We have been playing this puzzle app for a few years now and we really love it. It is the only jigsaw puzzle app that has puzzles that are over 1,000 pieces. It would be so much better if they had better rewards for its paying customers, like increasing the coin rewards earned when completed the puzzle, right now they are so minimal that it never makes an impact on your coin cache. Also a few more options for its players, like choosing a puzzle they like and supersize it by paying for it with the coins we earn or purchase. Adding more puzzle packs with larger amount of puzzle pieces that are 500 to 800 pieces. These additions to the game would make it so much better than a 5 star.
We love jigsaw World and have been playing it for years! The only issue we have is since the latest update we no longer get the scoring on the Wednesday Competition puzzles nor the announcement about the free puzzles on Monday. What happened.
Why does it say can not connect to the your internet when we are.
You changed the rotation? Why? We use an iPad.
Done over 1000 on iPad. When the game goes to an AD you need to clear the TOUCH bit. The program thinks it is being touched when returning from AD. Have to reboot to clear. It would be nice if we could lock the screen.

Ive had this app for many years when you had to buy books of puzzles. Now there are more choices from easy to hard giving you a pick whether you want a challenge or just a quick game. Ive had no issues with crashing or anything else. Our one suggestion is the option to do just the edges without the other pieces visible and then you could use them next. Recommended.
Ive used this app for years doing these puzzles for years!! Love the supersize over 1k size.
We like that Im able to reposition the pieces automatically the only thing that we would prefer is being able to pick the number of pieces in the puzzle. We do enjoy working with these and they dont seem to be any commercials.
We love this app. We love putting puzzles together. The pictures are gorgeous. We are having trouble putting the we Pad down. This is one of our favorite apps.

We were hoping for the iPad version of Jigsaws Galore on the Mac. Please add piece rotation and the ability to choose the number of pieces. Your interface is visually good.
Opened Jigsaw world today and the outlines of puzzle pieces are no longer there. Its not possible to work the puzzles without being able to see the outlines of the pieces. PLEASE FIX! Otherwise this app is useless and we have purchased hundreds of puzzles over the years that are still not done.
We just wish we would be told where the puzzle was from.
Love jigsaw puzzles,especially ones where the pieces surround the picture not in a line crossing the bottom or side The worst problem with this app just started. When the ad pops up, plays thru, finishes u need to wait for a couple minutes before closing ad or the puzzle freezes for a period of time.
Puzzle wont work after ad is closed out. Hangs up in the cloud. Have to delete app to clear out the cloud. WAS the BEST around, timer is wrong plus ad freezes game.
Played for a long time and really liked it. Then recently ads started popping up in middle of session breaking our concentration. Dropped ap out of frustration.
Years back we played on Facebook. We played over 1000 puzzles. We would love to get that account back . You can just escape to a peaceful place and the puzzles are beautiful.

We have been playing this puzzle game for years. It is the best one out there.
We love this app, it helps with our anxiety. The issue we have is after we finish a puzzle there have been way too many times it has crashed. It is very frustrating.
We cannot make a single puzzle at all!! It keeps saying an error have happen and to try again which we do. We have perfect internet, theres nothing wrong and no reason for it to be having this many issues just to make a custom puzzle.
Every time Im almost finished with the puzzle it reloads and resets.
This could be a decent app except for the glitches it has. It freezes, shuts down, and doesn't move tiles at times. The last irritation was it didn't take the last puzzle we finished so its on that page and we can't do another puzzle unless we scrap the one we finished. We're ready to move on.
Ive been playing this games for weeks, diligently saving our 10 daily coins to purchase a new set to put together. All of the puzzles we purchased have very few pieces. Before it would take us a few hours to do a puzzle, now its about five minutes. Theres no challenge in that! We are very disappointed in this game.
It is a good game, adding the ability to create your own puzzle is very attractive. But we dont think it is ready for release, the game typically crashes 2-3 times before it opens. How it interacts with our iPhone is a problem, it tends to move the main puzzle when moving just one piece, or it wont move the piece your finger is on, it rather one or more pieces surrounding the piece you want to move, or the puzzle itself. We dont believe that the designers made it compatible with Apple software. They got it sorta close and kinda usable but it is clunky. We have to also admonish Apple for allowing this into their games. Apparently they dont spend enough, if any time testing the apps they allow. Also, we reread the privacy policy a little more in depth and we wonder why this game is monitoring our browser history? And why has Apple allowed this. We are also concerned that we have turned off all sounds in our preferences and yet this and other games are able to bypass our preferences and allow sounds. Apple apparently let that pass also, when we asked an Apple representative they could not give us an answer as to why that happens but they promised someone would get back to us soon. That was about a year ago.
Ive had this for a few months & fully enjoyed it!! Puzzle was a lot of fun and working great. Till you added pop-up ads! Now every time an ad pops up (very annoying in its self !!!) & it returns to the game it freezes up and is completely unplayable! Sorry to say that Im going to just have to delete it & find something else.

We love this app, actually Im addicted to it! We only wish you would get it back to when the puzzles would lock into place so it doesnt constantly move around. Thanks for letting us play.
We have played Jigsaw World for more years than anything else, on computers, laptops, android tablets and iPads. This game is consistently the one we come back to when we need to de-stress. Thank you for keeping it playable & free – without nagging players to buy.

App updated and now there are annoying ads. Looking for a different jigsaw puzzle app that is ad free. This app used to be so great-sadly, that is no longer true. Very disappointed.
What has happened to this app? There are no new puzzles and trying to get it to open can take a few tries. We have loved this game so much but looking for something new and better. Very very disappointed at the lack of care.
We love doing the jigsaws and getting a free one every Monday is a bonus. Five Stars for variety and creativity.
First time trying to play and it gets stuck on zooming in all the way as instructions tell you to do. And wont let you bypass it. Have reinstalled the game twice now. Really disappointing.
We loved this app! We specifically purchased a new iPad to play it again and it has been updated with an infuriating interface! We loved being able to play simple puzzles without having to to zoom or drag or use multiple fingers. We are beyond disappointed.
Missing puzzles! We paid for over 600 puzzles where are they! We liked it better the other way. You ripped us off! Now it tells us we have to play on line we bought the puzzles so we didnt have to use internet why cant have the the puzzles without internet. We are 70 years old with out internet. We have use our sons at hes house. We paid for them so why cant we have them without internet.

We will not use another jigsaw app. This one has a wide variety of puzzles plus great bonuses.
We have tried many of the jigsaws out there over the years. This is hands down the best. Nice variety. Controls are much easier to use than others, we have tried. Closest to the real thing. We love making puzzles from our pictures and puzzle packs are reasonably priced.
We have been with jigsaw a while now. Every time we log on it goes off within 10 seconds. Whats wrong… Js63.
We playing this! The variety is great and we dont have to worry about our cat knocking pieces on the floor. One suggestion please: When you have the entire perimeter finished, it would be nice if it snapped into the box. Then as you move other pieces around, you wouldnt move that part.
We love this app! So many puzzles to choose from and very relaxing and enjoyable.
Good fun. Know that the really inexpensive puzzles are less than 100 pieces.
We were really enjoying this app but there is a small selection of puzzles available unless you buy packages with more puzzles. You can earn coins by completing puzzles which is great unfortunately, it made our phone overheat within 7 min. This is the only app we have experienced that has caused our phone to overheat so quickly.
All of a sudden we do not have volume or the click sound when a piece is in the right spot. Nothing has helped.
Love putting puzzles together and really have enjoyed it. However, all of a sudden our sound effects are gone and am no longer able to hear when pieces click together. We have checked sound effects, removed app and installed again,and yes our volume is turned up. Have sent help requests twice with no response. Game is easier and more enjoyable with sound effects. Can someone tell us where sound went.
Downloaded the app and it wont launch. It connects to Game Center, and then dies. Restarting iPad doesnt help, nor did a complete reinstall. Looks like a great game, if we could play it.
