Your picture collections are great. We enjoy seeing places all around the world when we cant be there in person. Our only gripe is the often obvious descriptions that tell us nothing. We can see that it is an autumn scene in the woods. But what country, state or park? Your best innovation was the ability to turn our own photos into puzzles. We can remember visiting that place and seeing how the sky was that day, or examining the details of a flower close-up time after time when the flower is long gone. If only we could rearrange the order of our photos it would be perfect.
We love this app but it has developed a few issues including: sometimes wont return to main screen, until eventually we have to delete and reload, losing all completions. Recently it decided to reset all puzzles in progress and completions to 0%.
Ive used Jigsaw Pro for years. Love it. But yesterday the feature which allows us to select borders or sections and add a square for arranging sections disappeared. We have no idea what we did or how to get it back. What should we do? Thanks.
The pieces does not lock in the correct space. We have been using this have for a few years and only noticed this problem in the last few months. When the pieces dont lock in the right space, we would have to close the app and then re-open. This has been happening since it IOS 14 update on the ipad. Please fix.
Why no new puzzle option in such a long time. Also, you used to have gorgeous puzzles of scenic locations and activities. Now its all repeats of previous stuff, plates of food, or abstract junk.
It is so nice to be able to find a puzzle piece from the shape of the piece and the color.
Ive been using this for several years now and its still the best one out there. You get a group of free puzzles. Then you have a large selection of puzzle groups by styles to choose from that have lots of puzzles, starting at $.99 to $1.99. The best part is that they have section for you to download your own photos! It keeps all the puzzle groups you buy, including your own so if you change or add this app to another pad, you dont lose anything, including ones you purchased.
We have several, but this is one of our favorites. Use your own images, add a separate moveable work space on top of the partially completed puzzle. Take a peek at the image when needed.
We love this app its the only one we care to spend time on. Its more like working a puzzle on a board with loose pieces. Have spent many relaxing hours here.
This is the best set of puzzles but how about more art or countries or landscape. We feel like we are running out.
We love making our own puzzles and building them. We also like the different levels of difficulty.
Please add more country puzzles and food puzzles.
You need to add more interestingly puzzles.

It is superb to have easy, medium, etc more complex types to vary the leve of difficulty. Plus the variety of puzzles allows for expansive creativity. Dr K.
Since IOS 14 update, the puzzle pieces dont fit into their slot on the right side of the puzzle. This takes alot of the fun out of the puzzle. Please provide a fix soon. We have used your puzzles for the past 5 years and enjoy the large selection we can purchase for a small fee. You get 5 starts again once the fix is in.
We hate this newest format. It takes us forever to find where the pieces go because the piece isnt the same size as the place it belongs in. We absolutely hate it and we wish we had never spent our money on any of the puzzles.
This is where we go when things get overcomplicated. It might reduce inflammation. (jk) but it does cool our brain.
Its is extremely calming and actually meditative. The best feature is that you can create your own puzzles. Take a screenshot of any google image, and then work on it as a puzzle. We love this app.
This is one of the best puzzle games around! We personally play it for hour at a time! We have bought many, many puzzles they are worth it.

Our wife and we play this puzzle game for hours (we compete to see who completes them quicker, lol) it is truly a must have in an iPad Pro! The fact that you can make your own puzzles is the most awesome feature about this jigsaw. Can say that there is no competition out there for the cost! Outstanding! Thank for creating it.
We enjoy doing the puzzles very much. But the pieces in the holding tray are smaller than they become after moving them off the tray and into the main puzzle area. It would be easier to see larger pieces in the tray. Note the tray is much wider than the pieces as is.
Years later this is still our favorite puzzle game.
Using this app for our husband who has had a severe stroke, but loves seeing the family in pictures when we make puzzles from our own pictures.
The pictures are pretty, as someone else stated, but we like being able to use our own.
We love the beautiful scenes and find ourselves transported to so many places we will probably never view in person. We also enjoy competing for time rating. Our only disappointment is that we lost a couple of purchased groups when we changed to a new iPad.

We love solving puzzles and this app does not fail to deliver many hours of challenging puzzles and much enjoyment. We have actual jigsaw puzzles that we're doing,but when we can't get to them we can satisfy our puzzle jones with this app. Great app.
We love this app. Two years later and we still play it and find it relaxing and fun.
We purchased about 25 puzzles. We had to get a new iPad and transferred the game but they did not come to the new iPad in full. Only about half of them. Does anyone know why? As far as the game we love it and replace any that are available.
Work these puzzle all the time. We think these are much better than any others. These are our favorite. Lots of choices. We especially like the surprise ones.
Love the app, the only thing we want is a random puzzle pack where the pics are all hidden but works great, easy to use, really enjoy it.

Best way to do puzzles. We always have several puzzles open social amuse ourselves without WiFi. We wish each time we install a system upgrade it would not wipeout our puzzles.

The puzzles are all fabulous and this is an easy to use app. Works well and we like that we can make our own puzzles out of our photos. Price for new puzzles are very reasonable.
These puzzles are fun. We like the change in the format. The puzzle cuts are more consistent no matter how many pieces. It's a simple format but the puzzles are challenging enough to make it fun. Its very relaxing for us to complete these puzzles. The photos are beautifully done.

This is a high quality app. The puzzles are colorful and interesting, the pieces are well shaped and easily manipulated on the screen. We really enjoy the variety of options for choosing which pieces to place on the screen at a time and the ability to use your own photos to make puzzles.
