Enjoyed the graphics. Good gameplay. We liked it a lot.

Nice mixture of puzzles, good story.

Artogon has a potential winner in Shiver, Lily’s Requiem. You play as a doctor who has been recalled to a town in which people keep acquiring a mysterious illness that makes them hear music and behave as if hypnotized. The townspeople say it is caused by a female monster who took over the town and acted as a Lorelei, singing and bewitching the citizens. They caged her and abandoned that area of the town. You are trying to cure the sickness and dispel the monster. The game has a nice mixture of puzzles, everything from assembling a car engine from an auto manual, to lock puzzles, and Hidden Objects puzzles. There is a good Teleporting Map, and the Hint and Skip buttons work very well. There is a Diary and a good Strategy Guide. One of our favorite items is the Hidden Black Pearl. You collect these to buy items for your virtual aquarium. Fun! We have only completed the free trial so far, but we will be purchasing this one before the sale expires. Hurry to get your own game! And if you are having problems, perhaps you have not updated your operating system to the newest level. Good luck!

We really enjoyed this game. It was interesting and detailed. We found some of the games too challenging for us but others would love them. Other games were simple.

We thoroughly enjoyed this game. It has a wonderful variety of puzzles and an interesting story line.

We’ve had no issues so far with any pop ups. We only got a ratings request after playing with no interruptions for 15 min. Really enjoying the puzzles so far. Hidden object scenes come a bit later but the variety is great so far. Looking forward to the rest now! Will update our review if something changes!

The variety of games wasn’t bad but the HOS weren’t all that clear and the storyline was silly. Could have been better, it was just okay.

Artogon and BigFish, well done! Fab game! Had everything we could want, except for two tiny mice which they did not make scary. Seems Snooper forgot to tell us you feed cheese to one of them, or hadn’t yet gotten to that point. But we did not freak out! You’d be proud of us, and there weren’t any RATS! The story-line was interesting and easy to follow. The graphics were gorgeous, the game was lengthy with bonus adventure, the journal and task list were very well-organized. The game flowed well and was very well tested. We did not experience any problems, and we think that people who did just weren’t using inventory correctly or hadn’t updated their iOS. Loading between locations was instantaneous, and there were many locations. But there was a great teleport map with marked objectives, so no useless running everywhere. Inventory was labeled. The HO scenes were varied, and there were tons of different puzzles! There were complex, or plus items, which we always enjoy. You collected black pearls to decorate a room and stuff for an aquarium. There was nothing we didn’t like about this game! Please, more like this! We would rate this up there with the Empress series! We want to say hello to our wonderful Dream Team! We hope we have all congratulated Blueflier on her remission! Kudos! Thank you lovely people for being there for us, especially the amazing Snooper. We bet you were the best nurse on the planet! We love this team and anytime you want a respite, let us know. Each and every one of you would be a welcome guest in our home, which has a very gorgeous and very comfy guest suite. Loved the game and will look for others in this area of games, but………… The game froze us out at the very end of the bonus chapter. We have tried for 2 days to end the siren’s "life", but no getting the TNT loaded and exploded. We had a everything needed, but the components just wouldn’t move from inventory to hand and make TNT. Tried nonce more today and it went just fine.

Love this game, fun puzzles, first rate HO’s, And an excellent bonus game. The map is also well done.

After a while most games start looking the same. This game was different enough to make it enjoyable. Continue to be creative with the puzzles and HO games.

Nice range of puzzle types (arcade, find the difference, free the block, etc.), and they range in difficulty as well. Game is long. Storyline is good, although the main villainess and her background story werent fleshed out very well. But that didnt detract from the game. Hops are list, silhouette, straight interactive (no list), and scrambled list. We like the latter one but this is the only game we’ve seen it in. After you have finished the game you can play the pinball machine and math 3 in the extras menu. You collect black pearls throughout the game to spend redecorating a study-type room. Lots of decorating options, it was fun. In the same room you also have a fish that you name, and feed. Aquarium decorations are also scattered throughout the game, and theres one Easter egg (actually an Artogon logo.) Fun and interesting scenery. Really enjoyed it!!

We love all the games that Artogon creates and this is one of their best! We honestly surprised that there are any poor reviews. We had zero glitchy problems and no crashes on iPad. It’s a nice storyline just the right amount of HOS, so many different and unique mini games. The map makes it easy to know where you have to do your next action and allows you to jump right to it without having to get there manually. The ONLY thing we didn’t like about this was when you select the guide it takes you to Big Fish guide page which is lame because it takes you completely out of the game each time so each time you use it and you go back to the game you have to start in from the main menu, but the game is pretty clear and the map is helpful along with the hint button we really didn’t need to refer to the guide much anyways. We also like the little side game of collecting pearls and buying furniture and decorations for our house. Fun and creative game… We’re only sorry we finished it… So now we look forward to the next Artogon game.

Game has different puzzles and good story line and graphics. Only problem is it’s too short. Need more game play for the price hence the title of this review.

We just started playing and love it so far. It’s good to see the free trial and we wish your more recent games would still have that. We saw some of your games that I’d like to try, but we refuse to buy it without the "try before you buy" feature. We are in agreement with many others who want you to bring that back. This is why we give BF as a whole 4 stars. It’s not fair to consumers to expect them to buy something without giving them the chance to see if they would enjoy it first. Please bring back the free trial.

Crashed and froze several times had to start over twice… But best puzzles we have played, clever HOPs, fun storyline, and beautiful graphics… For $6.99 it should be bug free people!!!

We do like the mini puzzles and this is better than some games we have played lately. What we don’t like is to try the game out and then keep getting messages to rate the game before we get a chance to know what we’re doing. We made a mistake on another game that we gave a high rating to, only to continue playing and finding several glitches after that. But so far, so good on this one. Not great but it is good.

Nice graphics, fun puzzles, great teleporting map. Our only complaint is that we thought the game was too short, otherwise we really liked it.

We’ve been a fan of Shiver games since their beginning and we are always intrigued by the complexity of the mini games. We like a good challenge, so kudos to them on that aspect. Daily deal purchase after 20 mins of demo play.

If you like puzzles you will probably like this game. We thought it was quite good but had to restart a couple of time because of glitches. No mice or Rats that we noticed L/M,good voice overs map and usual strategy guide. Collecting black pearls in this one and there everywhere even in the Hops. Company gone and miss them. It’s a great game and brings a challenge to you. It should be just a little bit harder than it currently is.

A couple of glitches but easily fixed. Some puzzles too hard others were fascinating we enjoyed the creativity of the hidden objects. This was a fun game When is Big Fish games going to give us new games. Did they run out of companies making these HO games. All the ones that coming out now are old games with new names. So you buy then realize you have already played. Very sneaky. No Christmas games this past season 2018. Very disappointed. We have bought enough reruns. So Im done with Big Fish until they have new games. Period.

We were really liking this game! Then we discovered – no way to skip puzzles! Sometimes, we dont feel like playing a puzzle. There is no way to skip! That is really disappointing and we have never played a game like this. We will sadly probably move on to another game.

Good graphics. Seems like it will have a good plot. Very few clues to get from place to place. Have to use a lot of hints. Definitely needs some improvement.

We’re really enjoying this game so far!

Every single time you re-open, you have to go through three screens of ads. It usually takes us three taps on "play" before we get back where we were.

It wasn’t a bad game. It kept us going but have to agree with the other reviewer. We are tired of the pop ups. We don’t feel like once we buy it it is ours anymore. We have so many games of yours that we have enjoyed, and want to keep getting, please change this.

Some good mini games but that’s it. It was short, had a ridiculous story with bad cut scenes and voice overs. Also many tech glitches but we were able to still get through. Are these games checked before release for compatibility with our operating systems?

We would give this game four stars but it is buggy and crashes a lot especially when you go to the screen to decorate house, crashes every time. Also, there is long lag time in between areas and since most of these games require you to do tons of back and forth the lagging issue gets more annoying over time. It is a shame because there are lots of fun puzzles and the story is good.

12/23/15-Update. Not a bad game, somewhat entertaining storyline, a decent stand alone game. But definitely not a Shiver game and shame on Big Fish for lying to consumers. We’ve revised our rating to reflect that this is a decent stand alone game. 7/19/15- This is the last time we get taken by Big Fish’s bait and switch. They package completely random games as part as an established series and we keep falling for it. We bought this game because it’s being sold a Shiver game and we love the series so we bought the game without even playing the free preview. This is not a Shiver game. This game is nothing like the previous Shiver games. We feel like we’ve been bamboozled but it’s our fault because this is not the first time Big Fish has done this. We should have checked out the game first. Lesson learned. We just started playing, maybe the game will be a decent stand alone game but we’re very disappointed that Big Fish feels the need to trick customers into buying their games by pretending these games are a part of an established series.

We havent gotten too far into the game yet, but so far, we dont like it. Too many mini games, which Im not a fan of, and there is no morphing, which Im a fan of. The graphics and voiceovers are good. Oh, we like collecting the pearls. We may change our rating later.

We love the graphics but we have purchased the full version but it will not down load! HELP! We paid for the game.. Either fix the problem of downloading or refund our money!

Nice game but when following the crab it disappears and we can’t follow it anymore. Game is stuck after that.

The game itself is ok – not spectacular, rather clunky, but inventory is labeled and has interactive transporting map. The real issue with this game is the frequent and obnoxious big fish pop ups! It’s beyond distracting, it’s actually interfering with the game play! We haven’t seen the big fish pop up this bad in a while. Seriously. Enough already! One at the end of the game is sufficient thank you.

We like the game until we got to the cabinet in the hospital, we have put in the code we don’t know how many times, but it just keep saying " we don’t know the code ". It is very frustrating, we were going to buy the game but now we won’t, if it is stuck here we are sure it will stick again.

Hint button stopped working, interactive map sent us around in circles. We loved the previous Shiver game, but not this one!

It’s not that great. You have to go to the Guide Constantly to go. We do,not like it.

I’d love to love this game. Heck, I’d love to TRY this game! BUT it’s crashed three times already and we only got as far as the hall in the house! DUH! Come on, guys, fix this thing. It’s a mess!

It’s been years since we’ve played a BF games. We used to love their hidden object games, they were the best. Then they got caught up in the story and not the hidden objects. We were hoping this game would be more like the old ones. It’s not. It will be many more years before we try another BF game. They just aren’t fun and aren’t about hidden objects.

Big Fish Blows! They never update their games when a new iOS comes out. They don’t give a sh@t about their customers. We bought multiple games from them and 6 months to a year later they are useless and unplayable. They’re just corporate hacks on a big money grab with no customer service. Stay clear of their games.
