There appears to be a bug that keeps on terminating the game mid way when we play it on our iPhone 7. Any fine we are just about to begin enjoying the game or even winning, the game just snaps and prompts us to start afresh. So frustrating indeed.
Don't switch to another app. If 2048 sleeps too long, your game will start over (ironically asking for a review in the App Store.) Three stars. Update: game two. After attaining 6,884 points, the game reset and, you guessed it, asked us to rate in the App Store. This App simply doesn't do what it was designed to do v3.6 (Aug 25th) iOS 10.3.3 on 6s.

We know it's 'just' a game but we can't stand dishonesty, so we are now going to Delete this App and download a different one! After all there are plenty of 2048 Game Apps and we're guessing they're not offering bribes for ratings.

This game is quite fun, simple yet challenging. Our only annoyance with it is after the last big iPhone update the numbers don't appear well on the screen, so 3 and 4 digit numbers get cut off. Luckily the numbers are also color coded so that makes not seeing the whole number easier to read.

Game with birds, caves, armies, or guys with Halos or named Mario bore us. They all occur in alternate existences. We have exciting fantasies without help from adolescent game designers. Not as easy as some of the others but very fun.
First let's start with it a has never crashed on us. Simple but not common. Game fills a couple minute wait or entertains for much longer. Old and young alike.
