You almost never get to see all your opponents hands at the river even though theyre all in..!!!!!
You make it so hard to get refund from same bank you deposit d from.
Just a brutal, terrible poker site. Just play ONE tournament and see for yourselfthe big stack will win 90% of the time against the shorter stack, and it doesnt really matter what the cards are. They want these tournaments moving along and we suspect bots are playing here. We see the same people playing literally every time we logged on, no matter the time. We would just save your money and stay away from this trash poker site.
They get you hooked when you first deposit, then its all down hill from there. Statistical improbabilities are the norm on this site. Your dominant hands never hold up when it matters. This site has ruined poker for us and many others. WSOP- Home of the runner, runner flush WSOP- Home if the inside straight WSOP- Where you lose 80% of the time all in with the best hand WSOP- Come play with bots Just a couple taglines for WSOP if there interested.
The UI and graphics are so dated and unsightly, we’re surprised the devs get away with it. This app looks like those computer games from the late 90s. Can’t wait for betmgm to come in and take all the customers.
Would not be surprised if AA and 72off suit had the same EV in this game. If you shove with GARBAGE you WILL most likely hit, EV is non-existent. Played poker our entire life and have never seen bad beats like this. We are a believer in this game being rigged, it seems they cater towards new customers regardless of how bad they are, and then move that money towards the newest customers, cycle repeats and repetitive customers get fd and regardless of how good they are. YOUR AA will not hold in our opinion, its a trick to get you to go all in and lose to the newer customers pocket j7suited.
If we could we would leave 0 stars. Please Nevada give us a real site, this is the absolute worst poker site we’ve played in 20 years. Bots, terrible beats and we mean unrealistic beats, and overall bad design. What this site is doing should be illegal.

As the only legal poker site for Nevada we cant express the frustration of being kicked off the app while in the middle of a tournament . Customer service doesnt care and we have busted out of huge tournaments being blinded out because we cant log in because our location can not be verified. When we do play we get smashed by 2 and 4 liters. This sight is highly questionable because it just keeps sucking out horrible players continuously. SMH.
They disabled our account for 5 days now with zero explanation.
We have spent 3 hrs trying to get loggin in and verified that we are in Las Vegas it approved our location on our cell but not on our laptop using the same Wi-Fi. Then making a deposit was just as much of a headache.
After we set up an account put money on our account it was ready to play. It states that people from the United States cannot play on this app. Then we try to withdraw our little $15 and it says that we cant withdrawal it. Then proceeds to tell us that we dont even have an account so Ill be fine with our bank on Monday morning.
This app is garbage. 100% needs an update. It feels like it’s from 2009.

Deposited with cash apparently it takes 2 seconds to take the money but 2 hours for it to get on your account.
Once your account t is created the app is more of a backup or on the go option, however still really cool you can play for real money as long as youre in a state that supports gambling. .01 cent stakes and all!
We love playing poker. This site is our fav. We would implement a few more things to make it a little more user friendly during play.
We were looking forward to playing WSOP in Nevada. We deposited when we were in Vegas . We logged in. We entered some MTT and cash games. We were freaked to see some players with usernames taken from our private life. Eerily similar to people we know. WSOP app started kicking us off during play. We were unable to log back in. Then it was cool then it was not. We reset our passwords to be certain. After some time we received an email from WSOP. Then we were told to ignore what that email said. . We were told we I could deposit and play all ok. So we did . Same issues with names and app. Now?
This app seems like it was the first app ever made and then no one who ran it ever considered the possibility of updating it. It sometimes doesnt even show our cards. Every time we briefly switch to another app it logs us out and we have to put our username and password in again and wait for it to verify our location. Ill be in a hand sitting out by the time we get back. It took us weeks to just sign up because of all the hoops we had to jump through for our identity verification, including finding a utility bill from our propane company.
It lets us register with our home address. It lets us deposit money with our home address. Then tells us our home address is outside Nevada and we cant play. Now its a pain in the butt to withdraw. Seems like a scam to us!
Withdrawal code can take up to 48 hours to arrive. If you are not a resident of Nevada, make sure you plan ahead if you want to withdraw your funds before leaving the state.
It can seem fun sure but we cant tell you how many times our opponent(s) will catch some 1/52 odds card on the river. Im by no means a pro and we know Im not going to win every hand but at some point it becomes comical. Like its not even fun to play anymore because of this gimmick. Dont even get us started on blast. Seems like a quick and easy way for a chance at some serious cash but its filled with obvious bots. Also, we even bet $30 once on the blast option and was only able to play for $60 when its advertised to win a few thousand. The best option we have found is the $15 dollar blast and twice we have played for $75. If youre going to advertise it at least throw people a bone, maybe a chance at $150-$200 every 30th time playing or something . We have played probably close to a hundred times at various amounts and the most we have ever been able to play for is $75. Uploading all the documents and getting your stuff verified takes forever. We really wanted to enjoy this app as we love playing poker . Take it with a grain of salt as we did place in one of The weekly tournaments but our overall experience leaves us feeling dissatisfied.
This app must have been replaced by full tilt poker back in the day, runner runner lol or all river wins lol to many bad beats. We have never seen it before. They should create a bad beat bonus for this app!!!! And than we would play more!! Btw the tournaments . Can someone not let people in with bad connection your waiting so long for someone to fold, check or even call.. Shorten the timer. Other than that enjoy Full Tilt poker rewind. Everything else is good they have a-lot of tourneys to play in and a fun blaster game to play. They do everything full tilt did so we give it a 2.
The app logs out immediately upon closing every time. The poker interface is minimal which is good in some cases but not when its difficult to make the bet you want. Most importantly, they did not match our initial deposit like all of the promotions suggested. Its intentionally confusing/misleading or outright lying.

You can set up an account and play within minutes. If your want to withdrawal you will have to wait several days to weeks. They do this in the name of security! You can drain your bank account on their service with a click of a button. If you want to cash out good luck seeing it without jumping though hula hoops. When you make a cage withdrawal you have to go to a cashier and present identification under heavy surveillance. However, this is not enough. Before you can do this, you have to basically give therm complete access to all your banking digitally! In the name of security what a joke! They say they do this in the name of security! LOL! Having to submit several forms of of banking and personal information digitally several times leads to more security issues HELLO! We can only assume they do this to hold your funds, and make it as hard as possible to exit, so they can profit. This is morally wrong!!! For this reason we have withdrawn all our funds, and exited their service.
Im from Miami we put our card information on this games its say we can play it we say ok we want our refund back its ask us for Id information in address it already got our ssn this game is fraud Im getting a lawyer so we can get a lawsuit case on them they will be hearing from the court of federal law.
Can no longer use the real money app on iPhone. Also have not been able to find our location so the app logs us out. Time for WSOP to fix the Mac and iPhone problems.
So we just downloaded it to test it out, deposited a small $30 and then decided we didnt want to play, took over a week just to get our $30 back we called them over 4 times trynna get our deposit back and then telling us Im good, then we get an email saying our withdrawal failed. It is a shady tactic to keep people with a gambling problem hooked they can get their money in their bank account so they just gamble it. No integrity in their business, if the deposits and withdrawals are shady for $30 imagine the high stakes hands. Efff this company we will never return.
They only let you know you can only play if youre located in Las Vegas after depositing with a credit card. And when trying to withdraw the money they dont let you withdraw using your card. Have fun wasting your time and money.
If Im using real money, there needs to be less bugs. We were told we couldnt play for an hour because our location was showing Virginia and New York. We waited, and no, our vpn wasnt on. We were in the middle of a hand in a tournament, and it told us we were no longer in Nevada and stopped letting us play. On the phone now for a credit, and the guy just hung up on us. We assume by accident. All this is happening while we type this review.
Terrible app. Says on their site it’s available in Michigan & links you to this app. We downloaded it, deposited money which was super easy to do. Then it tells us we can’t play because we’re not in nevada, then it makes you jump through all sorts of hoops to try and get your money back. Error codes every other screen. Have to upload ID (which it doesn’t make you do to deposit money, only to withdraw). Then it wouldn’t let us even upload photos of our id, it kept saying error. What a waste of time. Seems more like a scam to us than anything. The app is super janky & runs terribly too. Stay away.

Unless you live in Nevada, this app is a scam. We deposited 40 bucks before the app ever attempted to make us aware that real money play was only available in Nevada. Now they want every single bit of personal data that they can get in order to return our money. They took our social security number and credit card information just to open the account. Now they want all of our banking information in order to return it. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE PHISHING SCAM. Unless you live in Nevada, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.
The worst possible online site available. The software has tons of issues. Its super sad how the biggest brand in poker has the crappiest software on the market bar none.
For a company that pretty much has a monopoly on for money poker applications across several states, you would think they would put forth a little effort in the game play. Theyre making bank on the rake, wouldnt they want it to be functional? Anyway, its impossible to see a mucked hand on the phone, but its possible on the desktop. This means that pc players will always have an advantage over mobile. There is no way to play multitable on the phone. We know youre thinking, no one can do that! Check out ClubGG. You can play up to four tables simultaneously, including NLH and PLO. Also, there is no way to communicate with other players. No chat, no emojis, nothing. Wanna sound off against that donk who hit a 2 outer? Too bad! The interface is straight up garbage and we are constantly losing connection during key decision times, we’ve even folded the nuts due to time out before. Anyway, Im gonna head back to ClubGG and play for WSOP seats. The pokers better, the app is more functional, and its pretty easy to come out ahead. WSOP (Caesars Entertainment) should dread the day GG gets a NV gambling license. Until then, we would rather play Zynga poker.

This is by for the worst live poker app. Ever produced. 1-no way to access waiting list 2-chat doesnt work for more the 3 words or just ……… 3- the overall game play experience is underwhelming we could go on but our turny is about to start.

This software was poorly designed at launchyears ago. The 888 software update is live in PA. When will you update NV? We are the home of poker! Why do we have such a terrible experience? Update the software and add Progressive KO tourneys! Your monopoly in NV should be reviewed by regulators and competitor products should be allowed, especially if you do t feel the need to improve since you lack market competition! Do better!
