We're really confused. This is a great game great payouts. However imagine waking up opening up your game all your friends are gone all the levels that we worked so hard to achieve has all disappear. We had over 400 Jems and they all disappeared. So basically the game started us all over again. Can you please fix the problem or is it possible to fix the problem. Like we said great game. Great concept that payouts please help. Because it is such a great game we're going to give the game five Stars however if the problem continues or the problem has not been fixed we will change our rating to a lower one based on customer service.

It lets you win at first then you eventually lose it all. Next the offers to buy chips pop up. Typical of these casino apps. Took too long to level up to play a different slot. Got bored playing the same one. Lots of guest users. We will be deleting this app.

It takes too long and too much money to go from one level to the next. Winnings are spread apart so far that you will go broke before you level up. Would love to check out other games if we can ever level up enough to unlock them, but at this rate we'll loose interest before that ever happens.
