Ever since we upgraded our game keeps going down to the first game. We have to keep moving up to where we just finished the last game. Im up to 1904 and we have to keep moving up to get to the next level! Please correct this problem.
Fun game but recently whenever we finish a level it goes back to the very start of the game. Very very frustrating.
This game is our wifes fav game in this Christmas Sweeper series. It was working fun until we did the newest update (v3.9.4) 2 days ago (Jan 29, 2026). The game App now crashes upon opening. Also, be careful with their bigger updates, as they seem to reset your saved boosts (like gloves, star, present box, etc). –– She is very good at saving these up and even the paid ones from packs, and the last time they did a major update, the rewards all mysterious vanished. –– Otherwise, this is a really great game. She is always playing it and loves it. Just do not update it.
Been playing this game for many, many years. What we really enjoyed was the satisfying sounds that occurred when you made a match and cleared tiles. Like a little explosion! The new sound is very annoying – like a bad, high-pitched bell or a tinny cheap arcade game. NOT a satisfying sound at all. Also, there is way less opportunity that presents to form a booster box and pair with it another of the booster along side to make a big explosion – which is the most fun part of the game. Really wish you would go back to the things that made this game so addictive – sorry, but the changes make us want to look for a new game. The old saying is true: if it aint broke, dont fix it. It was perfect before the updates.
Ive played this game for years, through lots of changes and updates. Please STOP with the most recent updates! Todays update is THE worst yet. The game is slow and spongy now. The slow reactions on the screen eat up our time on the level. We will have to find a new favorite game if this is the new normal.
The new update changed the whole game. Not fun anymore. Took away the gifts from every day and the keys to open chest with rewards . Please put back everything like before, to make the game nicer and fun to play again. Also the "shuffle" animation not nice anymore. We regret that we updated the game.
Im really sorry we allowed an update to happen. This used to be one of our favorite games, but we really dislike the sharper graphics and the way the pieces jiggle when they fall into place now. We were 1000+ levels into it but have now deleted it. It just doesnt feel relaxing.

This is a fun game we have played for years. We like the daily bonus piece(s). However, it sometimes does NOT give them, especially the extended time bonus. That being said, there are no lives to use, so you can play as long as you wish.
Five times in a row we have tried to start this game and every time we do an error is detected. Can you please fix this so we can play the game again. Thats why Im only giving it to stars. Otherwise we give it five stars.
We cant get to the game anymore. Keeps telling us update available and when we go to the update…..which we have already updated it takes us back to our home screen. Please fix.

Oh no! Another game where you have to buy a piggy bank! Do not like this. We pre for the game as it was except for the new graphics which are really attractive.
Ive been playing this version for years and have tried multiple versions of updated games, but none are as good as this one. Im so glad they continue to maintain this one. Highly addictive. The levels definitely get harder and harder but if you play regularly, you can get lots of tools to help you on the harder levels.

The game look like one that would be right up our alley, but as soon as we started playing, we could already see what the issue was gonna be. Theres a small ad that you cannot get rid of at the bottom of the page no matter what you do so you cannot see the bottom row of the game so that completely makes it unplayable. Wish it wouldnt have that otherwise we would love the game.

We play this game everyday, and we paid for it so we didnt have any ads. We used to get a booster everyday, but in the last several months, we dont get one everyday. We dont think Ive had even one for about 2 weeks, and its very sporadic in getting one. We really do like this game, but Im really frustrated!! If theres a problem, then let us know.

Got the game last December — thought it would be nice to have a game with a Christmas theme and music. It is late summer and it is still one of our favorite games. Update: maybe a little too addictive, but its December so Im back and thoroughly enjoying it.
Only problem is we have lost all our goodies twice and they have not replaced. The last time was when we had to get updates. We still play daily but feel cheated since we buy goodies all the time.

Games are supposed to be enjoyable. After a handful of levels, your chances of enjoying this game plummets. You cannot win. It is impossible UNLESS you are willing to pour money into it. Im not willing. We will be deleting it. There are too many other match 3 games available which allows you to earn needed boosters by watching ads. It has such potential to be a good game but we suppose if the developers only interest is money why would they bother.
How could you make us update than decide to change it on the same game we were playing and put chain locks on. We have been playing this for a long time. We have used this came for vestibular issues we have. This game has helped us with our disability now we are so frustrated. Really what were you thinking? Love love this game HOWEVER when we upgraded on our phone it wont open. We are so mad! Now it is making us upgrade on our tablet. . We want it back on our iPhone.
