We must admit that this game is fun and a challenge. But not a week goes by without us having played. We were not expecting to be playing this much. It does cost a lot of shackles each week. So went it get costly. PlayStation Plus help with withdrawal issues.
Our game has been frozen for 3 days now. Cant access any feature. Keeps telling us to continue to,play to access a game. When are you going to fix it.
Backed up data and deleted app due to no access to anything. Tried EVERYTHING. No go. Nothing came back. We will free up loads of time without this game in our life.
This is our favorite game until you raised the shards bonus for the continuation of a higher score at the end of each game!!! Why cant we use the blue diamonds to purchase shards and boosters?????????????????????????? Its not a fair game anymore.
We love playing at night , its really a fun game, but very perplexing too.like many others it is still freezing badly..dont think we could find another game to play that we like as muchway too many ads too. But wouldnt be quite as aggravating if it wasnt freezing all the timethank you.
You give out diamonds but the only way to spend them is on boosts. We are at top level on boosts we use. So they are useless, or take them away.
We have been playing for years and Im writing NOW to complain about the ads that do not let us click off of them in an appropriate amount of timenamely jig solitaire and magic sort. Our aggravation will force us to delete this app. Pls do something about them.
This game is no longer one of speed, dexterity or quick thinking. Only those who figure out glitches to obtain ridiculous scores get to the top in scores. Ive been playing since this game was available on our palm pilot in 2004 and have spent a gazillion dollars, but no more. Bye.
Since the 12/22 update game quite working in our iPhone. Takes forever to load; them immediately closes. OR allows us one spin then immediately after the ad for the free spin ends it freezes and won't advance. Reset our phone multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Please fix. We read thru the 35 or more reviews and noticed similar issues for faithful players like ourselves. Why haven't you responded and fixed these issues.
We miss the old music and we dont want power gems. Wish we could play classic mode.
The new?flashing during the game is irritating our eyes and we may have to quit playing. Please stop it! We love this game and play several times a day.
The game tends to freeze/crash when opening chests both the free daily one and the earned bonus ones. Also for some reason we have had to watch multiple ads to earn a bonus chest. Outside of this, love the game.

Ive loved this game for years, but this week (11/25) one of our boosts keeps disappearing. This time, its been off (says unavailable) since yesterday. Takes some of the fun out of it.

You have completely destroyed the fun playing this game. Impossible totals or goals to reach because you have set up that matches cannot be made. Why we do not know. No cash payouts are involved so you are losing nothing except players. The purpose of you doing this, could use an answer to we players. Shame on you for what you have done. What has been done to this game is deplorable. Too many ad interruptions while playing. Should not have an ad between every other set. Please change this. You also have made the game setup so matching gems are impossible because you have made it like that. Thank you for the total lack of response or caring regarding players thoughts and words.

Ive played this game for years and now on our iPhone it wont finish downloading. Very frustrating it works on our iPad but we want it to work on our phone Please fix.
Only able to use one gem in the item box and daily challenge doesnt work.
Cant get to our rare gems anymore. Keeps saying download incomplete. Ive been playing for years. Ive closed the app, restarted our iPad but still getting download incomplete we cant get to our inventory of gems. Developer, please respond.
About a month ago an update came with the app that basically froze our account. We tried waiting it out because this has happened before since it's an older game that hasn't been really updated much nor does it need it. Perfect mindless little puzzle game. After over a decade of playing this game, we acquired a lot of power ups and bonuses that we could no longer use. We could see them in the game, but they would be listed as "unavailable." Two messages to customer support went for weeks without reply. To day we finally tried to uninstall then reinstall the app but there was no option to login with our previous user ID. It just created a new one and would only allow us to login via an Apple account or a Facebook account. Now, if you don't mind your data being harvested that way we're sure it would work for you. But that's not for us, so we're saying goodbye to this game and its dopamine hits for good.
Getting tired of seeing the message: Your score was not considered due to error establishing connection to with the server. Refresh. Ive probably seen this error a couple of dozen times in the past couple of weeks. It not only doesnt count the score, it takes the jewel used. Every time updates are made, it crashes the game in new ways. Seems to be a lack of rigorous testing before implementation of new code.
We agree with coffeegirl! Its almost impossible to contact support now! We havent been able to open the weekly chests, that refresh on tuesdays, in about a year! That is our only way to get certain color rare gems! We love this game and play daily! Its the first app we open every day! This game freezes and crashes right in the middle of a game and makes you lose whatever rare gem you were using in that game! Please fix the game and make it easier to contact support when there are issues! It shouldnt take a rocket scientist to figure out how to report issues with your game.
The glitch has now changed a bit and appears to be impacted by the ads (specifically Tim Tok ads). After ad play, sound disappears – and one of two things happen. First, sound comes back on when game play starts and then things freeze or things freeze immediately post-ad. Five times today with three direct freezes.
After reporting an issue through the Support feature in the app and never getting a response and after 10+ years, we deleted this app. Couldnt access any of our rare gems for weeks. Its terrible now. The graphics are awful. Its slow, we play faster than it will allow. You pay no attention to issues or reviews. Bye Blitz.
The game freezes. Its been happening every day now, multiple times a day. Please fix this problem. We see this is happening to more people than just us now.
September 21, 2025. Its been a week since the update of Bejeweled Blitz, we are the only one on our leaderboard. We cant play Blitz Champions because, we have to be signed in to Facebook in order to play. We never log out of Facebook. We dont understand why this frequently keeps happening whenever theres an update. We understand that its a connection issue. Hopefully soon it will be resolved. Sincerely, Judith.
The app was updated yesterday and it changed some of our information. Today we realized with the update we got signed out. When we signed back in today everything was restored.
HOW DO we GET SUPER GEMS!! TELL ME!!! IM CURIOUS.
This used to be our favorite game but now its just pathetic. There are so many glitches and crashes that its no longer any fun to play. Its very frustrating when you pay 160,000 coins for a special gem and then the game freezes up and you lose your coins and the gem and your score doesnt count. Its also frustrating when you pick a boost that is supposed to reward you after 5 matches but in reality it takes 8. Is it deliberate malicious behavior by the programmer or simply incompetence? Who knows, but either way this games time has passed. They should change the name to Bejeweled Glitch.
We really like playing this game, but it keeps freezing up in the middle of a game. Everyday all day. We would have contacted support but it was to complicated. We use to be able to report issues, however we can not figure out how to do it. Its not just ours. Our mother plays and it is happening to her to just as often. We love playing this game and have been playing it for years but it often freezes and/or doesnt record the score Ive earned after playing a round. It gets a little frustrating when Im playing a champion game for rankings and rewards.

Played this game for years – now we are having issues where screen partially blanks out – leaving power cubes or just a few jewels that can not be played .we have lost a lot of accumulated points because of this issue- only getting worse. What gives? Not fair playing field.
One out of every 4 or 5 games, the app just shuts down during the game. Ive lost a lot of in game purchases. If this is not fixed immediately, Im done. Youre basically stealing gem from us.

The game is freezing more often in the middle of a game right now. When you restart the app your coins or jewel you utilized does not get credited back to your account. You have to pay more coins or another jewel in order to play the same game. Has happened at least 5 or 6 times this week.
You have a serious problem!! Game freezes in the middle of playing Blitz Champions. Jewels do not drop and it is impossible to make any move or reload the board. We have been a player for years and this is the most serious ERROR we have ever encountered!! FIX IT.

Love this game for years and years but in the past few weeks the game freezes up in the middle of play. It takes our money, our gems and our boosters but we lose all credit for that game. This is happening constantly now. Ill usually play for 2 or more hours every day and have to reset 4-8 times. Ive lost a lot of accrued points, gems and boosts. At this point Im ready to stop playing for a good while until this is hopefully corrected. Im hoping the company will reimburse at least some losses.
ATTENTION TECH TEAM! The game has serious recent bug issues that require IMMEDIATE attention! Ive probably lost >$1M purchasing gems for games only to earn no score because the game froze. Ive also lost the discount pricing for a subsequent gem purchase. Once the issue has been fixed, we hope the game gurus will consider awarding all players a substantial cache of gems and/or cash as a token of their sincere apologies for their losses.
Why is it that when we get close to completing challenges you say that we have no internet connection when we do have it. Makes us think that you dont want to give up the rewards This always seems to happen when Im at the end of challenges.

We have lost tons of prizes and power ups due to the Game freezing up with the timer still going! Some of these prizes we have paid good money for, how do we get reimbursed for it.
Game play is quite good. They need to vet the ads they run. The Hyper Burst ad they are running now has no exit. The only way to get out is to force quit the game. And this is not the first time this has happened. And this is absolutely not acceptable. Right now, not recommended.
We dont know what those behind this game have done to it, but they have made all goals too difficult to obtain. Impossible to win anything now in the daily challenge because you have made the goals impossible to reach. Our question, to which you will not respond to, is why? You took a fun game and have really did a surgical nightmare on it.
