Game is a ton of fun, if you love FF youll love this!!!!
Cut the story line in half and you have a good start. Replace they with actual content and you are heading over in the right direction. Repeat that 2 or 3 more times and you might actually have yourself a decent game.
Most games are like this one they’ve been out for years, but this is ridiculous. There are so many new players that can’t even level up the most basic of buildings because they get hounded by clans with people who have been playing since the games release. A lot of people have this problem, someone who is citadel level 14 or so will get attacked daily (sometimes multiple times in quick succession) by a player who is maxed ranked. This just keeps the newer player from having fun and enjoying the game. What’s the point in playing if u can’t even level up from a beginner. We’re not saying to reset the levels because that would just undermine the work these elite players have put in, but there needs to be a way for these players to be unable to attack others that are 40 levels below them. For instance, make it to where you can only attack players that were within ur level (either above or below). This will allow older players to attack and challenge themselves and others AND allow newer players to level up and have fun with the game like it was intended to.
This game will take blueprints, tomes. And speed ups. If you write to complain, they will send you some lacking information to show its your fault and you used them. Their information lacks the ability to show how you bought more to compensate what new build and research you did since filling a complaint. Many players have complained about the work they did being undone and having to redo them. It finally hit our account. So much research undone and now we cant finish them again. When you ask for help from the developers, you are shown that it was your fault or they dont address the issue at all. Then send you a finalizing mail stating they were so happy they were able to help and if you have any more problems to feel free to contact them again. Really?!!!!
The developers are just money hungry. They dont care about the players at all. Constant glitches, cheating.
FF XV A New Empire has always been a Pay to Wn game, however now they bring in multiple new features every week that require multiple pack purchases to unlock and then unlock more at times for an average of $500-$800 a week or more in order to be competitive every week. They have run the same exact events over and over every week for MONTHS It used to be a fun game to play, but in the almost 5 years we have played it the new owners have removed every bit of fun from the game unless you spend $1k a week then you can win the same events that they have every week since last year when Epic Action sold it to another software company that has destroyed this game. Bears World Guild MZFT.
So far we cant complain about the game play. We hope the suggestions we submitted will come to pass and we can have more entertainment opportunities in this game! We look forward to better opportunities in expanding our empire and burning so many guilds out there! Woohoo!
This game is awesome coming from us a first time final fantasy fan but why should you become a pay-to-play to get the monster pen we say it should be free for anyone who reaches the required level to access and the game could also use some titans to plz add those in the next update please thanks.
The game used to be fun and competitive. Unfortunately the greed of Epic to squeeze very little dime out of players has made the game a waste of time. It is 100% pay to win. It is Not a strategy game, it is not a roll playing game it is a spend money to beat other players type game. Would not recommend to our worst enemy to get and play this game!
This game is straight up pay to win. Lacks a lot of content too. The game is full of players who obviously spent way to much to get a high level empire. Our advice to anyone thinking about getting this game, find another game this one is terrible. Unless youre willing to spend upward of hundreds if not thousands of dollars to catch up to those high level empires that will literally attack you non stop.
This game was great at first then the developers got greedy and now instead of playing the game the game plays the players. You have to either buys packs all the time to be able to combat or just stay in a bubble(protection) all the time. Upgrade packs cost anywhere from 5.00 which is rare to 99.00 which is all the time. We still play it but am always in a bubble and get points from our guild… Go MAD!!!!
Everything after 12 is ARPG gar-bage. Play the first 12 and explain how this is anything like FF.

This game is a total addictive money grab with terrible customer service. However we still like this game because Im one of the addicts LOL!
Great concept, found it weird within 24 hours we lost 400 Gil. So we changed our password and deleted app from our phone.
Dear developers, Im yet another big spender ready to leave. ($12,000+ so far). The bigs of various realms and servers have found each other and are standing together to boycott spending any more until you fix things. You treat us badly. Your customer care is awful. You dont fix our issues or concerns. Thousands of dollars are instantly devalued. And through it all, more more more- faster faster faster! The game will change or it will die.
We’ve been playing on server 13 for a few years now and lately our server has been left out on recent holiday events and sales and realm bosses are rare. Our guilds strongest player and biggest spender quit due to lack of events and having to spend thousands of dollars just to level up and we only get $100 packs which not very many people can keep spending or even afford so many people are losing Interest fast. We all know whats going on in other servers with the holiday events & sales & realm bosses and more than 3 realms which we have been stuck with since we all started.
This game will rip you off unless you have a ton of money to spend and even then its a scam to keep you buying packs. Everything requires something or a upgrade. No sooner then you buy a fancy pack to level up another player will destroy you within minutes. You buy pack unlocks and cant use the item much unless you buy another pack to keep upgrading. Its pay to play and even then no guarantees. Some players and guilds are so powerful that you never get rewards that really help you unless. You continue to buy packs once again at 100 dollars a pop. They have some fun things like realm bosses that can really help but rarely bring them into play due to once again they want your money instead.
This isnt a war game. It has no build up to a final conflict. You buy to build then they bump up the empire to tge next level. Then you buy to build then the bump up the empire level. The theme is pay to pay. The battles is really goofy, you wipe out a lower empire while a higher level wipes you out. Then you buy a 99.99 pack to build. Typically it costs about 600.00 per week to stay loosely competitive that week. Each guild has at least one employee pushing the pack purchase. We played for almost two years and spent over 20,000 for two empires. First had no platinum (main medium to purchase troops) that killed the first empire. Became a useless farm. That was the first 10,000. The second has the platinum, purchased in a 99.99 pack. Then they moved to diamonds as medium to purchase troops. Then they changed to dark money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME. IT IS A VEGAS STYLE SCAM! We FELL FOR IT AND LOST MY SAVINGS. BE AWARE SCAM!!
Is fun but but you will spend hundreds of dollars in this stupid game is not worth the money and eventually youll get bored and regret spending the money . Poor costumer support they dont care about you only about your dollars.
Twice now we have purchased boosts and not received them. The developer will give you the runaround and not provide what you purchased. After the first time, we screen recorded our purchase and they still refused to make good on the error. Beware if spending.
Heres an alternative to playing this game. Get $1000 out of the bank throw it into the wind. There-same impact as playing this game. The developers have never caught up when the new company took over. The support has been sloppy and poorly sequenced. And support basically tells you to reinstall and reboot gor any problems. If you are lucky, you get to know awesome people. But doesnt make up gor sloppy management of game.
Pay to win game. You dont pay you dont win. 99$ dollars for new things. Complete trash . Game is full of drugs sex and bullying. If you want your children to be terrible with theirs money, addicted to sex, drugs this the perfect game for them.. Developers turn a blind eye to sick players. Unapologetically pay to win, with no means of protecting new and smaller players. It takes forever to earn enough loyalty to buy a shield, and if you arent shielded players with a max lvl hq will attack you and destroy all your traps and kill all your troops. Dont bother rebuilding that because you still cant afford a shield and you will be destroyed by people who sink hundreds of dollars into this game. Just dont play it. If youre reading this, do not download this game. Nothing but a cash grab using the Final Fantasy name. The devs should be ashamed to have worked on this game.
This is a greedy company,money pit game ! The game is fun , but the owner is greedy and makes it bad ! Government should step in a put a stop to these businesses like this ! Some are spending $1000 plus a week, you heard it right . No real games are this expensive because they have a large platform,. While this game can be fun, it is so time consuming its not worth it. The devs do that so you will just plunk down some $$$$ to speed things up. The only thing they care about is people who spend $$$$. And there are a lot of them around. Biggest bullies around. If your protective bubble pops you will be attacked endlessly. You will be completely wiped out. The devs consistently have changed the game towards those that spend. In a normal war, your defenses could hold. Not in this game though. At the beginning it did. But not since the devs changed the game. Its unfair to those that are not spending huge $$$$. At least $200 per week. Stay away from this game ! You would be better off throwing your money out your car window as you speed down a highway.
We’ve been playing FFXV a couple of years now. It was fun in the beginning even though no one we knew really had a clue how to play successfully or what the rules were. Support answered questions on gameplay by suggesting we ask other players. The usual response was that providing an answer would give us an unfair advantage over other players. Our first inkling that something was rotten in FFXV was our purchase of a $100 pack and, upon opening the pack, discovering we needed 4 more $100 packs to accomplish what the 1st one promised. Specifically, that the $100 pack contained a Magic Pot Goblin Monster Egg and 1000 Hatching Stones for an Egg that that actually required 4,500 Hatching Stones. That doesnt begin to describe the many deceptions that have occurred in the years that we’ve played since buying that first big pack. FFXV In-Game Mail contains notifications of errors almost daily with pleas that we be patient and understanding as they attempt to correct the problem. If you discover a problem on your own, as happens frequently, youd better have plenty of Screenshots or you will find no joy from Support. Kinda difficult to have screenshots of events you didnt know were going to go wrong. And we have tens of thousands of Screenshots from FFXV. The truth about FFXV is two-fold: -This is a War Game of money not skill (our armies contain many Trillions of troops, Trillions of Monsters. Our personal empires power level is now 29.7 KTT. Thats 29.7 Thousand Trillion Trillion and Im far from the upper tiers of power since we stopped spending money on the Game 8 months ago. -It takes all kinds of people to play this Game. Heroes and Villains. You will read reviews where people will complain about bullies and thieves. Its true, there are bullies. There are thieves. There are Spies and Traitors. BUT there are also many, many terrific people who play this Game. And they are just as dissatisfied with the Developers and Support as we am. But they will tell you they continue to play for the same reason we do. Because of the friendships you make here, if youre fortunate. Friendships we hope to maintain for life. In our final analysis, as a War Game, it is fraught with errors. Success goes to he/she with the most money to spend on the Game. As a Social App its excellent.
The customer service has gone Stealth! We have written them multiple times and not received a reply. The first and the second time were for the same issue, we purchased a pack and did not receive everything that was supposed to be in that pack. The third issue, the game updated and now we no longer have items inside the MOOGLE Market! The game packs are already overpriced, so for them to cheat you for items you purchased is really disheartening. And to not reply to the customer Is good reason to tell people never to purchase this game. If youre already a FINAL FANTASY XV player, and are going to buy a pack, be sure you study it closely and take a screenshot. They must believe in the buyer beware philosophy.
This game is no good for new players. They must have stopped releasing new servers/realms. We’ve tried making 7 new accounts even using a different device and Apple ID and all 7 accounts were started in a server/realm thats nearly 5 years old now. Its an impossible game to play now. How can the game makers possibly think its at all possible for someone to play for free and have a chance to catch up to other players when you start at level 1 with nothing and everybody else is level like 300 with like 500BT (billion – trillion) power. No matter how many troops you make You get wiped out to nothing if someone hits you once with 1000 troops because they are so ridiculously strong now. Unless you plan on spending money immediately theres no way to play this game. Dont waste your time. We played this game for 3 years and it was so much fun, but only if youre actually able to start at the beginning of a server with everybody starting with the same stuff and at the same time. We had an issue where we bought something and did not get the correct item. Customer support seems deliberately dense about it intending to stall until the item we bought is no longer needed. Ridiculous!
Despite deleting negative reviews and paying for phony ones, you can see how many 1 Star ratings they got. First and foremost THIS IS NOT FINAL FANTASY. Its a weak skin for Mobile Strike, and obviously wasnt thought through. Theyre milking the franchises name, and Square Enix should pull the license. This pay-to-win garbage is now essentially pay-to-play. You cannot realistically heal troops, because you need T1 currency or T1 speed-ups (neither of which are currently available in any meaningful quantities, although they used to be) even for T20+ units which number in the TRILLIONS and are still a tiny fraction of battle losses. Rampant hyperinflation to arbitrarily use ridiculous Disgaea numbers puts everything into scientific notation or goofy pseudo-metric numbers like KTTT (thousand trillion trillion trillion): resources, troop numbers, build timers, currencies, etc.. Despite every Tier having its own new currency, research, research plans, resources, blueprints, and speed-ups, they still hyperinflate the numbers to ludicrous heights only to start again with a new set. They have so many, theyve run out of names and just throw on adjectives: Dark Luminous Gemstones are succeeded by Royal Dark Luminous Gemstones or other equally silly names. Long gone are the days of gold and convertible platinum (although gold is still needed for healing lol). If thats not confusing enough, there are several tiers of a money resource (Gil, coin, banknotes, etc.) completely independent of gold-through-goofy-name-gemstone-of-the-week in-game currencies. We all understand pay-to-win, but if you havent paid, you can no longer earn outdated components to progress, even when they offer Catch Up opportunities (which you often need to be caught-up to afford). You cant catch up with T7 and T8 Astrals if you havent completed T6. Then they offer a catch up for a T2 Monster thats capped at T2 and all kinds of low tier tokens for creatures and heroes locked behind the paywall (but since they cost $100, they come with all the low level upgrades you need AND YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO EARN THEM IN-GAME). Its either truly horrible planning or a deliberate ruse to clutter the merchant with useless junk to avoid having to put in useable items. Bottom line: its pay-to-play, or youre just spinning your wheels behind your shields.
Warning! Find another game or plan to spend tons of money to even compete with the top ego players only to find that the items in the packs you purchased will be released for free in a few weeks. This game is dead. Was fun at the beginning but now is a money pit. Tons of players left the game. The realm is pretty much empty except for some ego players and people who cant let go because they spent too much money and hoping that this will get better. Customer service is nonexistent. If the developers make a mistake and you send a support ticket they will send you a long reply basically saying that its a secret on how the game is coded and they cant do anything about but if you have any questions reply back, but with many more words. All they want is your money and will give you crap in return. Big warning!! If you think that you can get your money back because of their mistake, think again! No money back guarantee is their motto. Apple and goggle got so many refund requests from players of this game that they no longer will issue refunds either. So good luck! Seriously, there is no strategy or skill involved in this game. You just have to spend loads more money than the next guy to be competitive.
Have been playing this game off and on for the past 4 to 5 years. 1) This game is a pay to play game. It is a money pit. If spending $100 on a pack is not for you, then do not download this game. It does not start that way, but the minute you purchase a more expensive pack, you are locked out of the cheaper packs. 2) The game is pretty glitchy and a lot of the intermittent glitches have never been fixed. 3) You dont always get what you pay for. There have been too many instances to count where players do not receive what they are supposed to. If you get roped in, take screen shots of everything! 4) The developers do not care about making situations right. If you open a ticket, the common response is that they will look into it. They have never followed up or fixed anything with the first ticket. You literally have to argue with them to get anywhere and it is usually a long drawn out process. 5) The developers do not require players to adhere to their code of conduct. The one good thing about this game is the people you meet. If you just want to meet people and digitally hang out, then this game is great! If you want to win be prepared to pay out the wazoo for it.
A trash game with trash support. Scams everyone all the time. If you pay for something they wont give it to you, and will claim its your fault. Dont ever spend money on this game. Pay to loose. False advertisement everywhere, also has nothing to do with final fantasy. Packs get more expensive and has less stuff in it every time. They also allow people to threaten people in real life based off of sexuality. But on a good note the communitys that play this game are really cool, and we made a lot of long term friends while playing, both accounts.
This game used to be fun, but its basically pay to play and is PLAGUED with errors. Theres constant issues and bugs. The developers are constantly reporting unexpected issues and providing severely insufficient in-game compensation, especially when new feature are locked behind $99 pay locked packs.
If you dont buy the $99 packs you cant progress in the game. U will be pooped on by other players who spend hundreds to level up. Its pointless and has nothing to do with FF. This is a scam game. DO NOT DO IT!

There is no level playing field.
We have screenshots of people who are cheating, these people have 200 kt of the newest troops, 800 trillion of each kind of new trap, 64 mirror heros. Yet when we report these account we are told to stop reporting. Anyone who plays this game knows these numbers are impossible!! We also complete events and earn prizes. Only to have the prizes taken away because the devs made an error in coding and gave us too much. Its insane. Dont download unless you want to pay to play against cheaters.
Honestly the real final fantasy is way better this is just a crappy let down.
They make mistakes then access your account and take away items you have earned without your permission. Almost every day they break something and send out mail acknowledging. They have terrible customer support. They are money grubbers. FIND SOMETHING ELSE.
We have been playing this game for years and love it. The game has many events to play which keeps the game interesting. But when you have an issue with the games function and ask the developers to help they never respond. As we said we’ve been playing for years and have made many good acquaintances which have helped us when needed. It is all about $$ and if your like us and cant spend $100 every week you cant complete with those who spend $ and there are plenty of players who do. So the game is great but the support is real bad Remco.
We are unable to use this app now, it shows up a banner asking to allow data collection for personalized advertisements, there is no option not to allow it on the menu and unless we get rid of the menu we cant play the game. This is an app which allows in app purchases and not free. Why data collection is needed then?
There is currently a class action lawsuit being filed against MZ specifically for this game. The thing they dont tell you is the only way to play game is to spend at least $15,000 every 3 months to be a part of their exclusive invite only platinum program. So while you think your $100 will help you advance, they are on the other side of the screen laughing at you while they STEAL your money by not giving you the same value for the same items because youre not investing enough. Stay away please and if its too late.. Keep up on the class action lawsuit against them.
This game is fun baring two major things. 1. It basically requires you to play non stop or risk being attacked and losing everything. Theres no break and the ones barrier that protects you only lasts three days. But to save up/earn enough game money/loyalty for it takes a lot of time and… Constant play. Theres no break. Ever. And 2. If you need anything, you will have to buy their packs. You get one 4.99 pack then they only show you $19.99 and $99 packs. Ands once you buy one $19.99 pack you will only ever see their $99 options. Its ridiculous. And you will only need a few things from whatever pack they are offering at the moment. If we play a game we want to be able to walk away. Not feel like its a second job that demands we pay. Anytime you open the game or switch from it to another app and back, ads for their $99 packs pop up. Sometimes two at once.
Game was pretty good but now almost daily they come out with something new and to keep up you need to pay $$$ $99 a pack. Got $1-2k to burn monthly, then you can play and be a top player. Much better games out there to play where your wallet doesnt suffer. Issues consistently with events as well.
This app is more like a dating site disguised as a game. No shortage of girls, and more likely someone elses wife, selling themselves for game packs which go obsolete within a day or two. Whats worse, its not even a real Final Fantasy title! This game has ruined more relationships than its worth.
We’ve been playing this game since day 1. That also means we’ve already reviewed this game. Im writing a new one since it seems our previous critical review was removed. That seems likely given the relative good rating of the game versus what actual players say in game. That being said, we really do like the game itself, as well as the people in the game. The biggest problem with this app is the people who run it. Events – EVERY SINGLE event and release is bugged. Their catch phrase is Rest assured everything is working as intended. If this is really the case, than their idea of working is to be as broken as possible. They obviously have no quality assurance process. Its gotten worse and is now to the point it would be almost comical if it wasnt so pathetic. At times its downright infuriating as theyll arbitrarily decide that one of their screwups affects the games balance (hint: balance here means bank account balance in relation to those 100 dollar price tags on almost all in game purchases) and theyll simply remove stuff youve purchased, ground for, or they even gifted to you. The app itself is so buggy that at times its almost impossible to play without wanting to throw your phone at a brick wall. There is nothing like spending 10 minutes doing something only to get an error, force close the app and find everything youve been doing reverted. Its gotten to the point that a force close every few minutes is required to avoid issues. As a software engineer myself, we recognize key behaviors in how this app works which scream out a complete disregard for fundamental coding practices. Its quite possible they have interns or fresh 4 week coding boot camp people writing this stuff. For the premium price of participating in this app, they are pretty bad with making it a premium experience. Support is a joke. Canned messages or responses that do not even relate to what youre trying to get help with are the standard. The only people who get real support are those platinum players who spend thousands of dollars a week. This app is specifically designed to appeal to them and extract as much of their money as possible. At the bottom are those who never pay a cent. In between are those of us who spring for a couple in game purchases here and there. In the eyes of Machine Zone/Epic Action/Whoever owns it now, were slightly less disgusting vermin. Bottom line, if you dont already have this app, stay far far away from it, or any other re-skin of it they try to market.
