Ive gotten most, if not all, of the Dark Parables games and we honestly have loved them all. This game crashed at first but we did what another reviewer did and reloaded the game and it worked perfectly after that. Super great graphics and a nice storyline. We love how the fairy tales interweave in these games. Ill definitely get the next installment.
We thought it was really fun. The story was a bit silly, but the characters were beautiful rendered and it was far from the worst story we ever played! We enjoyed the type of HOP they had in this game. It had more Chapters than many games. Overall, it was much more fun and engrossing than we expected it to be! We also enjoyed running around the castle trying to find the next door to go through.
Great story/puzzle game! Had no problems playing on iPad but crashed on iPhone. Great otherwise.
All of the Dark Parables games are our favorite games to play, the quality and graphics are amazing.
We really enjoyed this game! We started it several times since we bought it & it always crashed at the same place. Thank you so much for fixing the glitch! We have done everything in the section on crashing- several times. We have restarted this game at least 4 times since we bought it. It always crashes in the room with the seahorse fountain (greenhouse?). We don't want to start over anymore. Liked the game – up until then! Really like big fish hidden object adventure games but we're afraid to buy any more. We have upgraded to a 6s phone & it still crashes. Disappointed.
We Love the Dark Parables series we have them all.
We got this game with the bundle and after reading the reviews our expectations weren't very high for this game but it turned out well. There wasn't any crashing for us but we did have to turn off our auto lock because it would freeze if it locked or we accidentally brought our bottom settings menu. The game was long in our opinion but in the end we still felt like a lot was unexplained which isn't uncommon in the Dark Parables series. The puzzles were clever but we hate being penalized for rapid tapping lol and the x, ?, and gears symbols were annoying don't know why but they bothered us. Bottom line is it was a very good long hidden object game. :).
Awesome and addicting no crashing here will definitely recommend to friends.
We enjoyed this game and had no issues. We really like that if we miss something in the game, special object like morphing, it allows you to go back and get it without having to redo the whole game, which we'd never do. We hate leaving things undone. Thanks again for a good one.
Love the game but it crashes non- stop. Not playable. Update: deleted game and reloaded. Now works! :).
The game keeps crashing on us which is annoying.
We got the bundle pack and this was the first game we tried playing. It kept crashing and Ive tried to troubleshoot as was suggested by the developer's website Edit: so we're glad that it only crashed on us closer to the beginning. We got to finish it after reinstalling it and starting over and we thoroughly enjoyed the game.

We had a few bugs where the game would shut down and refuse to play on which ended with having to uninstall and reinstall it. It's what you expect, easy gameplay that occupies you for a bit with pretty good graphics and colors with an interesting take on fairytales.
Love Dark Parables series. Game ran a little slow but still loads of fun! We are a huge fan of the story lines.
Updated Review: we had to delete the app and reinstall it in order for the game to work without crashing. The game was great when it wasn't crashing, but the way we had to fix it meant we started over from the beginning and we had been pretty far into the game already (so this was a disappointing solution). We hope in the future they spend a bit longer on the games so this problem doesn't happen again. Original Review: It keeps crashing on us. Please fix it or give us back our money. :/ we love the Dark Parable series so this is very disappointing.

Our game is crashing every time we get to chapter 4, we dont want our money to be wasted.
We absolutely love the artwork and and incredible craftsmanship of the game. Good storyline. Didnt exactly explain everything in the end. Although we like the open ended idea of it. But there is a glitching problem at a very important part of the story and we cannot finish the game. We are very frustrated and we have no clue what to do to make the game work. Any ideas.
We love the Dark Parables series! And the Exiled Prince is our favorite but we dont understand why they took all the good Dark Parables out of the series. It was just a waste of time that all those good games are gone.
So far no technical issues! And a lot better than we thought it was going to be, just love it! The scenes are fabulous and the graphics are spectacular well pleased for the price…once we got to the doll and trying to move around to other rooms and use map, continuously crashed. No matter what we tried so glad we only paid 99 cents. Gosh what a disappointment, well deleted and reloaded game and has done okay so far got through the doll boat scene.
We know this is an older game now, but if you're still selling it, you should update it. It keeps crashing and we don't want to ask for our money back. We would love to play it all the way. We even downloaded your Big Fish app, it's our favorite. Please update older games.

It's very enjoyable, beautiful visuals and story, but in random parts it'll keep crashing. The only way to fix it is to reinstall and lose all progress.
We would have said totally loved this game. Which we did until it crashed and would not work anymore after getting a little more than half way into it. So was very disappointed. Was thinking we would buy all these Dark Parable games. Until that happened. Now no thanks.
Not bad, not good, just… Meh.
We are currently stuck in the greenhouse, the current active objective is 'Find a way to break through the magic barrier.' And every adjacent room has a star indicating that there is something to do. Trying to exit to one of these rooms crashes the app, trying to use the map to travel to any location results in crashing the app. We've tried force-quitting the app and restarting the device, next is to restart the game but judging from the other comments posted here that will likely not resolve anything. IPad Mini 2 (8.4) EDIT: starting over with a new player solved our crash, but since we had previously been so near the end we sped through gameplay. Overall a poor experience.
THIS CRASHING ISSUE NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
We are around the end of the game, but we cannot finish because it keeps crashing.
Crashing every time we try to play, Ive reloaded it at least 6 times and it still wont work so we guess Im giving up-waste of our money.
Crashes too much , Ive uninstalled and started over 3 times now.we know other reviews said the same but we took a chance because an update was supposed to fix this issue.. It didnt. Now Im too frustrated with it to bother trying to finish. This seems to be the new norm with BF games.
Trying to start chapter 4 and it keeps crashing sending us back to our home screen on our phone. Tried 5 times and each time we get kicked from the game. Very disappointed we have played every Dark Parable game and this one is the cheapest looking, not well made and the only one to give us problems.
We were enjoying the game pretty well until it repeatedly crashed and closed the whole game during Chapter Five. It would let us start a new game, but if we tried to continue our saved game, it would crash no matter what. We really don't want to start over when it may do the same thing again! The game was pretty good until the crash. We liked how if you clicked Hint on normal mode, you could just click on the map to go to the suggested room. The hidden object scenes were really fun. We felt like the art and story were not as compelling as some of the other Dark Parables games.

Got to green house and began to crash. We have tried everything big fish recommended for app support, but nothing worked. Will try to reinstall. If works will update review if not.
You can get up to the third chapter then app keeps crashing on you every time you try to go to another room. Has done this about six times in a row before we finally gave up on playing. We loved all the other ones but this one is making us not like it period. Please fix.
Keeps crashing right in the beginning after placing the orb in the hand of the statue. Cant continue the game now without it crashing.
Big Fish always says Pay once, play forever but this game no longer works. It constantly crashes. When we contacted them they said this game will not be updated to make it compatible with any future devices so please DO NOT buy this game. Its really too bad because this was one of our favorites.
Crashed in chapter 3 over and over, on the same scene, tried everything but reinstalling. Not worth the effort or our time to restart from the beginning. Tried to reach support for a refund, but doing that within the app is almost impossible due to the poor design of the page. Again, not worth the effort or time. Deleted. Don't purchase.
It's been two years and the game still crashes at chapter five.
We payed 10 dollars for this game and 4 others and anytime we click on anything interactive it makes this crackling speaker noise and then promptly boots us from the game. P L E A S E FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! We have paid for this game and we would like to play it.

Not even 1/4 through game and it crashed. IPhone 6. Waste of money.
We love the Dark Parables series but since we're in between computers right now, we're forced to play on our cell. Anyways, this game has crashed on us twice now. Once is no big deal, it's frustrating to start over from the beginning, but we'll live. Second time means you have a bad product and it should be fixed asap! We had gotten much farther the second time but we have no desire to start from the beginning all over, again. Major flaw in the system and they can't blame our phone on it since it's less than 3 months old. Like we said, don't waste your money. Unless you enjoy the feeling of losing all the progress you've made in games before you could finish them, of course. If that's the case, then this is the game for you.
So you play along and get far and boom: crashes. So this game is a dud. We hate to pay for things and they not work.
There is a glitch in the game. When u click on the princesses door it kicks u out of the game if this isn't fixed we want our money back.
