The gameplay is fun, until we get stuck. Our only complaint is thee daily bonus, which we've purchased twice. After 2 or 3 days, it stops showing up. Help.
Is anyone else getting charged double for coin purchases.
We thoroughly enjoy playing this game. Unfortunately, there are certain levels that seem to be impossible to pass without spending money (shocker). And, when attempting to contact customer support with concerns, there is a lack of response. Sad because this is overall a great app.

Excellent game- The graphics are extreme, and the play action is smooth. We play it daily, usually with a cup of coffee in the morning…to start our day.
Fun game. Like different world options only drawback is some of the tasks seem impossible and it takes forever to get to new levels:( so you do not see new worlds for really long time.. We wish there was a help page and a page that had info on all the things you can obtain like example Month Cards and what are they and what do they do. We do love playing the game and we just got into playing the classic slots which are really fun but new games need to be added and soon, it's been the same since we started playing a while ago.

We like the game and the graphics are beautiful but the risk for reward is not high. We've run out of credits on a number of occasions causing us to delete the game and then reload it to restart it. Keep providing xtra options to get credits.

We have to play this game every day we even set timers to remind us went to spin for bonus coins again we played and downloaded the first one now we have the second and third one and we're on standby for the next one and we know it will be even better we would give it five stars but understandably of course you can only move forward at a faster pace by contributing cash.
Game progresses fine until you hit max bet level and can't possibly proceed without buying a lot of coins. Good fun otherwise.
We have never receive a jackpot. We have paid for more coins several times and have never received anything in big pay offs. We're done spending money on this game.
We were playing this game and it was fun but then it updated and we lost all our progress in the game, we logged in with Facebook like we did before and it was gone. We spent a good $50 on this game never again.

Good slots. Wish the machines would pay out better or at least hit the bonus games more often. Did not like that we were at lvl 69 then just started us all over.

This game needs a serious upgrade. It won't hold your game. If you play and say get to level 12 and then quit. When you come back the same day or even next day you are back at level 1. When you have to play the same levels over and over it is no longer fun.
