Its the worse casino on line when it comes to making withdrawals of your winnings. We were told that we couldnt withdraw until we updated our enrollment and we called twice said everything was good and we can attempt the withdrawal again and all we keep is getting emails saying that it was declined. Its the only online casino we have issues with.

We have spent a lot of time in these online casinos, we enjoy this sight, we do have a small complaint, miscommunications happen OFTEN we were told several different things when trying to find out why our withdrawal was not being processed.

We are on a bunch of different apps and this casino is the most difficult to pull your winnings out. First, we hit for $3500 on Gonzos Quest. While the game was in the free spin mode, it froze and kicked us out. Fortunately, the game kept our progress at $761 with 3 spins left. On the last free spin we hit for 2800 but the game froze again. This time when we logged back in, it only had us winning 761. After numerous calls, they were able to confirm our 3500 winning. When we attempted to withdraw 2k, they wanted bank statements,DL and pics of the original deposit card. After that, they still denied the withdrawal. We will never play this casino again.
Compared to the other platforms, this portal provides the slowest withdrawal periods and least responsive customer service of all. Your withdrawals stay in the awaiting process purgatory area for the longest possible time, with the obvious sneaky scam of getting the user to reverse the withdrawal out of frustration.
