GBKeeper – Board Game Review
GBKeeper is a Board/Strategy/Utilities game from Mickey Roberson, first launched in 22nd March 2016.
It’s rated 9+ and currently has 31+ ratings on the App Store.
What Makes GBKeeper Stand Out
GBKeeper is an unofficial Guild Ball app for building teams and tracking damage during games.
LIBRARY
The Library allows you to browse through all the players in every guild. View each card and see what Union players will work for that guild. You can also search by player name and position.
TEAMS
Team is where Guild Ball teams are constructed. Create a team by selecting a guild and then choosing the captain, mascot and any number of players. Both in-guild and Union options are presented in one table. You can also build your team by flipping through the card views.
When you're heading to an Organized Play event, build a Roster and select your team from that Roster each time you start a game.
Once you’ve built your team use the share button to text a friend with your latest creation.
PLAY
Take your team onto the pitch with the Play screen. Track your VPs, Goals and Momentum while also tracking individual player health. As you activate players you can mark each as activated so you know who still needs to go. Once a player hits 0 health, they are automatically Taken Out. The Next Turn button quickly de-activates each player and assigns any Taken Out players an Icy Sponge token (if they can receive them). Use the Return to Pitch option to bring a player back out and automatically apply their Icy Sponges to update their health.
Optionally track the opponent's team alongside your own, offering quick access to your opponent's cards.
CONNECT
Connect to nearby opponents: share team lists, health and activation status of players, victory points, goals, take outs and current momentum. You don't need an internet connection, you can connect device-to-device directly with WiFi, even without a network.
REFERENCE

MATCH TRACKING
Store matches for your teams including Victory Points, Goals, Take Outs and players for both teams, opponent, match date, location and notes about the match.

This is the best app for the game, would love to see an update for the latest changes from the guild ball community project. Adding the new team and the balance patches would be huge.
Ive been using GB Keeper since we started playing Guild Ball, it has always been a reliable companion app both for live play and for list building.
This app is better than the rest out there. Its extremely intuitive, keeps track of teams played, and wins/losses.

Fantastic app! Would be 5 stars, if for 2 small things Id like to see included. First would be a dice probability calculator (an android GB app has a similar feature). The second would be the ability to search in the rules reference. Otherwise, wonderful app that we would have gladly paid for.
Players of all skill levels should have this on their phone.
Exactly what we wanted out of a Guild Ball app, and the developer is very responsive to usability suggestions.
Very handy to have for Guild Ball players. It gives you all the info at your fingertips, helps you track your game and manage your teams. Plus links to all sorts of helpful resources. Updates for new players and errata come quickly, too.
Best Guild Ball app out there on iOS or other. Full card reference with dynamic damage, momentum, VP's, and activation tracking. Great team at a glance reference with the ability to easily switch to individual card view. Full rule support and the ability to save your created team lists. Far and away the best thing going. Thank you for creating such a wonderful app.
The App is not overly complicated, with so many features to make it un-usable. Large images of the cards (on iPad) make them very easy to see. Both the front and back are presented. You are able to keep player health, momentum, VP and goals in the main screen all at the same time. Fully accessible and searchable rules are also included (for the inevitable rules check). All team cards updated as SteamForged tweaks model rules/card. *Only thing we wish it had, was the ability to set up your opponents team as well so you can check their cards/models without having to back out of the current game to the Guilds card index. (Hence the 4 stars instead of 5).
No joke super easy to use and does everything without unnecessary things to clutter the interface. Easier to read the cards and track damage with this than real cards. So amazing.
Family is using this now exclusively in lieu of dice for momentum/VP and of course list/team tracking. Ability to look at library in the middle of a game is invaluable. Please keep up the updates.

Fantastic app! Keeps track of vp, goals, total INF, health, activations, and more.
This is extremely helpful in many different ways as an accessory to a game of guildball. Being able to plan out lists, view all of the current cards, and completely replace the physical cards while playing a game is great. The ability to check out any card without losing the state of the game you're playing keeps things uninterrupted with questions to an opponent. Tl;dr we love it.
Such a great, easy to use app. So awesome to see official imagery from Steamforged, too.
Awesome and up to date. Throw a clock and a rule book on here and you would have it all.
Perfect, just what iOS users needed. Only one thing keeping from a 5 – a chess clock. Other than that it's simple and clean.
