the point where we're considering deleting the App altogether.
The most rigged app developed. It caters to paying customers for a period of time. It will allow you to build a pot as long as you feed them cash but once you cut them off you will go on a losing streak of epic proportion. Paying customers will play the crapiest cards and can't lose. Players get in certain seats and win every hand no matter what is played. Save your time and money and choose another app cause this one is rigged.
The last update for our iPad has made your game unable to open. We're having withdrawal.

Not our first choice. Not a very friendly site. BUT, some of the people you meet can be funny and entertaining.
We like the program! It has many choices for your rate of play…….also it does have a lot of bugs . The avatars or pics can be unsavory but entertaining.

App crashes 100% of attempts since ipad update – avoid this POS unless their developers finally decide to fix it (IF they ever do).

Complicated, not user friendly, no customer service. If you want to have a relaxing game don't get this one. Follow up days later. It's not getting any better. Can simply enter a room and have to pay 40k just to enter. No way of knowing what room limit is. Still no customer service.
