Problems when you tap on items from list … And it kicks us out every time we try to do a new case .. We also tried to email the app support and it returned the email saying there's no such user.
Agree with all who have written about the irritation of the program not recognizing taps on items If you lose your mind and play long enough to get to level 22 and finish the case there, you cannot get to the case area to get the clue. Click on end – game crashes. Click on the finished games icon (which clearly shows you have 1 case waiting) the game crashes.
We had this game about a year or so ago and it was great. We recently downloaded on our new phone as a way to kill time, and we're aggravated beyond belief. Every single round, we're forced to use a flashlight or something else to help "find" the item, just because the game won't accept it if we clicked endlessly on the found object. So not worth the effort anymore. Deleting off our device.
Taps dont work on objects clearly visible. Im sure its only to get you to spend $$ on the game. Wont happen. Try something else.
Taps don't work half the time, they jumble words when your to find the item and it's timed. In case your wondering not appropriate for kids.
Too confusing. We lost the goal of the game because it just doesn't make sense. And you can wear out your finger tapping and it won't recognize that you are correct! How the know when you finish because you have it to do over again. And we hate the flash light part looking for clues! This is a continuation of review at a later date. Finally just removed it from device. The whole thing has too many glitches and the point of game has been lost on us. We have looked at same scenes too many times . And finger is tired from tapping something that doesn't work.
As other reviewers have pointed out, we are wasting tons of time trying to click on items that the game won't recognize. Even timing out. Worst. Glitch. Ever.
Waste energy on scenes when you are tapping on the items and it doesn't take it waste of time. Tired of glitches too. Worst game ever.
We wrote 2 reviews and both got deleted because the user name is taken. So short story Last coins when trying to build and didn't have enough items in second screen. Don't close out that screen you will lose coins if you can't finish building. Glitches galore especially with partially hidden items Energy seems to be used up twice as fast. Update made the game worse.
Can anyone answer our question please In the store for magical amulets, When it says ; while exchanging with characters. What exactly does that mean? Like the game characters? Do we have to be in a investigation or pulling ppl over for it to work? Thanks in ahead we LOVE THIS GAME.

There is a major glitch problem…many scenes no matter how hard u pound away at an object it doesn't register. Besides that, love the game. Plz fix the glitch.

There are many inconsistencies with this game, the most of which center around tracking energy usage, awards, and a variety of other award/money tracking. We have also noticed that the dialog is often misspelled or inaccurately punctuated. Do this game purely out of fun, and you will be fine, but if you expect perfection, choose another.
We love games like this and ispy, but this game has issues registering when we have clicked on one or mutiple items from the list. We lost many times because of it, pls fix it.
We're ready for some fixes and new games. We really enjoy this game but it's time for more.
Pretty fun, but now when we tap on an object, it doesn't acknowledge it so the scene times out. Fix it! A couple of weeks later and the problem still isn't fixed. This is ridiculous! You should be able to tap on an object partially obscured by another one and have it get picked up….turning out to be lame.
While the game is so so entertainment, the cost of everything in it is crazy. We wouldn't pay money, especially the kind of money they are asking, if we had a million dollars. BTW crack is whack.
We're to a point in this game where we can't move forward in it. All our locations left are closed and while that (most likely) means we need to level, it is very frustrating. The translation into English is very poor. For example, there are times when "spiderweb" pops up and they mean "spider". Another example is when they ask for "watch" instead of "clock". This lack of proper English makes it doubly difficult to get the items when the names are scrambled. Lastly, there are times you finish and the thing just closes on you and you loose the time you spent and don't get anything for it. The game doesn't close, but the location closes and goes straight to the city scene. All of these reasons are why we give this game two stars. If they fix things, we'll reconsider our rating.
Very buggy, impossible to win. Fun game at first, no support and doesn't work right. You can blow lots of cash before you figure out you cannot finish or win.
We've been playing this game and we've gotten to a point there are no mysteries. It forces you to use special items by not removing the found item when you tap on it. Very annoying!!! The language is pretty silly tho. Could be a great game if the bugs get fixed.
Love this game but tired of the app dying every 10 minutes. We'll be in the middle of a game and then the app dies. It doesn't save our spot and uses twice the amount of energy. Also, our in app purchase will not download. Frustrated and ready to give up.
Don't waste your time with this P.O.S. App. Do any other crime app. More frustrating than worth. The only reason we gave it a star is so we could post this review, good thing you can't rate negative star.
The game won't let you select objects that you have found. Very frustrating.
Very very BORING!!!! We can't figure out what you're supposed to do!!! Don't download!!!! We deleted it in about 2 minutes. We would give it half a star to 0 but it didn't let us.
Tried twice after restarting. The game never starts.
The game looks cool but it won't load. Every time the bar fills up and then it freezes.
Many times you find the objects and tap or click on them and nothing happens. You also have to find them in a certain order. Too many bugs to be fun.

We had had a good time at the beginning but am at level 19 now and cant figure out sooo many things. How do you see locations in Trap, Synonyms, Full Moon and Sillouette modes. Investigations are all complete but we still have several closed locations. What on earth do you do with the coins? We dont see any place they can be used. Several locations have issues with the ability to click items. And someone should have done a proofread of all of the dialog before release its horrible. We cant find any help online either from gamers. Its as if the game never existed. Please post an update to fix bugs.
This looks like a fun game but it won't go past the loading screen. The loading bar fills all the way up but then nothing happens. Disappointing.

We can't play the game. We never get past the load screen. Not even worth downloading.
When we try the game it keeps getting stuck at full for the loading screen.
Ok, You fixed the crash in exchange menu. Now can you fix the Pool and add new quest.
You stop getting new quests around 25 we think. We are past level 30 expecting something new, and its just dull. Hidden items won't select after they have been clicked, and pool is stuck so we can't even play it. At this point we're just trying to see how many achievements we can get before we are too bored of this game. EDIT:: our achievements aren't even being awarded. We have over 20 equilibrists and yet the achievement to get 20 of that badge still shows that we don't have it. So we're deleting.
We will gladly write a good review.If you fix the problem with the exchange in the airplane scene.Once the pool is opened you can not play it.It will not open.No one want's to rate a broke game.
We still can't get passed a certain point before it won't let us exchange anything to move on. The moment we try the game crashes!! So frustrating we removed ap and re downloaded and it still happens.
Our energy does not refill and the scenes make no sense at all. It's very hard to even touch some items and even when u touch the correct items it says nothing.
Screen isn't compatable with iPhone 3GS. Update: now that the app developers releases an update it no longer freezes. But we're still not able to select a room to go into once we load the main menu. Instructions.
And then a card with a photo clipped to it. Nothing loads after that. A message pops up "This game is not recognized by Game Center." Too bad, the game looked interesting.
Then the cases just disappeared. We still have the ones we solved until now, but nothing new popping up. It's empty on your left side of the screen that used to have unsolved cases. Yes, some items must be double-triple or more clicked on to recognize it. The "special mirror scramble" mode is very difficult and has words missing within it.
The best game ever! Sooo addicting! It is so much fun trying to figure out the mysterys! Hard to load at first but is worth getting.
Good game but ended missioes, not energy fills…and no sounds/music.
This game seems fun so far but why does our energy not refill over time. Only game like this that does not have this feature. Very frustrating.
