We hate how it pushes you in one direction, like if you dont agree with the game it pushes you back, thats a stupid idea.
This game has so much potential but the ads are overpowering. You have to get through, like, 5 different ads every half scene. The game itself, from what we played in the little time, seemed like it would be really fun.
Its a good game, fun to play. We dont even mind the 45 minute timer, they have to make money somehow! Ive had to restart a few times because we dont have money to move forward! Id love if watching ads for money was an option, using the diamonds, or even if the game gave you money after X amount of time.
This game would be better if you could edit the President.
Good concept with interesting decisions, but eventually your campaign runs out of money and the only option to move forward is to buy in game currency.
This game has the potential to be amazing. Clean up the options aesthetics if Im being picky but the amount of ads & cost to play this ok game is literally atrocious. @ Devs learn from Clash of Clans & Plague Inc. Do you want TWENTY people paying $5 per week/$45 per year ORRRRR ten thousand + paying a $1 per month or something like that for the full experience? And honestly.. We couldnt make it passed the watch 5 ads no thank you. The premise of this game should be campaign, election, POTUS (with real life events with consequences), with approval rating at the end of 1 or 2 terms. Like this should be a game that each campaign style should last a few hours. Youre welcome for giving you the blueprint to save this game.
Great concept with unique choices, that said they want you to pay to play. Theres no options to watch ads for money in the game, and you have to start over/quit playing if you dont wanna spend it. As seen in other reviews, ways to add money within game play would make seeing ads worth it.
Its just that easy. If you pay you can have the options but if you dont your limited. Also you can only get so far in the game before you run out of money.
Unless you want to spend actual money its not that fun because you play a little while and get really intrigued and then you have to wait 45 minutes or pay real money to play the next session and there should be more options to choose from and to make money. But if you want to spend actual money than it would be fun.
Not a bad game. The graphics and everything are good enough. The problem is when finally successfully making it through and becoming president. You HAVE to spend money to keep playing not cool. No matter what choices you make, youll get to options to where you have to spend money. It should have a way of automatically generating money if you wait or something and the buying money could be an extra we like games, but not that much to where Im going to drop $20 here and there. Its not THAT cool.
We gave two stars because the concept of the game is fun, however you HAVE to purchase money to advance in the game, and there are far TOO many adds. Maybe give the option of making money overtime, or making it so the right combination of choices allows you to win with the money youre given in the beginning.
Im conflicted on how to feel with this game. We love the concept and we enjoy it because it actually does encourage critical thinking skills you can use when voting in real elections. However, the 43 minute wait is outrageous but whats even worse is that you run out of money and diamonds almost immediately and you never get the diamonds back when you restart. Theres no way to get extra donation through an ad or something. Its literally designed to get you to make in-app purchases and we honestly dont respect that. Its one thing to make it a little hard to but to literally design it to squeeze money out of its users is weird and gross to us. There are many more cons than pros to this game.
Interesting game just so many ads.
Love games like these where decisions you make bring different scenarios, kind of like those old Goosebumps book where you flip to different pages. The bad part is that the restrictions put on this game are absolutely ridiculous. This is pretty much unplayable for F2P players. A near hour wait after a couple of decisions/events? Makes no sense to keep people from playing – you can just put an ad or 2 here and allow us to continue on. Putting the game behind a paywall after a couple of minutes of gameplay is ridiculous and shouldnt even be allowed to be considered Free. Seems like to progress the story you need to make certain decisions to keep. Almost like the creators are steering us towards what they want us to see or maybe they just never completed or created events fully. Both of these bad parts lead us to believe that this is an unfinished product with no real direction. Either make a better option for F2P players or just make it so that theres a one time fee to play.
Watch 5 adds, pay for premium, or wait 45 minutes after only playing for 5. 5 gems for $2. 450 gems for $40 but 10k for $100?Games got potential but definitely being developed by the wrong company.
Game is terrible. You either have to start over completely or spend real money.
As mentioned below us in other reviews it has potential to be a fun game but its made impossible by the fact that you run out of funding very quickly and youre forced to have to spend real money to continue or go all the way back to the beginning where youll just fail again anyway. The only way to get further and further in the game is if you spend copious amounts of real money. Feels like a total scam to us. Avoid.
We dont know why people are complaining about this game, first its not a pay to play game, Ive become the President without spending any money on this game, you just to play strategically, all round its a beautiful game, but we think its made by a Democrat Lol.

The game is intriguing and offers some genuinely interesting concepts, as many others have noted. However, its clearly designed to be a money sink. Not only do you have to subscribe (monthly or yearly) just to remove ads, but youre also pushed to purchase in-game currency money/gems to make real progress. If the developers want the game to gain more traction, Id suggest moving away from the subscription model and instead adopting a one-time purchase, like many successful games do. Additionally, providing a way to earn gems or currency through watching ads or completing tasks would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
The game is lots of fun, and some very hard describe to be made. But to be successful you WILL have to use your own money to buy more money for your campaign or so you dont have to sit and wait to unlock more scenes we have to delete. This game is not worth us spending $10 USD on just to be able to afford a salary for a VP candidate. You should at least be able to watch videos for money. Too much work to start over to make better money decisions as well. If you want to waste money, you can play. But if youre like the rest of us, youll end up deleting it. Save the time. Dont Download. DO BETTER PRODUCERS.
The fact that you have to restart after each failed decision or put money into the game is ridiculous. Also you cant make certain choices if you want to win. We deleted the game because you have to pay a fee or watch ads to move forward or wait 43 min. Theres just a lot of restrictions with the game.
We really love the concept of this game. 1. We think at the beginning of the game, you should be able to change your character. We like the idea of personalizing instead of being boxed into a male role. 2. We think the gameplay from running to election should be longer. There should be far more option to make money along the way. The limited options seem to jeopardize the campaign, and you still cut it way too close at the end and arent able to win. 3. We have tried about 8 times up until now to beat this election and we cant see a clear path without spending real money (at least $20) to buy more in the game and do what is needed. Hopefully this is a relatively new beta-ish version with far more versatility to come. We will redownload at that time.
Good game but need better money management. Theres so many things to spend money on while theres few times you can receive any money.

Game just started and Im already forced to be a man. Why couldnt we choose our gender? Why a man.
We love choice based games, but the management of money in this game seriously needs improvement. In one of the choices we had to look for funding and it cost us like $200k, and we only made $50k in return. How do we lose money looking for funding? We end up losing all our money before we can continue and then we have to restart. The only way to actually win is if you buy fake money with real money. The scenarios are really thought out and interesting, but Im not going to waste our money just to continue. Also the diamonds dont reset when you start over but everything else does.
Genuinely we like the game we just dont like the fact that you need to spend your real money to get deeper in the game and the 45 minute waiting timer we dont get it. You just want us to buy into the game stop the money grabbing.

This game is 100% pay to win. You can only achieve certain objectives without paying for more funding. It pushes their own agenda, without giving you many opportunities to choose your platform. Ads are horrific, popping up at random times. Deleted in less than an hour, complete waste of time.
Fun game but in order to even get close to not having to pay to play you can only choose one path and its all radical left policies. You cant try out any of the other options.
We spent real money on an in app purchase and did not get anything. We want our money back or for this game to work.
Its a great game for people who have lots and lots of money but also if your juts looking forward to a nice and decision-full game even if u have to pay for something they can still fix it and also its a great game even if you sometimes need money.
This game is a cool concept and is fun. There are way more ads than a typical game and we could actually be ok with that. However, even dealing with time delays or multiple ads you get cornered into decision that will make you fail unless you spend real money. If you try to restart you start with less money and diamonds so its even harder. This is not playable beyond 20 minutes without paying real money and we would assume it continues to need more and more to progress.
The game purposely forces you in positions to burn through money quickly, even if frugal. If you want to purchase in game cash, then the amount you have to spend is absolutely ridiculous. No way in game money should be that price.

The cost for this game? Ridiculous! You guys are asking way too much for a startup game. And we do mean WAY too much.
The story is amazing but its unplayable because the real money needed to play. Firstly, it requires you to subscribe weekly or annually in a very expensive amount. Afterwards, you run out of money very quickly and you will need to spend real money or otherwise the game wont let you play.
We put it at five stars so the developers can see it quicker. We're going to be so honest this game is really not good and its super hard. No matter what choices we make by the time we're elected we run out of money and can't play anymore and we're really not about to put our own money into it. The problem is the election campaign part because everything is so expensive and you get little amount in money, where realistically there should be more money making form donations and fundraising. And if we get past the campaign and win the election, we still lose money into the presidency. This game is really bad and we don't recommend.
