Rivers Mahjong, which is also known as Shisen Sho or Four Rivers Mahjong, is a solitaire game based on the classic Chinese mahjong game. With beautiful graphics and music full of Sinicism, this game brings you back to China and offers you many hours of relaxing fun.
As in ordinary mahjong solitaire, the challenge is to eliminate all the tiles from the board, but you need to clear one pair in a particular way. You remove similar tiles in pairs only if you can connect them by a maximum of three lines crossing no other tiles. While the game is full of challenges, it is very easy to play.

We're having fun playing this game. We love Mahjong in any form. We can play for hours.
Needs to be a clear path between the tiles to be matched so it forces a different way of thinking. Order of tile removal makes a big difference. Pretty good graphics & music. Relax mode is nice casual time-sink…timed mode is a bit more stressful, but not too much. Easy to do fast enough to get first or second star, fairly difficult to get the third star per level. Overall, the second best matching mahjong game after Moonlight (but it's a distant second).
This game is pretty easy. We're familiar with the icons and game play from other games. We hope it gets more difficult.
Fun for a matching game, but we would have liked more info on scoring so we'd know what we needed to do to get all three stars per level.

This is a great game.we like it a lot.
Great relaxing game. Unlike other games the tile matching is easier. We play mahjong all the time, but this one helps our brain unwind, yet still focus. Super game, we love it.
There are different types of Mahjong. The traditional game allows matches as long as the piece is on the edge. This game is a different type. You can match only when the pieces are lined up. The pieces must be along an edge. Then either the pieces must be touching, along the same side or have a direct path (which might be a zig zag.) it's fun to have mahjong with a fresh new approach.
