Ive been playing on this platform for years, whatever happened the last few updates has crippled it. Ive had it freeze and lost the game and our chips as a result a half dozen times. The frustrating part is Ive contacted support about it multiple times and have never heard a peep. Ive spent a lot of $$$ over the years but once its gone, so am we. ** update, today we got a note that our support requests had been accidentally archived and they fixed the problem. It took three months but they did make right.
This app used to be great. Now the timer is way out of whack and it throws you out of the game for running out of time, even though you cant roll because the dice havent come back to you. We have been thrown out at least 10 times when we have been winning and have lost over $100,000! We would not waste our time on this backgammon app, there are others that are better.
It cheats against you. All the time.
It froze and then when we tried to enter again tells us that Im logged in from another device. This is the only device we have the game on.
Too much cheating we wouldnt recommend.
Why does this game cheats? When the other person runs out of time they saying that we lost because we ran out of time and thats a lie! This game needs fixing ASAP.
As we figure you owe us at least $$500000 chips , we write support with no avail. We are now in the process of getting your site investigated. We have screen shots showing that we are correct, and you will not even answer us back.
Horrific dice and ridiculous gaming program. We wouldnt spend a penny on this….we know this dice will make one lose quickly….and this one is awful.
Ive been playing for about a year. We sometime wonder that the game takes control. Some of the rolls are incrediblely accurate. The odds of getting the exact roll at the exact time the opponent needs are highly unlikely.
Like crap! Like cheating crap? Then you will love this cheating pile of crap program… Incredible graphics,,,the best around But boy what a cheating pile this is..you can complain but they do not care and will not answer. All they want is for you to think its a straight game and spend a few bucks Then they will sodomize the hell out of you.
The supposed randomness of the dice does not exist. We can usually predict what rolls will come next because the patterns are always the same. Also, taking a fee from the winnings rigs the game so that you can never get ahead and you are forced to purchase more coins in order to keep playing.

Completely rigged dice. You see rolls every game that NEVER happen in real life. We played for a while and got up to level 31 so we know what we are talking about. DO NOT play this game! Don't encourage these thieves! We were stupid! Don't you be too.
The game is nit honest. It speeds up the timer to zero on occasion, which makes you loose and takes your money.
They are rigging even the ratings.
Every time a game ends a one minute ad pops up and we never get a chance for a rematch….this is something new and it is unbelievably frustrating. Also do not like being forced to play at certain levels where players are much better then we….sometimes we like being challenged, but sometimes we just want to play. The choice should be ours.
Game freezes up continuously, and when it does, we lose our coins that we bet. UGH! Rigged rolls is right! When one does actually amass some coins, and place bigger bets, then they lose on a continual basis. We actually lost 13 games in a row, and no, we are not a beginner. Opponents actually got the exact rolls they needed to win, and it happened over, and over, and over. We finally stopped playing for awhile, and came back to play and won a game or two, then back to losing. We hate the fact that a person actually has 90 seconds to move initially. Seriously, who needs 90 seconds??? Why is it that when you win, you only win 90% of the coins, but when you lose, you lose 100%. What a racket!! Please do not spend your hard earned money on coins. You will lose them faster than you can say LOSE.
If you don't mind your opponent rolling five or six sets of doubles per game; your opponent rolling perfect rolls to get into perfect position; your opponent hitting you every time you're open or your opponent doubling and then moving quickly off the board with perfect precision, then this game is for you. Also, be mindful of the dice, they will sometimes change immediately after rolling.
Game constantly malfunctions. Lost many chips because of glitches. Game also seems to be rigged. We would not load this particular game. Players are not always real as well. Its computerized.
We enjoy playing this game. We refuse to buy chips though, so only play when they are free.
This is a great app to play during free time. However, be careful because it can pull you in and take up too much time.
This is a game that is set up very user friendly, but it seems like alot of the play is against "bots". Judge for yourself but we have been playing this game for a few years & don't seem to be moving up the "money chain" like we would if we were playing a live person.
This is a good game, but as with any online game experience it is all about the integrity of your opponents. Several times we have had an opponent let the timer expire when we are clearly going to win. Oh well you still get the win just a minute or so later.

We wanted to play, hit 2.5 million game by accident. Went to cancel and we would not. We had to play it hoping to win. We did not. Went to zero. Frustrating to say the least. Very disappointed that c/s almost never replies.
This app is just OK. It could be better by the following upgrades: 1. Enable a chat box 2.Show the countries where opponent is from 3.Too many disconnects, failed games.
We played this app for a long time and really enjoyed it. But with this update, they have added annoying ads after you end a game. NOT GOOD.
We enjoy playing here although there are a few drawbacks. The all in on the doubling cube is dangerous. We're not sure if all players are human, but it is still fun.
Plays well. Sometimes clock is not always right. Have found ourselves more than once, after going to bed with +5000,000 coins and waking up with considerably less. We realize it is a computer ploy to keep you trying. But we would like to build up our pot and play for really high stakes. Otherwise the game plays well considering you are playing against the computer. The boards are interesting and colorful. Would like to be able to communicate with opponents. Just one liners like. WAKE UP. This is not rocket science.

We bought a new iPad, and when we went to play all our chips and our level was gone. We started out again at level 1 and the entry amount of chips they give you. We have sent messages twice asking where did our chips and the level we were at go. We now have ads popping up after each game where we never had them before. Not to happy! Why is there never been any respond.

We just played a really intense game with a competitor and as we were about to roll off our final two pieces, the game freezes and locks. No way to alert anyone or recover it….so the freaking game takes the points you won and the original points to start the game. This happens at least every month and is so frustrating. At least don't penalize us for winning!!!! Arghhh.
We are not certain f this game is rigged, just as we are not sure of other games being rigged. To avoid such, we simply don't buy chips and if we run out, we move to another game provider. We love playing and only feel like a loser when we buy chips.
Great game reminds us of being a child so much fun ,every one should play this one.

Just a little slow. It seems to show itself going as fast as it can, but not quite fast enough. Like maybe old or outdated programming.

Good graphics, it'ts tough to describe "feel", but feels like a healthier game; good cues, and not as sensitive as some bg online games are to weaker wifi. Good game.
