Rules to play Online Rammy games are simple. A beginner can also be a pro at being an Indian Rummy player.
13 Card Indian Rummy (रम्मी) Rules
13 Card Indian rummy variant is played between 2 to 5 players. Each player is dealt 13 rummy cards. For 2, 3 or 4 players two 52-card decks (104 cards) & 4 jokers (wild cards) are used. For 5 players three decks (156 cards) & 6 jokers are used.
The aim in the rummy game is to form sequences (runs) & sets. After a player has formed the required sequence & sets using all 13 cards, the player declares his turn.
13 Card Rummy Rules
· Minimum 2 runs (sequences) are required
· One of the runs (sequences) must be pure (called 1st Life)
· The second run can be pure or non-pure (called 2nd Life)
· Either 1st Life or 2nd Life must have 4 or more cards
A valid 13 card declaration must have a minimum of 2 runs & out of these runs, 1 must be pure & 1 run (pure or impure) must have 4 or more cards.
21 Card Indian Rummy (रम्मी) Rules:
This Indian rummy variant is played between 2 to 5 players with 3 standard decks of 53 cards each, which includes 1 Printed Joker per deck.
The 21 Cards Indian Rummy game rules are a little different from 13 Cards Indian Rummy rules.
21 Card Rummy Table Rules
· 3 Pure Sequences & the remaining cards arranged in sets or sequences
· 3 Tunnels in separate groups. The rest of the cards need not be arranged in sequences.
· 8 Dublees in separate groups.
· 8 Jokers in a single group.
How to save points, if a Rummy player declares:
· A Rummy player must make at least 3 Pure Sequences & arrange the rest in sequences. A player will lose points only for the cards that are not arranged.
· Make at least 6 Dublees. A player will lose points only for the rest of the cards.
· If a player has 6 Dublees & 3 Pure Sequences, the players will lose points based on the option

13 card rummy play now has timing duration is too long. Please make it short duration length so we dont feel sleepy. Other player takes too long so we wait more long minutes to wait turn comes around after 5 player. We loved this ( Indian rummy 13 card play now) – please make it shorter duration/shorter timing.
Lots of scope to improve. We recently upgraded and two of the games we always play are no longer available in the app!!!! Deal rummy and another one (not sure we recollect the names now but they are just 2 player and 3 players games with scores) Please bring back those games or we may have to remove the app Noticed another update – since the two games went missing, we thought they may make a comeback with this new update but alas, they are not. Its been a month since we last logged in after the upgrade removed those games.
Definitely we will lose the game First 2 games opposite person wins 3 game we will win Waste of time.
Had been playing for years in guest mode and had 4M balance before this issue happened few days back. Tried several things, nothing works (upgrading app to latest version, upgrading iOS to latest, uninstall and reinstall of app, logging in with Apple ID, etc.) Your loosing long time users due to this. Your loss = other apps gain.
- Worst rules. 2. You will never win with free chips 3. Worst sorting options 4. Idiotic 4th card rule.
From last 3 days, not able to close pop ups and proceed with game.

We used to play tournaments (even though the language and decorum and rules were really awful), we thought it was a well written game, with few glitches. However, the new update, even if sign in with your Apple ID, doesnt display tournaments and hence we have just deleted. Good riddance.
The app is good, but we feel if you could change the rule for 4 sequence required to 3 will be really good. And also ability to switch off the timer in private table will be wonderful.
We have lost multiple games because the cards do not sequence properly & it makes us loose declared hands. Very disappointed- will not be playing this app anymore.
If we win and earn more chips, the minimum amount required to play a tournament is increased. We can hardly find people at 500k and 1 m levels to play tournaments. If we have to find players , we have to lose money. Thats why the one star.
Same cards are shuffling always.
Kept freezing then made us declare automatically and would lose our coins.
They just make you spend money to buy play chips all the time. Card distribution is terrible.

This is built in a way that you wont win until you buy chips with actual money. Its been years this app is available and they still did not figure how to restrict players from picking up joker (numeric) and use it as a joker.
Utter waste in spending valuable time and money.
The app and its support is horrible. You keep losing all your earned balance… We lost all our (around 60 million $) chips in our Facebook account and theres support blamed it on Facebook account security; then recently lost 181 million dollars in our guest account and they claim its our fault since we changed our iPad, WHICH we DID NOT!!! Cheating is rampant; not worth the time spent just to have fun if apps instability and their support makes it unfun. We are uninstalling this app and already found couple other fun and engaging apps. Recommend Junes journey. Graphics are amazing.
Don't buy chips on this app or make any in App purchases.
It will be nice without mandatory 4th card straight.
Thick band on bottom of cards makes it difficult sort cards; sets and runs not automatically isolated; selected card 'drops' into right side messing up existing sets/runs; wild cards not identified in hand; just feels off and clunky rather than smooth playing.
Game is geared towards making you loose than winning. Stupid rules about 3 & 4 card sequence. Also how much we bet per point should be configurable…just cause we have 100K, it starts automatically charging us 16000 for a full count of 80. And they keep pushing releases with in-app ads – which constantly freezes the application when you "back to lobby". Disruptive and annoying. 3 stars.
It is very crazy game love playing all the time.
Ridiculous rules. No one plays with these rules in the real world. We played many games but we never won, not even once. When we finally got it and declared, it said invalid declaration when in reality that was a perfectly valid rummy declaration. Do not waste your time in downloading this garbage.

Kicks out of tournaments even when more than minimum for the round.
Crashing ever since we had won some chips disgusting.
Many rules that were set in this Game are wrong compared to the normal rummy rules…. Will pop up a Msg saying u can't use a number joker from the open cards and use it as wild card, but later allows it in declaration….. Craaazy…. Forced to take seat in the table where chip value is high depending on the no.of chips u have.. Which is not fair as the user should have the choice of choosing the table… Coming to free chips…. We have done many surveys by spending many hrs but the result is nothing…. Despite of getting the free chips we keep getting calls from spam numbers…. Either they should correct it or remove the free chips option itself…. Annoying adds.
We don't even whether you people know rummy or not we won a lot of times and all the time it shows invalid declaration. There is one more game with the same name (Indian rummy) .They set the cards by themselves if we have the right cards. It's really fun loving playing with the Facebook friends but no use if you don't update.
This game is horrible. We've played so many times and never win. We finally won and they said it was not a valid declaration but we had it correct. Horrible. We deleted your game. Not worth the trouble.

When the game is running well it is a lot of fun to play with others. However, too many times the game freezes on the left hand side of our hand of cards and this often happens when we wish to declare. Also, when someone else has declared and we go to declare our cards the game crashes. We have the latest ipad Air software. Please fix as most annoying. Thank you.
- When we declare a set with 2 cards and 2 jokers its showing wrong.. 2. When we declare with 3 cards its asking for the 4 sequence cards… If others declare the show its not mandatory to have 4th card.. But its asking for the 4cards sequence.

This is a good game but starting from these idiots forcing you to write a review or else this app will hang your iphone, to many errors in the game, you might as well loon elsewhere for Rummy.
The app does not crash which is the only good thing we saw in the app…it never ever took any one our sequences into consideration and gives negative marks all the time which doesn't make any sense to us.It seems legit what we read from other reviews that it marks a person for win and never ever gives others the cards they need for game to progress…lot of times we have got more than two of the same type and no cards than it should be in a deck…we wonder if we are playing rummy or blackjack with the repetitive cards we see.

We used to play A LOT. But, now it takes as long as two minutes to log in, we get quite a large number of frozen screens, and we've lost chips 'cause of the frequent stalls! Now, we can't get past the splash screen.
We too used to play this ALOT! But do to their last "update" we can no longer play because it won't open, it is frozen:(. They need to undo their last update.
The game opens with the message box 'Rate Rummy' and we are not able to go past that screen. Neither 'Rate rummy' nor Remind us later' button work.
Very unstable app. Keeps crashing and logs you out of a game randomly. Also, you are dealt crappy cards after you get a few good rounds.
This is game has most stupid rules of rummy we have ever seen. Note the following: 1. Even if you have 2 sequences and have no fourth card sequence, game charges full 100 points 2. You cannot make a 4 card set 3. For some reason the program does not deal good games once you have some money in excess of $2M 4. You cannot a pick a table to play. You are always forced to a table . You are not given a chance to sit at table. As soon as you login and want to play program sends to a table of their choice and forces you to play.5. It is clear that intention of promoters want you to loose always and buy chips to play. Hence stay away from this game. Go to play some other nicely designed games. T.
We purchased 10 lakh chips and got 1 lakh. We tried to report it through multiple platforms such as app in Apple Store, app in play store, generic browser, and we couldn't as they blocked the process after certain amount of progress. Octro, if you do not want to be blamed as a fraudulent company, resolve our issue and Get your customer support process tested for bugs. And please make it simpler for end user. We are writing this very patiently after attempting to submit a request on your portals. We are at the verge of loosing our patience.
Otherwise the app crashes bc the window for some reason doesn't open.
