It wont unlock itself. We got this game back in 2021. Played it and enjoyed it. We recently tried to play it and it wont unlock, even though the game recognizes we purchase the game when we click on the unlock the game, it then tells us purchase failed ?? What ???!!!! We need someone, the developer, Apple Store, who ever can help us with this issue. Never had this happen with any of our other games. Ive contacted Apple, only got an automated response. Wasnt any help. We need our game unlocked. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem and have anyone experienced this before with any of their games and what did you do to fix it. Help us please and thank you. We like this game, thats why it got 5 stars from us, but very disappointed that it locked up on us, how that happen we dont know ? We would like to play our game again.
Installed this owned game and tried to unlock. After confirming prior purchase and agreeing to install again for free, install completes and a message appears, Purchase Failed. Support nonexistent on BF or Apple. We own a dead game.
We love this game. It is just difficult enough to keep us coming back. Good game.
This game is for people who want to breeze through and not have brain teasers to the point of insanity… Very relaxing and yet rewarding. We play these interactive games all the time and this is one we will play again.
The puzzles were too easy, but good anyway. Sometimes it took a while to figure out the objective.
We love this kind of game – fun story and cute/ugly characters. Good HOP scenes, and some imaginative games. Great art and nice sound effects. The extra game play was really excellent. Hope there are more in this series.
This isnt as smooth as some other games we played but it was a lot of fun. It felt almost like a real quest, which we enjoyed. We should mention we have studied fairy tales and quest stories so was very happy to follow along and ignite some if clunky aspects.
Super fun. Graphics are beautiful and the characters are great. Lots of talking animals and so many different areas to explore. Its nice to not have all the haunted hotels and demons around every corner. Its a light hearted whimsical land. HO and puzzling are just right. You can tell a lot of thought went into designing this game. Theres so many fun details to look at. We highly recommend this game.
When are you guys gonna make another game like this? We love it.
One of the best we've played, puzzles and moves both challenging and logical if you just give it thought. Scenery colorful and well done. Loved the story, too. A couple of "didn't see that one coming" moments made it even more interesting. We love the supernatural games and usually choose those to check out. But we have no regrets about buying this game and hope Big Fish will live up to their "pay once and play forever on this one. We've disappointed too many times whey didn't.
As any games there are parts that are annoying but with this game we really only have one complaint that some of the puzzles are frustrating so we just skipped it. Other than this was one of the longer games especially the bonus part! Definitely a plus especially since we paid full price. We loved the animation and the colors were bright, we get tired of the of all the doom and gloom. This was nice for a change.

This is a refreshing, wonderful game with cute talking animals and a enticing plot. There is a "bad" guy, but not the total evil of most games, which is a plus in this world. It has a map that will take you to the next location, and a guide when you get totally lost. It also has a way that you could change how long for the hint and skip button to change. We wish there were more games like this one as we guess at 71, we have a PG mentality and am not old enough for the Totally Evil games.
Loved this game. We think the bonus game was even better. So creative.
After purchasing so many of these games, we replay some of them later and this is one that we had forgotten was so enjoyable as we played it the second time. We think it gives us a chance to compare and contrast others games, and this one was refreshing after so many dull, rote, standard, almost boring games that we couldn't wait to be done. The HOP often have mini puzzles within them and overall most of the puzzles were created with imagination and wit. Highly recommended.

We like the gameplay and the story is not dark and scary. We also like the book concept and the rabbit is cute.
This game is a charmer! The White Rabbit graphics are superb, and there is a pleasant mix of HO's, reasonable puzzles, and adventure. Too many HO games forget the "Adventure" part of the equation and just keep bouncing back and forth between HO and puzzle. This is just a lazy way some companies use to churn out quantity with no quality or story line. BTW, it does get a little weary some for reviewers to berate a game just because THEY were too lazy to push the "OK" button, or that they just want silence while playing the games. Give credit to the companies that add good sound effects and more than 3 repeating tracks of the same music. Great game.

We like the game. Waiting for sequel. All ERS games only allow one player. Before blaming Big Fish see who else made the game. We like how the collectibles are easy to find and the strategy guide helps you find them.

What a masterpiece of beautiful scenes, fairytale setting, fun portals to investigate. An all around great game.
Finally, ERS! A game we could play, enjoy and FINISH without a million glitches! A few minor ones, but not enough to remove a star. Loved it! It was a fairy tale, where you chase a rabbit into enchanted books and fix towns and close evil portals. A lot of fun! The graphics were gorgeous, the cut-scenes amazing. The game was lengthy, with a long bonus adventure. Loading between locations was instantaneous! There was a journal, a strategy guide, and a non-spoiler hint system. There was a teleport map with marked objectives. The inventory was labeled, and in HO scenes it told you what the item was. The HO scenes were varied to a small extent. If you wanted you could play a fun puzzle game instead. Also, there were some different and enjoyable puzzles and mini-games. Some reviewers thought this game was childish, but we disagree. It was a fairy tale, and it was enchanting and adorable. We would much rather play this type of game than a horror-themed one! No RATS in this one!we guess we're still a child at heart, and maybe that's why we look so young and beautiful at our age! Unlike some of you! LOL! We would definitely play a sequel to this game! We enjoyed playing this game very much. The level of difficulty was just about right for us. We liked the story and the characters. We even liked the music. We liked being able to adjust the hint time and level of difficulty. The length was reasonable also. We feel it was well worth the $4.99.
Whenever we see it's an "ERS" game, we always purchase it immediately. And this game is yet another example of ERS doing a great job. Storyline, artwork, puzzles…all unique, creative and fun!!! We like adventure games without too many HOGs. And this one is just that. Plus the hogs are different along the way…some are interactive, some are place the items. And then they give you the option of playing a different puzzle instead of the HOG. That's extra work for them to make. But it's SO appreciated by those of us who like challenges and creativity Thanks ERS! You guys rock.

Kept our interest till the end! Interactive map, great hints, story, equal combination of hos, mini games and adventure which we love. Regardless of what the winey folks are saying it's an original storyline and not childish. First they complain of to much saving sisters, brothers, wife, family or friends so they give us something different and they wine about that! It is a great fun game for anyone to play. Thanks bf.
Loved this game! Fun, inventive puzzles and games, beautiful graphics, excellent Hint button, interactive map. Loved all the animals. Our favorite is the rabbit! No problems, no glitches. Set the Hint and Skip buttons to 5 seconds each. You can add another profile. This option is on the main page above the pumpkin. It says name. Can't wait for the sequel.
We really like the game. Graphics are very nice, game play is good. We had a glitch at one point with one of the HOS's and after not playing for awhile, it seems to have fixed itself. Course, could have been user error in clicking to rapidly. Oops! Thanks for the game.
A happy adventure starring the White Rabbit, who invites you to follow him down the hole and rescue the True King from the Bad Monster King … And it is from ERS! We, for one, could not be more pleased! The art work is lovely, and your quest is clear. You are asked by the Old Queen to rewrite the Forgotten Book and rescue her son, the True King. A monster has taken his place in order to obtain the magical crown. There is a great Hint button, and the Strategy Guide also comes in handy. You have a Map and a Diary to help solve puzzles. Some of the puzzles are similar to the last ERS game…move the shaped pieces into their holes on the chessboard using basic programming skills. The Hidden Object puzzles so far are of the Find Twelve Gold Objects type. Occasionally, a mysterious hand will draw in some details to change the entire story! Very creative and amusing! We definitely intend to purchase this gem, and encourage others to do so as well. We have not noticed any difficulties with tapping on objects, which other games often have. Happy Bunny Tails to everyone.

Another good one B F you've been on a roll lately. Sent into a magical land through a book to meet up with a rabbit that's more trouble than help. Seems your always freeing him from something. Your job is to rescue the king who is bound with magical chains and finding three pieces of the crown that's been hidden in different times. Good voice overs,map not so great and guide we never did use. No RATS SO FAR. Did all but the bonus chapter. Big shout out to all with lol and prayers. Finally finished taxes. Thank goodness.Snooper-158.
