We've been playing this game for years! It's our favorite one and our go to game every where we are. Ads are small and the app uses emojis that are funny. Try it you will love it! However new front page looks silly-a kitten?????Where's our guy emoji? Please fix this.
Great potential to be fun game but the arbitrary evaporation of play when you hit a certain number on each level is extremely frustrating. How about you let us continue playing out the board before a level is deemed complete.
This is good to help our concentration and slow us down a little.

As with all Boy Howdy we have tried so far, this is so exciting we can't stop. Free, no timers, no web needed. So fast and colorful and entertaining. We play it every day.
Our favorite app to pass the time. Addicting, but fun.
Take your time and think! After several levels you start to realize what you have to do when u have more than 100 tiles to match. Don't be discouraged if u have to use a bomb. Sometimes more than once! Nice fun game.
We love games like this. You have to match objects that are the same and clear the board as much as you can until you reach your goal. The levels get very challenging and we are so addicted! We get easily frustrated at a lot of games but we find that this game is challenging and relaxing to us simultaneously. Very fun– we highly recommend this.

A really big challenge! We have been stuck on level 44 for some time but we will keep on playing! It gives the eye hand and brain a great workout! Now stuck on level 47…for quite awhile…but still recommend this jewel of a game!! Stuck on 49…but the sheer challenge will keep us striving.
This might be the most engaging game on our phone. It continues to be moderately challenging, but also allows us to suspend play for a few minutes to many weeks. And we always come back to it.
We get to level 20 and the next time we open the game we have to start over at level one. Dont know why we should continue to play.

Ive been enjoying Hex Jewels for some time. It never gets old, trying to clear the screen before the jewels pile up. And the most oddball jewel-icons show up. Thoroughly enjoying it.
Cant get past level 38…….Ive tried for months so no go.
We like this clever game. Its easy to pick up when you have a few minutes. Its not hard to play but you do have to think and plan. Theres strategy but the game is accessible. Thanks, Boy Howdy, for another good game.
Its fun to play this game. Not very hard at the same time lot of fun. If you are depressed or waiting for someone or just to pass some time, playing this game give you positive mindset.
This game is fun yet challenging. No time limits, so its relaxing while still making us think. Prompt reply to email question. Highly recommended.
Whether we close the app or leave it open, when we dont play for 10 or 15 minutes, we have to start from the beginning Level 1. We thought the app said your score is always saved so you can pick back up where you left off. It would be awesome to not have to start over all the time. If not for this issue, we would have given a 5-star rating. Dava.
We like Howdy Boy games largely because they are fun and free. But we end up deleting many after playing for a few days because they go from fun and relaxing to diabolical and stress inducing. This is one such game. As you advance in level the game becomes increasingly difficult. We dont play games to feel frustrated, we play them to escape such feelings. You can go back to level 1, but thats no fun once you know how to play. It was fun for a few days, but we are deleting.

We like this game. No timers its a lot of fun.
We play mostly Boy Howdy games, and this is our current favorite. At first we thought that it was timed, but once we realized we didn't have to hurry, we were delighted (don't like games that make us feel frantic). Great graphics, someone had spent awhile on this! Much more entertaining because of the sheer variety of images. Thank you, whoever developed this game! Only suggestion is to have names like "newbie level," "crazy good," (whatever) for achieving 100 games, 200 games, etc, so we have little milestones to reward our addiction. :).

One of our favorites! We have several Boy Howdy games installed, and they are definitely the ones that we gravitate to most often.
We really enjoy this game. It is easy to play and addictive. We would recommend this game to anyone. The game gets more challenging as you play but with "bombs" it lets you keep on playing.

The game is challenging and somewhat addictive. Good for occasional diversion. Our biggest objection is that there is no way to turn off the sound without turning the sound off for the whole device.
