All the letters in a crossword have been replaced by numbers. Can you figure out which letter each number represents? Five different levels make this app is the perfect way to learn if you have never played before.
Our codewords app is even better than playing it on paper. You won't waste any time searching around for a number, and you can change your answer as many times as you want without turning your puzzle into a mess.
We made this app free so that you can test it without having to buy anything. It comes with ten free puzzles–two puzzles in each of the five levels. There are 1400 puzzles available for download, but the ten free puzzles might just keep you busy for a long time :)

Great app, no ads, lots of puzzles. If you complete them all, you reset them all and start over. 5 levels. Love it.
Whether you buy one game pack or the all-inclusive Mega-pack, youll get your moneys worth of entertainment if you enjoy puzzles. These are challenging without being too frustrating; theres a hint available if you need it. There may be some guesswork involved, and you may have to backtrack once in a while, but thats part of the fun. This is an excellent game.
We love the game and purchased most of it. But having to delete the whole game and wonder if you will get it back does not seem like a wise choice. It would be nice to see a recent update. Thanks, Donnalou.
A great way to sharpen the mind. Worth every penny.
Been doing Codewords on paper for years but this is way better with no erasers necessary. When we get stuck, we love the hint provided with the question mark.
We are really enjoying this game. We cant play the expert level without getting help to start, but find the others doable with varying levels of challenge. Great for those who love solving word puzzles that actually require thinking.

We love doing Codewords puzzles, but theyre expensive and Im on a tight budget. The price for different for different packets is worth it. Im still in the easy level. So we live that you have different level. Thank you again for this.

We started playing Codewords with our daddy back in the 70s. He had a love for word games that he passed on to us. This is a favorite! Great Job.
Enjoy this app very much, although you do have to purchase more puzzles after the initial eight. But they are challenging and they use all 26 letters, unlike some other apps that use fewer. We enjoy this app on our iPhone. So far, no bugs.
This is a fun easy to use app. Great code words, no hassle.
We recently tried this type of puzzle. At first we planned on buying a book but once we tried this app we feel it's the better way to go. We're not sure if after we solve a puzzle we can clear it and redo it down the line but we're definitely having fun with it.
If you aren't a "word" person, start out easy and work you way up.
Codewords puzzles are tons of fun, and good mental exercise. This app has advantages over doing them on paper. You can try a letter for a number, it fills it in everywhere, making it easier to get a sense of whether you have chosen correctly. We hope there will be an opportunity to purchase more puzzles when we're done with those included here.
We love Codeword puzzles and have lots of puzzle books. But this Codeword puzzle is even better since it is easy to change a letter and can be played anywhere, anytime. If you like Codeword puzzles this is a must for you. No other app comes close. Love It.
The game works quite nicely. However, you get exactly 10 puzzles, which will take maybe 10 to 20 minutes to complete in total. Then the app is useless unless you want to keep paying. So we ended up just deleting it.
We like Sarahs products, but playing the free version of this one revealed that the only games presenting us with a meaningful challenge are the expert ones. The offering of 1400 games in the paid version for $7 is thus not the bargain that it originally seems, since only 200 of them would be of interest. A pity.
Hard to decipher visuals. Dark, dim, hard to read.
This is a great game and would receive a 5-Star Rating if there was a CLUE/HELP button. There is another review that says the same thing and Sarah Pierce Games said they added this option in the top right corner of each puzzle but all our puzzles have is a CLEAR option! Dont understand why they say the option is available when Ive looked everywhere and cannot find! Please fix this so we can give you a 5-Star Rating because this really is a fun game if you like word challenge games.

We've enjoyed this app a lot. We sent the designer a small suggestion for improvement and in the latest update we saw that she made that change.
Great game. We purchased one of the"hard" game packages and am looking for "expert" puzzles but did not see any for sale. We started with the tougher puzzles, as "easy" and "medium" puzzles are not challenging enough… We also think an optional timer would increase the challenge. Overall, this is fun and works without issue. We love to solve these… Thanks.

We're always happy to see another new App from Megafauna Software; this one is no exception. Five sample levels of difficulty allow you to find a level suited for you. You can then buy more puzzles of your chosen difficulty or buy all available packs for all levels. Prices are so reasonable for the enjoyment value and time investment–you likely won't finish all 1400 puzzles in a few hours if you buy all packs. Gameplay is simple to understand and fun to play. Easy undo option is helpful. Try the free version and see what you think.

We love codewords, and this is one that actually uses all 26 letters in each puzzle. The different levels in this version are a nice sample of what you are capable of. But even for a free version, there were not very many puzzles.
Have been doing cryptograms for years!!!… Love this new version.
