We like this game but Ive been stuck on a black screen since the update two months ago. Can we get some assistance with this.
We started out playing bear pop and we enjoyed it. We got to level 78. And we cant get passed it. You cant win it. Im deleting, if we dont get passed it shortly.
Just paid 2.99 plus tax and never received what we paid for said contact but not sure where to do that.
Used for a few years and keep using every day.

Bear Pop is a wonderful game, and really fun too! The only minor flaw for us is that aiming to get the bubbles is a little hard. Sometimes the aimer doesnt go where you want it to.
Im on level 1125. All of a sudden we dont get free spins to get diamonds & we have over 400,000 coins that we cant find how to spend. Any help? Im going to delete if we cant figure it out.

This is a fun and addicting game. Really love it.
It's a fun game, but needs some work. Sometimes when we try to switch the balls it goes off and causes us to loss the game.
The game is a lot of fun but does need work. When we try to switch balls, sometimes the ball shoots anyway. Too many interruptions to buy or invite friends. Keeps us busy though and challenge level is good.
Very frustrating to not be able to control the shooter.
All was going well and then the update to add new levels. Was able to play 2 days and haven't been able to get on since. Had several hundred diamonds and about 20,000 coins. Where have they disappeared to? Enjoyed the game until not being able to play because the game won't let us.
It's a fun game but needs work. When you go to switch the the balls out some it shoots the ball that can mess up the whole game. We know the balls are random but we really don't need 6 greens in a row and they have way to many ads. We know it's s free game but we have lots of other apps and don't have this issue. We deleted the game after a day because these reasons.
We downloaded this game because they advertised it being similar to Candy Crush. It's nothing like it AT ALL. Shame on you! We wish we can give you No Stars.
It's ok until you get up in the higher levels, then it starts misfiring when you KNOW you aimed correctly; & when you only last 3-4 shots of winning it gives you all the wrong colors. Just like most of the other games we have downloaded on our phone; it's no fun when you get to the upper levels. We wonder when these people will figure out that games are supposed to be fun & relaxing; not frustrating?!?!? We will be delegating it soon & go in search of something better.
Needs work with all those Messages trying to get you to buy more lives. Very irritating.
Addicted to this game! However, since the latest update Im irritated. Every day at random moments an Ad box appears at the top left of our game screen blocking open shots that we cannot take because the ad box isnt see through .. Its so annoying.

Fun game but way too many ads.
Fun game but we agree too any pop up ads for a "free" game! Also you get to a point and still have time left and each time you tap on the next level it wants you to buy diamonds and won't let you out. If that keeps up we will delete it.
Similar to most bubble pop games with just a few twists. Fun trying to advance.
Only gave it 4 stars since most of the time when we leave the app it does but regenerate turns – we can be logged off for 4 hours and it will come on with 0 lives and at 19+ minutes until the next one.
Love this game catch ourselves playing all through the day. We can live without all of the ads in between plays though. We'd rate it 5 star if it wasn't for having so many of the ads.
Fun game with a lot of challenges.
Fun. Breaks for games to download are too long. Limit that. We've downloaded one already. They don't even do what the commercial does.
This game is a bit frustrating. It keeps saying it needs updated but every time we hit update it spins and goes back to update.

Lives don't replenish ! After level 40 game won't open ! Have to delete and reinstall ! Then al data starts over at level one! Ugh.
We admit there were times we would watch an ad to get another chance or a revive on an auto death but since we paid for a boost that is NO LONGER AN OPTION?? Im losing an assist because we paid. Well forget that. SO UNHAPPY NOW.
Keep running out of levels and takes weeks to get new ones.
