App feels like it could use some polishing, but overall it gets the job done. We really wish we can simply change the name of Guest 1, Guest 2, etc before playing a game locally. Setting up a new player profile takes too long when we just would like to see our name when playing a quick casual game with guests. Also, if you can add the ability to choose different colors for different players, gameplay would feel more personal and customized!! (we are kinda bored of always seeing red or green for players 1 and 2. Let us choose pink and violet colors please!) we have lots of hope for this app to be so much better looking and more ability to customize. We really love this dart board and want to see the products and app improve! We have bought coins!!! We plan to buy more if app gets better.
Just keeps connecting and disconnecting. This is a horrible app and the board is a complete waste of money as a result.
CRAZY or RANDOM CRICKET we play in a dart competition and this really helps with practice but out of all the games it has, its still missing 1 more game. We use this app to practice before games or to compete with one another and try to simulate our tournament games at home, but its missing the CRAZY or RANDOM CRICKET. It would be a great help that in your next update to add the CRAZY or RANDOM CRICKET.
Love the app, we mean hey its free. Just wish we could play hidden cricket doubles with online friends.
App overall works good but when playing someone we keep losing audio. Sometimes when we refresh the video it comes back but then sometimes it doesnt and we just play without talking to each other. Please fix.
We have a iPad mini that we used before with the app but since we have gotten new galaxy pads we wanted to just use this iPad for the GranBoard since we cut off the cell service . Can we not just use our WiFi without having cell service? In the setting there is nowhere to turn on GranBoard only notifications.
Too many game crashes. Too many games counting as 0. Too many games freezing. Do love to play just hope these bugs get fixed.
Love our Gran Board, love the score tracking, practice games and online play. But since new update, the app will crash during online play. Happens VERY quickly when playing doubles, we have yet to complete a three leg medley without the app crashing. Have done trouble shooting, our internet connection is good and any device we use Apple or Android will crash. Would love for someone at Gran Board to fix this so we can get back to playing.
As the review before us mentions, doubles play on the 3s (we use the app on iphones) is no longer an option – app crashes at the end of each round. Partner and we had to make a 3rd character we share to play online together. We did read a purchase review noting the grand mat led setting needs to be turned off if there is no grand mat to allow doubles to play, but it always defaults to "on" after the app crashes so…?? Can't seem to fix this on our end. This wouldn't be a deal breaker if it sprung up and was addressed, but no email replies, no fixes, no mention of it at all and now the stats are plummeting due to app crashes, even in single player remote mode. Please PLEASE patch the bugs here guys, and get back on top of your game like you had it running last spring. This set up was a real blessing during lockdown – keep yourselves in our good graces and give us more than a few months play for buying your online dart system. It really was a slick set up, we're sure it could be again.
This stupid app is so stupid that its all ways so glitchy and it all ways kicks us out off a game and it also messes up our score every time were in a game and also it messes up our states whenever Im in the middle of a game so do not download this app until they fix this stuff.
First off if you thinking of buying this board dont!!! From the day we received our board cs wont even answer question and the app use to work but now when playing double at different location it kicks us out right at the end every time. Now the board has different parts that our brother 3s when asked they ignore us. Sent photos still ignored and the iPad and us being kick is annoying. Wished we would have bought a better product.
Can there be an option to add more players then 4? Maybe 6-8.
Please make this game have more sound and cartoon affects. For example a bouncing top hat for a hat trick, or fireworks for a bullseye. Maybe some heckling for a out of bounds dart.
Purchased a new Grand dart board and the app/account requires email registration. Problem is, their email servers are not sending us an email. Its not in Spam/Junk.
We just want to download it on our smart tv so we dont have to use a little phone or tablet.
No longer has the feature of adding family members.
Oh good heavens does the music in this game stink! With no option to turn it off. You can turn the sound off, but it kills the sfx too. We like to mirror our iPad screen to our TV and Sound system but the music is just too awful. Otherwise, the app is pretty good. It would be nice to have more party games.
Cannot get camera to connect on gran camera it will not load.
The dart board and app work well in regard to tracking scores. The app however could be so much better if the English translations were better, and if they find a good translator then it would also be nice to have tutorials about how to play each game and also add voice with the sounds during the game. Finally, the app also needs to operate like a real iOS app … This one only shuts down if you force close it. Big opportunities for this company once they improve their app.
Why take away the friends tab when in online play… Its a lot easier to find your friends online when this was available…. 5 stars if this comes back.
Gran Camera no longer connects. Please fix.
Horrible lag even with full bars. Something needs to be done to be able to enjoy the board that you spend so much money on. You cant even tell if the opponent is throwing the darts. The community of gran boards needs the changed ASAP.

We have 10 boards & 10 iPads in our bar now the iPads won't work. Don't tell us we've gotta go buy 10 new ipads.
Every time we open app its closes out fix it an you'll get a better review.
We use an iPad 4th gen. IOS 10.3.3 The app crashes on startup and then just hangs in the background.
We just downloaded the new update 7.4 and we cant get our board to turn on. This is o our issue Ive had with our dash.
Now we know we have a older iPad we have the iPad 4 The update only requires ios 9.0 and our iPad is running iOS 10.3.3 so Im not sure why its not working on our iPad someone please help us.
For those of you that are having issues with the new updated we have found that force closing the app every time you finished playing has corrected many of our issues ie camera not displaying on smart TV box and crashes along with misreads and stats not reading properly. Good luck.
Would be really nice to be able to have a graph if stats as a doubles team. This would make it easier to hold capped tournaments. The app has its issues but they seem to revolve around the masses playing at home due to the pandemic. We will see once it clears up if the app gets better.
Would be nice if you had the option to just turn off the music but keep the game sounds. Weve got the screen up on our tv, but usually have music going. Its jarring to hear the app music come on as well. Otherwise awesome app.
Since the recent update our Bluetooth connection goes in and out repeatedly. The scoring between opponents is way off. Multiple scoring continues after darts are thrown. Everything worked perfectly until this last war FORCED UPDATE. Ive emailed them a few times with no more than an automated response. Please release older version. Being pushed back to VDARTS.
Ive had this about a week now. About the only thing that works well is the video to video between opponents feature. Many times our opponent says the score board stats in Cricket game on their end are complete different from whats displayed on ours end. Then the app is just designed very poorly. The routing between menus is convoluted and redundant. But worst of all we dont understand why they wouldnt create a menu option to create a filter to easily be matched with a random opponent. Please do this: create and options to select filters based on rating, stats, location, speaker/microphone options, location, and then have the app randomly match players with other players who meet those filter options. As and example: if we enter the cricket online play lobby. We would like to be able to select Find Opponent and it have the options of selecting players who are BB ranked, have a 6.5-7.5 rating, are US based, have their microphone and speakers enabled, and are ready to play. Then the app should just pair us together in a match.
The app worked fine before and now what Im seeing isnt what is correct. We played cricket against a friend and he sent us a screen shot and we sent him one and it was different. One screen shot showed we were in the point lead and had all numbers closed but one. The other showed that he was leading and we only had two numbers closed. Soooooo frustrating! Figure it out and fix it.
We want to like this board but we are repeatedly having Bluetooth issues. Also we are having issues online. This is all since the latest update for us so idk what was fixed but for us it was broken:( please fix before we take it down.
Maybe if the kept up on updates on the firmware itd be good. Constantly having misses on bulls tripe 20s etc etc. Start charging people to use the app and maybe itd be decent.
This quarantine is killing the game play. There are way too many people trying to play at the same time. Please add more servers so the app will work correctly.
Our board was working great until the new update. Now the board will register an out dart even before you throw. This happened at least 8 times in an hour of playing. Not very happy after just buying the Gran Board 3.
Everything was running smoothly but some genius decided they could make it better….. The new update has caused our board to register more phantom out and double hits in the last 10 games since the update than it did in the last 2 months. Great fix??!. Learn to leave well enough alone. If youre not actually fixing something then leave it alone!! Ruined a good experience. Changing the sensitivity has proven to be useless now as well. Back the old reliable 20 year old Dart King board that hasnt had to be updated in 20 years.

12/22/19 9:51 last update was 3 hours ago. App opens and does not load. Stays at first loading page.
Since the new update the games im in keep crashing with the opponent reconnecting into a different game. Fix this issue asap. We play league on your platform.
Love the board, love the app- would really like to see a way our brothers and we could all play from our respective states together. Not just one v one, but doubles, 1v1v1v1. This would really set you apart from the competition.
If you are looking to play online dont waste your time just go to your local bar this board only works when it wants to less than 40% of the time.
Playing online has never been as fun as it could be till we got our GranBoard! It really is a blast and they keep adding more to it with regular updates.
New updates has its pros and cons like the fact that you can hear your opponent with pushing a button. But has been lagging during online games which makes it hard to finish games pls fix really enjoy playing people around the world.
App is telling us theres a new update open it up to get the update and theres no update available now our board is just a poster on our wall.
Needs four player online and the ability to play all multiplayer games online. Also needs to add the game golf, and fix the handicap. If they do these three things this will be the greatest app ever as in the next update they will be adding live chat which is an awesome feature. Please granboard: Add golf Add four player online Add ability to play all games online And FIX HANDICAP.
STILL cant connect with AirPlay since v2 was released by Apple.
